I am rejecting this response because:I was informed the the GAP insurance company is actually GM Financial - if that is not the case they provide the name & address of the company.  Per my phone call with your representative at GM 03/11 it was implied that GM Financial is also handling the GAP claims process.

I understand this and thanks for your help. In the past no less than 3 updates have been sent from GM but to no avail. So if this time it does not work I will deal with the bureaus myself for this , but will need a letter specially stating that ' all late payments are to be removed off the credit report . The last letter I got from gm simply claimes an update was being made but did not specify what exactly was being updated.

I am rejecting this response because: Info you requested, ref number connected is [redacted],and as I stated my father the above SS# belonging too, leased the car jan.2016& became ill& passed away April 9,2016,@ that point I should have instructed my mother to terminate lease(accepted lease termination;death) however for sentimental reasons & other reasons she felt that she should hold on to it,in respect to my father & her husband of 59 yrs.& for the thought that, MAYBE she would start driving, but she did not & does not drive & will not drive in the future due to health reasons, however she made every payment & the Cruze was 20,000+ miles BELOW lease terms and was under 4,000 miles on odometer. I hope this resolves this unjust matter & is cleared & this unjust action is cleared from my mothers name. PS at Time of lease my father even asked if my mother could be on the lease as a co-leasee! This was at [redacted]Regards,

I am rejecting this response because:once again, I sent in the proof that my payment was sent in to you. You are making this difficult even though I have already provided the necessary documents. I am not asking for reimbursement of the extra money paid; I'm simply asking to have the late marks removed from my credit report because of the error and the fact that I have provided proof via bank statements. Please fix this ASAP. Per an email sent by [redacted], the only thing needed was a bank statement. She acknowledged that GM still couldn't find the payment in her system and requested additional documents that my bank, US Bank, does not have since it was an electronic payment. Please fix the late marks on my credit report since I've complied with your requests and you still could not find my lost payment.  I will I'll be obligated to seek advice from an attorney if this is not resolved.

Thank you for the additional correspondence sent to the Revdex.com. I have reviewed your concerns and would like to provide the following information. GM Financial is unable to change its position regarding this matter; if you are unwilling to provide the information requested; GM Financial is unable to request the removal of the block on your bank account with Western Union caused by the payments you stopped in January of 2016. As you have been previously advised, if you opt not to provide the requested information, an alternative option is to mail in your lease payment.  Please understand that if you terminate your lease early, you will still be responsible for the Early Termination Liabilities reflected within Section 22 on the back of your Closed End Motor Vehicle Lease Agreement and the GM Financial tradeline for this account will continue to be reflected and accurately reported to the credit bureau reporting agencies.   If you have any further questions or are in need of additional assistance, please contact GM Financial at (855) 719-9690. Sincerely,GM Financial

Dear Mr. [redacted],
Thank you for the correspondence sent to the Revdex.com. I have reviewed your concerns and would like to provide the following information.
As previously explained, GM Financial submitted an update to the credit reporting agencies regarding the current status of your account. Please allow the credit bureau reporting agencies 30-45 days to reflect these updates.
The current outstanding balance is $426.10 and is good until March 24, 2018. Please note the payoff quote is subject to change if the payoff expires, changes to the account payment history occur or fees assess to the account.
We empathize with the problems you may have experienced with the vehicle; however, all mechanical issues would need to be resolved between yourself, the originating dealership and the manufacturer of the vehicle, if necessary. If you would like to discuss this matter further with the manufacturer of your vehicle, please contact the Chevrolet Customer Assistance line at ###-###-####.
Included for your review is a copy of your payment history. If you have any additional questions regarding this matter please feel free to contact GM Financial at ###-###-####.
Sincerely,
GM Financial

Dear Mr. [redacted],

Thank you for the additional correspondence sent to the Revdex.com. I have reviewed your concerns and would like to provide the following information. GM Financial received the payoff for this vehicle on February 22, 2016. On this date, your account was 41 days past due for...

the January 11, 2016 installment due date. GM Financial has contacted the credit bureau reporting agencies to confirm the information last reported on May 12, 2016; and it has been determined that this information is both truthful and accurate. The account status was reported as paid and closed, but more than 30 days past due at payoff. Our research concludes that the status and payment history of your account have been reported to the credit bureau reporting agencies with accuracy; and as a result, we are unable to make any changes or deletions to the credit bureau reporting of your account. Should GM Financial receive written documentation from Baierl Chevrolet indicating that they are at fault for the delay in the receipt of the payoff, GM Financial will reconsider your request for removal of the derogatory mark reported on June 19, 2015. The letter must be on the dealership’s letterhead and include contact information for the person furnishing the letter on your behalf. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please contact Customer Service at ###-###-####. Sincerely,GM Financial

Dear Ms. [redacted],
Thank you for the correspondence sent to the Revdex.com. I have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer the following information.
Please be advised that although...

the principal and interest was paid off, there are still late fees owed on the account. Our records reflect that you spoke with a GM Financial representative on February 25, 2015 and you were made aware of this. As a courtesy, GM Financial waived half of those late fees, leaving you with a total of $710.91 in late fees on the account. These fees will need to be paid to be able to release the title.
Included for your review is a copy of your Account Payment History and a copy of the Final Installment Payment Agreement. If you have any further questions or are in need of additional assistance regarding this matter, please contact GM Financial at [redacted].
Sincerely,
GM Financial

The previous response was that I could set up autopsy and this one states that I am unable to. Which one is it? And furthermore if I can not how am able to pay it without paying an additional 13 dollars per month?

Thank you for the additional correspondence sent to the Revdex.com regarding your GM Financial account. I have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer the following information. As you were advised on several occasions, the account will continue to roll delinquent until the receipt of the payoff.  Our records reflect that the payoff for your account was not received until August 6, 2015; when the account was 42 days past due. Both you and Jennifer Hutchinson were notified of the status of the account by telephone and by email prior to the reporting of the account to the credit bureau reporting agencies. Notification of a trade in is not the receipt of the payoff; you would still be liable for the account until the payoff is received. GM Financial is not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect addressGM Financial has not changed its position regarding the credit bureau reporting of the account; our research concludes that the account status and account payment history of your account have been reported to the credit bureau reporting agencies with accuracy.Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please feel free to contact Customer Service at ###-###-####.Sincerely,GM Financial

Dear Ms. [redacted],
Thank you for the correspondence sent to the Revdex.com. I have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer the following information.
A review of your...

account reflects that the account was reported as a repossession on May 17, 2012 and was paid in full on that same day. Our records show that your date of first delinquency is November 9, 2011. This date is used to determine when the late payment information is to be deleted from your credit report. You may contact the credit reporting agencies directly to confirm the dates they have scheduled for this debt to delete from your credit bureau report.
GM Financial is required to report truthful and accurate information to the credit bureau reporting agencies. Our research concludes that the account status and account payment history of your account have been reported to the credit agencies with accuracy; and as a result, we are unable to make any changes or deletions to the credit bureau reporting of your account at this time.
Included for your review is a copy of the Contract and Account Payment History. If you have any further questions or are in need of additional assistance regarding this matter, please contact GM Financial at [redacted].
Sincerely,
