Dear Ms. [redacted],
Thank you for the correspondence sent to the Revdex.com. I have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer the following information.
As outlined in the lease agreement...

(See Page 2, under Registration, Parking Tickets and Taxes), you must pay all parking tickets, traffic fines, and taxes relating to the Vehicle. If you do not pay such tickets and fines, we have the right to do so for you, and you will pay us upon demand. Based on a review, your account reflects that GM Financial remitted a check on December 29, 2016 for Toll Bill Number [redacted] in the amount of $5.00. If you have paid this toll directly, please provide a copy of the receipt as proof of payment to GM Financial at fax number [redacted].
Toll invoices are generally sent to you by the toll authority and may also be sent to GM Financial. Any invoices received by GM Financial are forwarded to you. When a secondary notice is received from the toll authority advising the toll charges are unpaid, GM Financial will pay them and bill them to you through your lease account. It is your responsibility to pay any tolls relating to the leased vehicle in a timely manner.
We apologize for the poor level of service you feel you have received. Please be assured that GM Financial gives customer service a high priority and is totally committed to achieving excellence. We appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. If you have any further questions or are in need of additional assistance regarding this matter, please contact GM Financial at [redacted].
Sincerely,
GM Financial

Thank you for the additional correspondence sent to the Revdex.com. I have reviewed your concerns and would like to provide the following information. Our position regarding this matter has not changed. GM Financial is required to report truthful and accurate information to the credit bureau reporting agencies. Our research concludes that the account status and account payment history of your account have been reported to the credit agencies with accuracy; and as a result, we are unable to make any changes or deletions to the credit bureau reporting of your account. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please feel free to contact GM Financial at 1(800)369-5212. Sincerely, GM Financial

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: in the reply from GM they stated and I quote "
Regards,GM Financial is required to report truthful and accurate information to the credit bureau reporting agencies. Our research concludes that the account status and payment history of your account have been reported to the credit bureau reporting agencies with accuracy"....... I then request that GM notify the billing department that my account is up to date and the balance is 10,700. GM billing collectors keep calling and telling me that I owe my January 2017 payment when on my credit report from EXPERIAN it clearly is marked as paid. I also request GM to adjust my balance to match that balance on which the accurate credit report states. The GM bill collectors state my balance ic much much higher. In the reply from GM they clearly stated the credit reports are accurate in account status and payment. If this is true they need to contact their billing department and get this fixed asap. Because GM is now voilating the FCRA by calling me everyday for a payment that has already been paid.   And as far as GM not responsible for redit appprovals, I can show you a whole handful of denials from GM. All the dealership does is take a persons information and then pass it along to GM for a deny/appoval. The dealership does not make the approval decision as stated. False. Direct or indirect GM FINANCIAL has any and all say when it comes to financing through them. Who ever wrote their reply was very misinformed. That staement was not thought out very well.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:The issue was not resolved. The complaint is due to the business never stating their name on any phone calls or voicemail messages left. You cannot call someone and leave a voicemail with only a persons name and ask for a call back the business needs to state their name or else I just assume it is a strange random person calling whom I do not know. Also the business stated they mailed a letter before repossession but no such letter was ever received. I had no prior knowledge the car would be repossessed. On the day it was repossessed I thought the car to be stolen because no notification was given. Again, a company must leave their name on a voicemail for someone to know who is calling. And no such letter that GM states they mailed out was received to the mailing address on file or we would not have been in the situation. If I had received the letter or received a voicemail stating it was from GM financial matters would have been handled and paid and would not had led to the car being repossessed.

I am rejecting this response because: Just because it's "legal" doesn't make it right. Please know that I have advised everyone I know to advise everyone they know to never do business with your company, as you have no moral compass and do not value your customers.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.
As stated numerous times, that payment you are referring to (received on July 28, 2016 that was rescinded by my financial institution) is a completely separate issue and I will not be commenting on that. The payment that is in question is the other $169.69 payment that GM Financial processed on July 28, 2016. That is what this complaint is in relation to (complaint ID [redacted]). Please process the refund for that payment ASAP due to the issues detailed in this complaint.

