I am rejecting this response because: At this point in time I'm not surprised by GM Financials unwillingness to help resolve this issue.? Never could I have imagined a company such as GM Financial acting in such a manner.? You made a mistake, a mistake that took you months to correct!!? In signing a contract with your company I expect some level of professionalism, accountability and integrity..none of these does GM Financial display.? We have not been offered any type of help what so ever from GM.? They could've offered to put the payment on to the end of the loan, that was they're mistake isn't causing a hardship on us.? They could've offered to waive half of the amount and we pay the other half.? Just to acknowledge that they in fact made a mistake, they're sorry and never meant to cause their customers any type of distress caused by their incompetence.? They say they sent a letter to have the negative remark removed from my credit report, as of today July 26,that negative mark is still on my credit report.? That exceeds their time frame of 30-days they said to allow.? I will never do business again with GM Financial and will be contacting an attorney if I don't see this negative mark removed from my credit within days, that's me being more than fair in my time allowance.? I will make sure to tell anyone and everyone willing to listen about this experience and strongly discourage them from doing any business with GM Financial.? Thankfully for the consumer social media can be a powerful tool in spreading ones message.? Any company who holds a contract above doing what's right is no company I wish to give my hard earned money to.?

I am rejecting this response because: the credit bureaus told me that if GM Financial removed there comments than the dispute will be resolvedResult of this not happening I have lost a mortgage loan because GM Financial couldn't simply remove there comments from the dispute and I have removed all the comments of the dispute with all three of my credit bureaus, but they couldn't do there partI no know that they can't take care of there customersIs just simply sad customer service.?

Revdex.com:Please provide this information to the business as requestedThe account number for our old account in question is ***.Our current account is ***.The last four of my social is *** and of my wife who is also on the title is ***If you require additional information, please let me know.? Just as a recap, I am disputing the $that was deducted from me after I requested a stop payment because the car had been deemed a total loss prior to the date the payment was taken.? The insurance company was willing to pay 100% of the remaining balance on the car and they were quoted at a payoff that was several hundred dollars different from the one I had been quoted at.? Which it would appear to me that my quote was without factoring in my payment and with the quote they were provided it accounted for the payment that I requested to be cancelled as the insurance company would be paying the remainder and I could then apply the $towards a new lease through GM Financial.? Furthermore, I am disputing the $over-payment that was made in when we leased the car in question.? We were trading in a vehicle that was financed through Capital One Auto Finance.? At the time, we sent a sizeable insurance check to Capital One to be put towards the remaining balance on the loan and we then financed the remaining negative equity through GM Financial.? The negative equity that we financed was about $more than what was owed on the car as we found out several weeks later.? Capital One insisted that they sent the remaining balance back to GM Financial since that is where the check originated.? I contacted GM Financial numerous times after that and was told that any over-payment would be applied to the payoff/final month lease on the loan.? To this day, I never received any documentation showing that the $was applied back to the lease and since the car was total loss, I have since not been able to get any clear information from anyone on whether the $was applied.? As far as I can tell, the $was never taken into consideration and there was and continues to be an over-payment on the carAs someone who currently has a GM Financial Lease and is currently in the market for a lease on a truck through the same dealer and GM Financial, I hope that this can be resolved so that I can then apply a refund to a new lease.? I have made several attempts to get answers from GM Financial Customer Service and been unable to get any clarification on any of these issues.? In several instances, I was told I needed to be transferred to a different department and each time during the transfer process I was disconnected which left me no choice but to proceed with this complaint

Our records reflect a Notice of Default, Right to Cure, and Intent to Accelerate was mailed to your address of record on May 22, Per this notice, you had until June 5, to cure this defaultThe vehicle was placed out for repossession on June 13, 2018, when the account was over days past dueThe account history was reviewed thoroughly and it has been determined that the handling of the account, including repossession, was in compliance with all state and federal laws
GM Financial is required to report truthful and accurate information to the credit bureau reporting agenciesOur research concludes that the account status and account payment history of your account have been reported to the credit agencies with accuracy; and as a result, we are unable to make any changes or deletions to the credit bureau reporting of your account

I do not agree with GM Financials response.In the first place there was missed payments, that was after the bankruptcy was filed and the statements stopped comingTrue they were not allowed to send them to me, but my husband was on the loan as a co-borrower and never once called him or sent him notices at any missed paymentsWhen I realized I missed one I would make it up as can be seen by the attached spread sheetThe amounts taken under the GM column are from their records, the amount in my column is from my bank statementsAs also can be seen by the spread sheet is that the total I paid into GM financial is $15,142.30, taken from my bank statementsAccording to their records they credited me with $14,When I take my payment of $x months of the loan that comes to $12,How can this be so far off?Again why didn’t they inform my co-borrower that A) the car was under a bankruptcy order, B) payments are not being made would you please make them, C) a repossession order has been placed do you want to pay to stop it? No correspondence at all until they repossessed the carThen they tell him he can buy it back for $12,+Or have to pay the difference if it sells for less than is owedI do not understand all of the laws but I do understand math and this does not add upThis is not a suitable response to my complaint
