Regards,I have a copy of the check from the dealership that shows proof that this check was cashed on 10-3-! GM financial failed to pay off my account , pulled an extra payment & YES I had it reversed because of the hardship it caused me with nsf fees! I will tell everyone I know NOT to go through GM financial!?

The fact that GM Financial WILL NOT provide the breakdown of the "interest" that has been accruing for each of the deferred payments, and the deferment agreements, goes to show that GM Financial is being deceptive and is engaging in a predatory loans against consumersWe were told by Natalie, a manager, that we deferred six (6) total payments; yet you provided three (3) dates...so which is it? According to your website, we have paid installments of $465.66; so are you saying your website is incorrect then?? Since you reviewed the account and its payment history and state the interest rate was higher at that time; why? wasn't? an audit of the interest completed AND provided to us, the CONSUMER, since GM Financial knows that we have requested one, repeatedly????? We are once again, requesting this information under the The Freedom of Information ActThis act is in place so corporations like, GM Financial, are held accountable

A review of your account shows that your participation in the Automatic ACH Payment Plan was set up to draft your monthly installment, in the amount of $652.19, effective September 26, It was automatically canceled on October 28, 2016, due to insufficient funds (NSF)ACH payments were then set up online, by logging into the GM Financial website and using Western Union SpeedPayA payment was not received in September On February 22, 2018, you enrolled your account in the online recurring payment plan through Western Union SpeedPay, effective with your February 26, 2018, due date and is scheduled to end on September 26, You will receive a payment history in a separate mailing for your review
