payoff check was backdated with an effective date of February 17, 2017. Upon review of the account, GM Financial determined there are no credit marks on the account for February or March of 2017. An update has been submitted to the credit bureau reporting agencies to remove the January 2017 mark. Please allow the credit bureau reporting agencies 30-45 days to reflect these updates. Please understand that any additional disputes submitted through the credit bureaus prior to these changes updating, may cause the credit agencies to void the update submitted by GM Financial.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10601768, and find that this resolution Acceptable.However,  I need a letter from GM Financial in their letterhead referring to my Loan number 444737597 With the information given updating the 3 major credit Bureaus,  Experian, Equifax and TransUnion to have the 30 day delinquency removed that was reported in January 2015.Time is of the essence and waiting 30 to 45 Days affects me financially. I must provide this letter to my financial institution now.The letter can be fax to my fax number 925 246-9356 and mail to my mailing address; PO Box 485 Clayton CA 94517and email to my email address [email protected] also hereby grant GM financial permission to communicated with the 3 credit bureaus  Experian, Equifax and TransUnion, In the event they call GM to verify the information on the letter.  ** This must be noted on my account **I appreciate the time and work put on this of the Revdex.com and GM Financial  to find a satisfactory resolution.Your prompt response is highly appreciated.

I have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer the following information. Please be advised that we received a payment in the amount of $700.00 on February 15, 2017 that applied towards your January of 2017 base rent payment, and a partial for February of 2017 payment. As of the date of this letter, you have made 23 out of 39 monthly base rent payments and currently have a balance of $638.44 for your February of 2017 payment. Our records reflect that the June of 2015 payment was not received until July 8, 2015. We received two payments in February of 2016 that covered December 2015 and January 2016, however the account has been running past due. I'm not sure of the "date of inquiry" but my initial call with GM financial took place during the week ending may 13 thru may 20, which was my wedding day. My car was towed on June 2nd and I've spoken to approx 3 -4 different reps between June 2 - June 13th. I haven't heard anything from anyone since that time.  My contact number is ###-###-####. I am rejecting this response because:GM Financial is still ignoring the majority of my concerns and just parroting back their poor policy on a singular facet of the complaint. I don't "feel" there was poor service, there was, numerous times. It is not hard to find systems that do not take people's money when it's not owed and that allow choice in due date, and it is even simpler to INFORM your customers that you do NOT have these systems. The people working in customer service have no knowledge of how their own system works and make no attempt to inform customers if they do know. You can repeatedly call and ask reps a question and get entirely different answers from each rep. I've worked in customer service and billing since I was in High School - none of this is a lot to ask and none of this is difficult. It's worrisome to me that GM is entrusting this company with their lease loans and their name when the company can't even acknowledge mistakes and shortcomings in their training procedures or systems. The fact of the matter is I have hit billing issue after issue due to employees giving bad advice when I call with questions. I do this for a living - if staff tells me how to set something up correctly, I can do it without issue. This is the concern.

I wanted it to be on records as you continually harass us with phone calls that you have offered no help and charge us $189 for a late fee multiple times. This is not resolved as you have done nothing except send me information that I asked for many times outside of the Revdex.com but they suddenly show up through the Revdex.com. So sad that you offer no help to people.

this is not acceptable.  Our rights were violated during this process and the fees are beyond excessive. there are so many complaints and many are talking about a class action law suit regarding this company.   When the car was taken we paid within 30 minutes and GM was supposed to be open till 8pm we were put on hold at 7:42 and then the disconnected at 7:58.   The answering machine was picking up when we called back 7:58.the way this was handled was so messed up.   I have everything recorded due to the fact allstate my insurance company was on the line with me trying to verify coverage since you couldn't find the 2 faxes they had sent. we want a refund and have already had an attorney say we should just one, but the Revdex.com needs to step in and help protect us from companies.
