Re: Complaint ID: [redacted]
Dear Ms. [redacted],
Thank you for the correspondence sent to the Revdex.com. I have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer the following information
As stated in your contract (See Page 2, under...

Standards for Wear and Use), you may be charged for excess wear and use at the end of the scheduled Lease term. The vehicle will not have road damage, chips, scratches, cracks or damage to the glass, body, bumpers, frame or interior. It also states the vehicle must be returned with four matching tires of equal quality to the originals, and when the unit is returned each vehicle tire must have not less than 1/8 inch of tread remaining at its shallowest point.
A review of your contract reflects that an Excess Wear and Tear policy was purchased at the time of the lease origination. As a result, GM Financial has requested an expedited claim from the Excess Wear and Tear coverage provider. You will not be responsible for the remaining balance wear and tear balance. GM Financial will contact you directly once the process is completed.
We would like to apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced as a result of this situation. If you have any further questions or are in need of additional assistance regarding this matter, please contact GM Financial at 1-[redacted].
Sincerely,
GM Financial

The previous response was that I could set up autopsy and this one states that I am unable to. Which one is it? And furthermore if I can not how am able to pay it without paying an additional 13 dollars per month?

Thank you for the additional correspondence sent to the Revdex.com. I have reviewed your concerns and would like to provide the following information. GM Financial received the payoff for this vehicle on February 22, 2016. On this date, your account was 41 days past due for...

the January 11, 2016 installment due date. GM Financial has contacted the credit bureau reporting agencies to confirm the information last reported on May 12, 2016; and it has been determined that this information is both truthful and accurate. The account status was reported as paid and closed, but more than 30 days past due at payoff. Our research concludes that the status and payment history of your account have been reported to the credit bureau reporting agencies with accuracy; and as a result, we are unable to make any changes or deletions to the credit bureau reporting of your account. Should GM Financial receive written documentation from Baierl Chevrolet indicating that they are at fault for the delay in the receipt of the payoff, GM Financial will reconsider your request for removal of the derogatory mark reported on June 19, 2015. The letter must be on the dealership’s letterhead and include contact information for the person furnishing the letter on your behalf. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please contact Customer Service at ###-###-####. Sincerely,GM Financial

Dear Mr. [redacted],
Thank you for the correspondence sent to the Revdex.com. I have reviewed your concerns and would like to provide the following information.
As previously explained, GM Financial submitted an update to the credit reporting agencies regarding the current status of your account. Please allow the credit bureau reporting agencies 30-45 days to reflect these updates.
The current outstanding balance is $426.10 and is good until March 24, 2018. Please note the payoff quote is subject to change if the payoff expires, changes to the account payment history occur or fees assess to the account.
We empathize with the problems you may have experienced with the vehicle; however, all mechanical issues would need to be resolved between yourself, the originating dealership and the manufacturer of the vehicle, if necessary. If you would like to discuss this matter further with the manufacturer of your vehicle, please contact the Chevrolet Customer Assistance line at ###-###-####.
Included for your review is a copy of your payment history. If you have any additional questions regarding this matter please feel free to contact GM Financial at ###-###-####.
Sincerely,
GM Financial

I am rejecting this response because: I have not received the title. The proof of funds has been sent 4 times to multiple people.GM Financial is responsible for my financial burden caused by 3 week (and counting) delay in title release (can be proven). The poor service from GM Finanical is not a FEELING I have. I am rejecting this response because: After numerous correspondence you have not answered my questions and after 5/6 hours on hold I know you do not answer your phone. Either the Revdex.com or you need to escalate this or perhaps the media or FL Attorney General can get my 3 SIMPLE QUESTIONS ANSWERED.

Thank you for the additional correspondence sent to the Revdex.com regarding your GM Financial account. I have reviewed your concerns and would like to offer the following information. As you were advised on several occasions, the account will continue to roll delinquent until the receipt of the payoff.  Our records reflect that the payoff for your account was not received until August 6, 2015; when the account was 42 days past due. Both you and Jennifer Hutchinson were notified of the status of the account by telephone and by email prior to the reporting of the account to the credit bureau reporting agencies. Notification of a trade in is not the receipt of the payoff; you would still be liable for the account until the payoff is received. GM Financial is not responsible for payments sent to an incorrect addressGM Financial has not changed its position regarding the credit bureau reporting of the account; our research concludes that the account status and account payment history of your account have been reported to the credit bureau reporting agencies with accuracy.Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please feel free to contact Customer Service at ###-###-####.Sincerely,GM Financial

Dear Ms. [redacted],

convenience, please forward me your social security number and or account number. Upon receipt of this information I will research this matter.

The reasons I was paying after due due date was because my payday was after the due date and because every time I called or answered your courtesy calls about my payment before 2014 I was told "well, its not actually late until so in so date" And as long as you promise to pay before this date we wont charge a late fee and we wont ding your credit.  Not one time before 2014 was I ever advised or notified that this interest was being added every day I payed after the due date.  You deceived me by telling me its fine as long as I got that payment in before the grace period. And of course you tell people that, you want them to make arrangements to pay after the due date. YOU MAKE MORE MONEY THAT WAY!! I believe you withheld that information on purpose, you know most average customers like myself don't know about these daily interest charges, most are concerned with keeping their credit in good standings and having no late charges like myself. To me being told " Its really not late till this date means its really not late. And the reason I had to defer 2 payments and have my due date changed was due to changing jobs and I did everything in my power to work with GM Financial to make sure my loan got payed during my transition.  Finally in early 2014 one of your officers with a heart contacted me and asked if I was aware that I had interest charges accruing and worked out a payment plan where I made several increased amount payments until I was ahead to the point of paying before my due date. From that point forward EVERY payment was made approx 2 weeks early. The whole second half of the loan. Had I known about your daily interest accrual prior to this I would have done the same from the beginning. But I believe you withheld that information intentionally and have probably done that with many other customers. Why else would you have a department created and devoted to working with customers to make arrangements to pay off these unknown interest charges that were screwed out of them the same way.  I think they call this deceitful practice Loan Sharking. I believe a judge would see it the same way...

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: For the record, I signed up for automatic payments on 5/10/17 which was confirmed on 5/16/17 with a letter that states the first payment will come out on 7/3/17. I can provide you with that letter if you can't find it. If you would, please check your phone record, I called GM financial to set these payments up, and followed your customer service representatives instructions so that all payments would be made on-time. Also, I attached the emails from GM financial that recognize, GM financial did have issues with their billing system, which I have resolved by spending hours of my time on the phone with your representatives. At this time no further action regarding this complaint is needed. You will be notified if another issue arises.
