Thank for your responseI would like to know why I was told by *** ***, one of you customer service managers that I could only listen to the recorded phone call if I was to get a lawyerShe also stated to me that your outgoing phone calls are time stamped, but whether or not the calls actually go through to someone is not their problemI was also told I was mailed a repossession letter by your reinstatement departmentThen once again Ms*** informed me you do not send those outI have yet to receive anything on the matterThen just to be told it is my word against hers, does not seem to be how you treat a customerI was given two dates to make the interest payments to secure the defermentMy wife also had a request put in to see if that said phone call was recordedIt has now been over three weeks with no answer.Now, I did in fact make the interest payments to secure the deferment, I have receipt in handAlso, I was told I should have received an email stating the deferment went throughYou can only imagine I have been watching very closely and have not received one for the latest deferment, but I did call to make sure it went throughWould the late fees have been moved with the deferment to the end of loan as well? As you can see we are still confused, this is because we have not received the same answer or honest one from anyoneMs*** also informed me she put in the request for the repossessionI assume you use certain companies, I assure you they were repossessing the vehicle on behalf of GM financialSo, as for the marks on my driveway and wear on my tiresThat problem does not only belong to the repossession company.? Also, as we do appreciate the deferment to get our other bills caught up due to this mistake made by your companyI can only wonder why I was offered the second deferment? Is it because I am not allowed to hear the phone call of the two different dates being offered? That it was in fact voided on the first date by mistake? This matter could all be dropped if I could get honest answers from someoneI lost money because I was not able to go to work, pick my kids up from school (my children's car seats were in the vehicle), also all my payroll informationThis was needed that day and I was not allowed to get into my vehicle until the next dayI paid a lot more fees than your company knows.? I have also attached for your information the emails I received from Ms***, in which she told me directly on the phone she had sent a repossession email on August 31st, as you will see that was not the caseThe repossession email was sent the day beforeNow being a working parentsI was not able to get to that email that evening, but did call and leave her a message, that was returned to me over a week later.?

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11574104, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.Again, they can say many things but the truth is when I made the arrangements for retaining my truck they were aware of the amount I was pass due? What we have here is a large corporation bullying the common man? I am well aware of my contract, I am also well aware that I informed them of my situation of being on disability and at the time I made the arrangements that I was days past due hence the payment arrangements? These were not regular payments these were payments to get my account current? So, continuing to restate the obvious does not take away from two simple facts1) I made the agreed payment and 2) I was told that I had to make the next payment by the end of July? Which they did not give me until? But instead took my money and then took my car? History has shown that the powers that be, will NEVER admit on their own that they are wrong? It is only when they are forced to do so do they ever admit that their practices may not be in the best benefit of the common man? When I sent this email to you I did so knowing that there was little to no chance that your organization would be able to do anything to help me? However, I wanted it to go on record what they had done so that if in the future any other individuals ever are put in the same situation as they have put me, then there will be record to show that this is not an isolated occurrence and that their practices are misleading and point blank wrong? Just like now they are saying that I have to pay for storage fees (see above), when they specifically said that they had renegotiated the contracts with the storage companies and that we no longer have to pay for storage fees that the cost is in the amount that they give us for getting our vehicles back? In fact, when I called the storage company they said that there were no additional fees other than the amount GM Financial gave me? So, are they again changing the rules? ? Don't they record all conversations? ? Are they not aware of their own policies? ? Or is this intimidation?Just like the creditors who would call people on their jobs and call their personal friends and family at the time that they were doing these, now unlawful, practices they were within full rights of the law and their company practices? But, after one couple stood up to them and questioned their practices in the court of law, were the practices by which creditors operated put in question and since changed? I am a Christian and as God said to the children of Israel I gave you laws by which to live and you followed them and yet you are still a wicked and perverse people? So the next time I will right my covenant with you upon your heart so that when you do wrong you will not be able to say well I followed your commandments, now your "heart" will tell you you are wrong.I thank you for what assistance you tried to provide and I also thank you for your prompt response? As, you are unable to assist me further, I will simply pay the amount they deemed necessary to retain my truck? However, their practices are now on record for all to review? In addition, I cannot go on record as accepting this response as I do not agree? Again, Thank you.?

I have been in contact with GM Financial on multiple occasions and have been the sole person responsible for trying to figure out why GM Financial can't find my moneyAt no point prior to this response has anyone from GM Financial indicated to me that they couldn't provide me with information regarding this leaseWhile I appreciate your interest in protecting the information contained within my wife's lease agreement, the writer of this response is apparently the only one who feels it's necessary to do soRegardless of your take on this matter, I was able to resolve this issue, and GM Financial is sending the money to me in check form, with my name on itPerhaps if you were so concerned about the security of the information contained in this lease agreement it wouldn't have taken you over a month to refund the payment on a closed account
