Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute. As previously stated, the double payment is a separate issue so I won't be commenting on it.As pointed out on the original complaint I email the request to initiate the transfer on 6/30/16. Diana, the back office manager, failed to send the Assumption Authorization Form and Credit Application until nearly two weeks later (on 7/12/16). This is not only outside of the 72 hour guideline per GM Financial but also after numerous complaints to your reps and manager Victoria H[redacted]...all of whom admitted that GM Financial made mistakes in my case. Therefore, I'm unclear on how you would be able to categorize this as being handled in a "timely" fashion. Because of all of the mistakes and delays, Ms. H[redacted] put my case as her top priority and admitted that it was now a "special circumstance" case. She also promised to work directly with Diana for the remainder of the transfer process. If my case was standard, GM Financial management would not have intervened to this degree. Now comes the start of the second set of delays. On 7/12/16, after the assuming party and I submitted the above-mentioned documents, GM Financial fails to get a response back from the credit report agency until nearly a week later (on 7/18/16) because they had again delayed on the paperwork...this time in submitting to the 3rd party agency. Again, this is outside of the promised 72 hour window. In short, if these two delays had not occurred (i.e. if GM Financial didn't make these mistakes) then the transfer of the vehicle would have completed BEFORE the $169.69 payment on 7/29/16. Since the actions of GM Financial is directly responsible for extending the transfer process and triggering the payment, I shouldn't be penalized for it. Please check these facts against the notes on my account again should you need to verify my claims. In short, I'd like to extend you one final opportunity to reverse the $169.69 charge. In doing so, I will mark this complaint as settle and won't escalate this issue further to GM corporate. Thank you for your consideration. I trust that you'll find this a fair resolution under these circumstances.
Regards,

I am rejecting this response because: i do not see how paying 3/4 of the loan after one year still requires payments monthly. Especially when vehicle has been totaled out. Again I will not be happy until my creeit report is fixed. This is not fair to the customer who did everything to resolve the loan. If credit report is not corrected I will continue to protest fees due.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:The issue was not resolved. The complaint is due to the business never stating their name on any phone calls or voicemail messages left. You cannot call someone and leave a voicemail with only a persons name and ask for a call back the business needs to state their name or else I just assume it is a strange random person calling whom I do not know. Also the business stated they mailed a letter before repossession but no such letter was ever received. I had no prior knowledge the car would be repossessed. On the day it was repossessed I thought the car to be stolen because no notification was given. Again, a company must leave their name on a voicemail for someone to know who is calling. And no such letter that GM states they mailed out was received to the mailing address on file or we would not have been in the situation. If I had received the letter or received a voicemail stating it was from GM financial matters would have been handled and paid and would not had led to the car being repossessed.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.
Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.I now understand that GM Financial cannot stop the [redacted] process. However, I was told by your company that they could stop it with a promise to pay. When a customer is told by a representative of a company that a procedure can be done, they believe them. It became truth because your employee told me that is how your company works. She said it as though it was a standard operating procedure. I understand that I agreed to have the money taken out by [redacted], however, your employee told me that by her entering information into your system, it would stop the process. Your company lied to me. This caused me unnecessary harm in the form of overdraft fees. She said that what she entered into the system would stop [redacted] from running the payment again. This is about me trusting your company and your trained representatives. You are avoiding the fact that your employee flat out lied to me, putting me in a position where I couldn't protect myself due to an untruth. I could have borrowed money to cover it if I was told that it would run again regardless. But that isn't what I was told. I was told that my bank account wouldn't be touched again. This gave me a false sense of security given by your company.Your company caused me unnecessary overdraft fees. Your customer service representatives lie, mock, and insult your customers and instead of making it right you continue to show me that my business isn't important. You say that you take your customer service seriously, yet you continue to inform me that what happened to me is acceptable and okay. This situation shouldn't happen to customers. If a customer is harmed by something a company does, and that company cares, the company makes it right. I trusted that your employees knew what they were talking about, I trusted that the information I was given was accurate. And now I have been put in a situation where your company lied and you are standing by that lie.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11300660, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute. I wanted it to be on records as you continually harass us with phone calls that you have offered no help and charge us $189 for a late fee multiple times. This is not resolved as you have done nothing except send me information that I asked for many times outside of the Revdex.com but they suddenly show up through the Revdex.com. So sad that you offer no help to people.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:GM Financial is still ignoring the majority of my concerns and just parroting back their poor policy on a singular facet of the complaint. I don't "feel" there was poor service, there was, numerous times. It is not hard to find systems that do not take people's money when it's not owed and that allow choice in due date, and it is even simpler to INFORM your customers that you do NOT have these systems. The people working in customer service have no knowledge of how their own system works and make no attempt to inform customers if they do know. You can repeatedly call and ask reps a question and get entirely different answers from each rep. I've worked in customer service and billing since I was in High School - none of this is a lot to ask and none of this is difficult. It's worrisome to me that GM is entrusting this company with their lease loans and their name when the company can't even acknowledge mistakes and shortcomings in their training procedures or systems. The fact of the matter is I have hit billing issue after issue due to employees giving bad advice when I call with questions. I do this for a living - if staff tells me how to set something up correctly, I can do it without issue. This is the concern.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: Just because it's "legal" doesn't make it right. Please know that I have advised everyone I know to advise everyone they know to never do business with your company, as you have no moral compass and do not value your customers.
