As I received your reply, I called GM Financial at 6:54pm (Central) yesterday 7/31/specifically to confirm what is the cut off time for submitting a payment online and counting as same day? Agent stated that the cut off time is 11:59pm? I logged in in the evening and tried to make a payment and will only allow me to select 8/1/as the payment date? I called this morning to ask why was my payment not accepted for 7/31/and agent plus a supervisor said "im sorry for the misinformation" provided to me and that there is nothing they can do to fix the payment date? They asked why was there a delay in my payment without even looking at the notes of the ongoing misinformation provided to me by previous agents? Now I have been screwed again and the customer pays the price for GM Financial's incompetency? Is there anybody there that is competent? ? Please confirm how my payment date can be resolved to reflect 7/31/? Please confirm if another Revdex.com complaint and media escalation is required? ? ? ?

As I have stated before, I called Bay View in September after my car was paid off because they were still on my car registration from California? I talked to a *** *** stating that I had not received my car title? She claimed they mailed it to my address? She then sent me a release of lien letter that she said would remove them from my registration? It did not? Unfortunately after being laid off from my full time job my focus was on finding work and yes it took years? I finally had to move because of the work situation? Oregon DMV needs my car title? I have been on the phone for hours with your office, CA DMV & WV DMV? I talked to a supervisor at GM Financial who told me to go to your getmycartitle website? I followed those instructions to no avail? I had to pay money that I don't have for an unnecessary release of lien letter that I already have? I sent that to WV as instructed? I lived there in where they gave me a Non-negotiable title? I am not registered in WV? But in your web site my car is listed as registered there? WV DMV tells me they do not have my title? I went back to your getmycartitle web site again last Sunday to try for the title? Their response, we cannot create a Duplicate Title for the stae is WV for a Retail account? What is that suppose to mean? ? I have taken the steps asked of me? Someone on your end dropped the ball? When I called in *** *** tried to send me to the same website? Why, couldn't you send me a duplicate title at that time? I think your web site is just a scam to get more money out of people? I think you need to send me a duplicate copy of my title? You should have done that when I called the first time instead of blowing me off like you are doing now? I will never do business wih your company on any level and will warn others? You obviously have my records and car information? Your web site isn't giving me my title for some reason that I can't explain? If it won't release my title why do you keep suggesting I go there? ? Bay View Acceptance Corporation/AmeriCredit Company now GM Financial are responsible? I think you need to do whatever it takes to make sure I get a duplicate title because you dropped the ball in the first place? You say you mailed my car title and I'm telling you again I did not receive it

Financial employees were not present at *** Chevrolet (“Dealer”) during the signing of the contract and GM Financial was not an original contracting party in any agreements between the two partiesThe contract was subsequently assigned to GM Financial
Please note that GM Financial places a high priority on adhering to all state and federal lawsAs required by LaRevStatAnn§ 6:966, a notice was mailed to your last known address on January 5, 2016, this notice also explained that Louisiana law permits repossession of motor vehicles upon default without further notice or judicial processOn May 3, the decision was made to place the vehicle out for repossession, as allowed by your contractAt this time the account was over days past dueThe account history was reviewed thoroughly and it has been determined that the handling of the account, including repossession, was in compliance with all state and federal laws
We empathize with the problems you may have experienced with the vehicle; however, the responsibility for this contractual obligation remainsAll mechanical issues would have needed to be resolved between yourself, *** Chevrolet, and/or the manufacturer of the vehicle, if necessary

I am rejecting this response because: Notice was never sent to me or receivedGM Financial has refused to provide proof of notice being sent on 12/18/This noitice was allegedly sent prior to any enhancements made on the GM Financial system which have absolutely nothing to do with me or negates GM Financial of their legal responsibility of providing said notice even after GM Financial called me on 12/BEFORE their subsequent system shut down and was told by me that notice had NEVER arrivedAnd that conversation was recorded and authorized for being? recorded by GM Financial rep *** ***I will be contacting the Illinois States Attorney Office as well as a private lawyer because no notice was sent in accordance to Illinois Repossession LawAnd GM Financial has refused to provide a tracking number of the notice or any other documentation to provide the whereabouts of the notice ssupposedly sent on 12/18/The system shutdown is the companies issue not mineGM Financial should have had other alternative measures put in place to handle any issues that were to arise during the shutdown which concluded on 1/8/and not 1/5/as they stated in their notices to their customers.?