Here we go again!! I bought out my lease on 8/22/2015 from GM financial account. GM Financial eventually got everything figured out and transferred ownership to me. Then on 10/9/15, reported to 3 credit bureaus I was late. Then on 10/11/2015, reported an improved payment status. Both of these are affecting my credit report. I have been trying desperately to get them removed. Complaints with Revdex.com were filed ). I talked to your office on 1/29/16 about how these erroneous entries. You told me to call gm financial again. Which I did on 1/29/16. They told me they would have them removed once again. Well guess what? Now I'm really upset because NOW they ADDED another IMPROVED payment on 1/30/16????!!!!!! What the heck???!!!! Are these people stupid or what??!!! Do I have to sue them and get an attorney involved? I thought the Revdex.com is supposed to help consumers resolve these issuesTranslateDesired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:Correction to a credit reportselectDesired Outcome:Please FORCE GM FINANCIAL TO REMOVE NOW ALL THREE ERRONEOUS CREDIT DINGS ON MY CREDIT REPORT!!!! I will NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING AND ANY RESOLVE UNTIL GM FINANCIAL CAN PROVE IN WRITING THAT THEY HAVE DONE SO!!!

I understand this and thanks for your help. In the past no less than 3 updates have been sent from GM but to no avail. So if this time it does not work I will deal with the bureaus myself for this , but will need a letter specially stating that ' all late payments are to be removed off the credit report . The last letter I got from gm simply claimes an update was being made but did not specify what exactly was being updated.

Dear Mr. [redacted],
Thank you for the correspondence sent to the Revdex.com. I have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer the following information.
On December 29, 2017, you entered into a Motor Vehicle Lease...

Agreement (“Contract”) with Frank Shirey Cadillac Inc. for the 2017 Cadillac XT5. GM Financial was not present at Frank Shirey Cadillac Inc. (“Dealer”) during the signing of the contract and was not privileged to any agreements between the two parties. The contract was subsequently assigned to GM Financial.
Please be aware, as stated in your contract (See Page 1) it states, you agree to the terms of this lease. You acknowledge you have examined the vehicle, that the vehicle is equipped as you want, and that it is in good condition. Unfortunately, GM Financial is unable to honor your request to cancel your contract. Please be advised the responsibility for this contractual obligation remains.Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance regarding this matter, please feel free to contact GM Financials Lease Customer Service department directly at [redacted]
 Sincerely,
GM Financial

I am rejecting this response because:once again, I sent in the proof that my payment was sent in to you. You are making this difficult even though I have already provided the necessary documents. I am not asking for reimbursement of the extra money paid; I'm simply asking to have the late marks removed from my credit report because of the error and the fact that I have provided proof via bank statements. Please fix this ASAP. Per an email sent by [redacted], the only thing needed was a bank statement. She acknowledged that GM still couldn't find the payment in her system and requested additional documents that my bank, US Bank, does not have since it was an electronic payment. Please fix the late marks on my credit report since I've complied with your requests and you still could not find my lost payment.  I will I'll be obligated to seek advice from an attorney if this is not resolved.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:    My issue with this is 1) why did it take you till Jan. 2018 to notify me  of this bill, that was paid in 7/2017?  2) what happened to the funds from my monthly payments that were to pay these taxes?3) everyone I talked to at GM Financial, once I was able to get through your crappy automated phone system, only had one solution to this issue, we messed up but your still going to pay.  I will never do business with you again, and the troubleshooter at our local tv cannel has advised me to contact the Ky. Attorney General on this matter.  So, apparently I'm not the only one that sees something wrong with your business practices4) I sent the payment via certified mail because I don't have time to deal with collections and having my credit ruined.  But I will l share my experience with as many people as possible.

Dear Ms. [redacted],
Thank you for the additional correspondence sent to the Revdex.com. I have reviewed your concerns and would like to provide the following information.
Please be advised as you stated the title lost was not received, we will need a rejection letter from your local DMV stating this information. Please send a copy of this notification via fax to [redacted]. Once this has been received, we will then be able to process your request for a duplicate title.
Sincerely,
GM Financial

That is very good business practices that your ,so called company keeps. However, our documentation never stated otherwise and if you had so rightfully purchased the company when you say then why, tell me, did you send us a letter telling us basically that we were late for a payment when the account has been previously paid off. GM Financial or as many people put it...Government Motors... Bail out kings of the USA,  It is then quite obvious to my spouse and I but dumb founded to you all that you had no comprehension of the payoff what so ever till you then realized your ignorance. This is over now that we have spoken to the lawyers and they will direct us where to tell you to go from here. You will be receiving our documentation that we have that we know you do not possess and then you can barbeque it, eat it and digest the truth. That is something your company knows nothing about, even if it bit you in the backside. We will as much as possible make sure our review of your Business Ethics , as poorly as they are, don't go unnoticed! Thank God we are done with this company and its heathens!

I am rejecting this response because:I was informed the the GAP insurance company is actually GM Financial - if that is not the case they provide the name & address of the company.  Per my phone call with your representative at GM 03/11 it was implied that GM Financial is also handling the GAP claims process.
