Dear Ms. [redacted],
Thank you for the correspondence sent to the Revdex.com. I have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer the following information.
On August 9, 2015, you...

entered into a Retail Installment Sale Contract (“Contract”) for the 2013 Ford Fusion in the amount of $18,931.00 at an interest rate of 14.90%. Within the agreement, you agreed to repay the loan in 72 monthly installments in the amount of $401.58 per month, beginning September 23, 2015.
On November 1, 2017, the decision was made to repossess the vehicle, as allowed by the contract. At this time the account was 69 days past due. Please be aware, numerous efforts were made to contact you regarding the status of your account. The Notice of Default, Right to Cure, and Intent to Repossess letter was mailed to your home address on September 6, 2017. The account history was reviewed thoroughly and it has been determined that the handling of the account, including repossession, was in compliance with all state and federal laws.

Sincerely,
GM Financial

I am accepting not in agreement but because I don't have time for this person's excuses. I have bigger issues to settle with [redacted] Chevrolet AND GENERAL MOTORS other than going back in forth with this person.

This is a generic response, I take it no one read my last request for a very specific letter on a GM Letter head. Please once again read my last request sent to GM through the Revdex.com.

February 20, 2018 RE:  Complaint ID:  [redacted]         [redacted]                         Dear [redacted]: Thank you for...

forwarding the correspondence sent to the Revdex.com. I would like an opportunity to address your concerns, however more information is required. Dear Ms. [redacted],
Thank you for the additional correspondence sent to the Revdex.com. I have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer the following information.
Our records reflect that there are no late charges assessed or a credit mark on the account as of the date of this letter, and there is no payment due until December 9, 2016. GM Financial received a payment on November 17, 2016, in the amount of $305.50 for the November 9, 2016 monthly base rent payment. The payment was made online via MyAccount. Please be advised the Automatic Payment Plan was effective November 9, 2016 that drafted out that same day for the October 9, 2016 monthly base rent payment in the amount of $291.08.
As you have been advised on November 26, 2016, your account is current at this time and is currently set up on the GM Financial Automatic Payment Plan.
If you have any further questions or are in need of additional assistance regarding this matter, please contact GM Financial at [redacted].
Sincerely,
GM Financial

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:    My issue with this is 1) why did it take you till Jan. 2018 to notify me  of this bill, that was paid in 7/2017?  2) what happened to the funds from my monthly payments that were to pay these taxes?3) everyone I talked to at GM Financial, once I was able to get through your crappy automated phone system, only had one solution to this issue, we messed up but your still going to pay.  I will never do business with you again, and the troubleshooter at our local tv cannel has advised me to contact the Ky. Attorney General on this matter.  So, apparently I'm not the only one that sees something wrong with your business practices4) I sent the payment via certified mail because I don't have time to deal with collections and having my credit ruined.  But I will l share my experience with as many people as possible.
Regards,

Here we go again!! I bought out my lease on 8/22/2015 from GM financial account. GM Financial eventually got everything figured out and transferred ownership to me. Then on 10/9/15, reported to 3 credit bureaus I was late. Then on 10/11/2015, reported an improved payment status. Both of these are affecting my credit report. I have been trying desperately to get them removed. Complaints with Revdex.com were filed ). I talked to your office on 1/29/16 about how these erroneous entries. You told me to call gm financial again. Which I did on 1/29/16. They told me they would have them removed once again. Well guess what? Now I'm really upset because NOW they ADDED another IMPROVED payment on 1/30/16????!!!!!! What the heck???!!!! Are these people stupid or what??!!! Do I have to sue them and get an attorney involved? I thought the Revdex.com is supposed to help consumers resolve these issuesTranslateDesired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:Correction to a credit reportselectDesired Outcome:Please FORCE GM FINANCIAL TO REMOVE NOW ALL THREE ERRONEOUS CREDIT DINGS ON MY CREDIT REPORT!!!! I will NOT ACCEPT ANYTHING AND ANY RESOLVE UNTIL GM FINANCIAL CAN PROVE IN WRITING THAT THEY HAVE DONE SO!!!

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: the issue has not been resolved. I did not post the payment to the wrong account and should not have to wait this long for this to be resolved. 5 months is entirely too long for a simple resolution to be completed.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute.
As stated numerous times, that payment you are referring to (received on July 28, 2016 that was rescinded by my financial institution) is a completely separate issue and I will not be commenting on that. The payment that is in question is the other $169.69 payment that GM Financial processed on July 28, 2016. That is what this complaint is in relation to (complaint ID [redacted]). Please process the refund for that payment ASAP due to the issues detailed in this complaint.

The dealer faxed a letter to your company on Monday 20,2016. I still need a letter to remove the MAY 2016 30 days late on my credit repor, so my lender can send to the appropriate people to remove. I cannot wait the 30 to 40 days this is someone's problem and needs to be fixed as soon as possible. Thank you

That is very good business practices that your ,so called company keeps. However, our documentation never stated otherwise and if you had so rightfully purchased the company when you say then why, tell me, did you send us a letter telling us basically that we were late for a payment when the account has been previously paid off. GM Financial or as many people put it...Government Motors... Bail out kings of the USA,  It is then quite obvious to my spouse and I but dumb founded to you all that you had no comprehension of the payoff what so ever till you then realized your ignorance. This is over now that we have spoken to the lawyers and they will direct us where to tell you to go from here. You will be receiving our documentation that we have that we know you do not possess and then you can barbeque it, eat it and digest the truth. That is something your company knows nothing about, even if it bit you in the backside. We will as much as possible make sure our review of your Business Ethics , as poorly as they are, don't go unnoticed! Thank God we are done with this company and its heathens!
