I am rejecting this response because: the issue has not been resolved. I did not post the payment to the wrong account and should not have to wait this long for this to be resolved. 5 months is entirely too long for a simple resolution to be completed.

I am rejecting this response because: Info you requested, ref number connected is [redacted],and as I stated my father the above SS# belonging too, leased the car jan.2016& became ill& passed away April 9,2016,@ that point I should have instructed my mother to terminate lease(accepted lease termination;death) however for sentimental reasons & other reasons she felt that she should hold on to it,in respect to my father & her husband of 59 yrs.& for the thought that, MAYBE she would start driving, but she did not & does not drive & will not drive in the future due to health reasons, however she made every payment & the Cruze was 20,000+ miles BELOW lease terms and was under 4,000 miles on odometer. I hope this resolves this unjust matter & is cleared & this unjust action is cleared from my mothers name. PS at Time of lease my father even asked if my mother could be on the lease as a co-leasee! This was at [redacted]Regards,

October 3, 2017   RE:  Complaint ID: [redacted]          [redacted]                           Dear Mrs. [redacted], Thank you for forwarding the additional correspondence. We have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer you the following information. On March 5, 2016, you signed a Motor Vehicle Retail Installment Sales Contract (“Contract”) for the purchase of a 2016 Ford F150 in the amount of $37, 558.35 at an interest rate of 11.25%. Within the agreement, you agreed to repay the loan in 72 monthly installments in the amount of $723.08 per month, beginning on April 19, 2016.   As per your Contract, on Page 2 Section F, it states: PHYSICAL DAMAGE INSURANCE PROCEEDS. You must use physical damage insurance proceeds to repair the vehicle, unless we agree otherwise in writing. However, if the vehicle is a total loss, you must use the insurance proceeds to pay what you owe us. You agree that we can use any proceeds from insurance to repair the vehicle, or we may reduce what you owe under this contract. If we apply insurance proceeds to the amount you owe, they will be applied to your payment sin the reverse order of when they are due. If your insurance on the vehicle or credit insurance doesn’t pay all you owe, you must pay what is still owed. Once all amounts owed under this contact are paid, any remaining proceeds will be paid to you.   Please note that our system of record indicates that on December 28, 2016, your vehicle was deemed a total loss. A letter was mailed to on January 16, 2017, which explained to you that during the total loss process you were responsible for keeping the account current otherwise, your account would report to the credit bureau agencies. This letter also explained that you would be responsible for paying any difference owed per your Contract. GM Financial received insurance proceeds in the amount of $34,478.94 on February 1, 2017, which was less than the full balance owed. The remaining balance was not paid off until February 27, 2017.   GM Financial is required to report truthful and accurate information to the credit bureau reporting agencies. Our research concludes that the account status and account payment history of your account have been reported to the credit agencies with accuracy; and as a result, we are unable to make any changes or deletions to the credit bureau reporting of your account at this time.   A payment history and a copy of your contract was mailed to you for review.   If you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please feel free to contact GM Financial at 1([redacted].   Sincerely, GM Financial Tell us why here...

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: I would like to see proof of that GM Financial sent the required letters to my address of record. Also, I would like to know the exact address they "sent" the required notices to. They did not state what address it was sent to. If they did not send it to an adress I authorized communication from or the original address on file. Then they did not fulfill their duties and they're collection activities are illegal. Please also provide proof that I authorized any adress changes. Please also note: if this matter isn't handled correctly and legally within the next 5 days. I will take legal action against GM Financial. I am an attorney and I have researched the law very carefully on this matter and GM Financial is in violation of the law.  Please se take this matter seriously.

Thank you for the correspondence sent to the Revdex.com. I have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer the following information.
A review of your account reflects that a due date change has been completed and changed to the 21st day of each month.
In order for a due date...

change to be processed on the account, the account must be current or brought current with the request of the due date change at the time it was requested. Please note all previous due date changes were not processed because the account was not current at the time of the request.
Please be advised, that at the time of your request on September 4, 2015, your account was 20 days past due for the August 15, 2015 installment due date. After the payment made on September 8, 2015 had been posted to your account, it would have been necessary for you to contact Customer Service and request the due date change.
GM Financial is required to report truthful and accurate information to the credit bureau reporting agencies. Our research concludes that the account status and account payment history of your account have been reported to the credit bureau reporting agencies with accuracy; and as a result, we are unable to make any changes or deletions to the credit bureau reporting.
A copy of your account payment history has been included for your review. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance with regard to this matter, please contact GM Financial at ###-###-####.
Sincerely,
GM Financial
Revdex.comThank you for your help, but what wasn't explained was I was contacted again by the Collections Department FOR  payment. I set up the payment bringing the account current and the request still wasn't completed until after the fact. My account hadn't been 30 days late though since July of last year and I was on top of my Account until this? My included payment history doesn't show requests made prior and I would like the Call History pulled I can prove that GM FINANCIAL findings are Inaccurate.
