Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me I do want to add however that the fact that when I go to make a payment due it makes no sense why it wouldn't show the amount that is owedEVERY other creditor I have bills with ALWAYS shows the amount due when I go to make a payment online Also just want to add the fact that the customer service I dealt with while calling GM was so unprofessional and I will never do business with GM in the future once this lease is up Thank you for doing the right thing however it would still be nice for the website to be accurate when making a payment Regards, [redacted]

This is not fair, that is not what I was told when I called regarding my paymentI am so tired of? complaining? with your company and how? I've? been treated and been pushed around, I will pay, but what I want is to even it at 1500, remove me from my collection and I will have my account on auto pay, that is fair from everything? I am rejecting this response because:This is completely unacceptable and I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General and disputing with each credit agency directlyFurther, I will never purchase a GM vehicle again if this is not resolved.? The response you provided is and fabricated for two reasons:- There was NO email sent to me notifying that auto pay was shut off or that a balance was due- You are not understanding the what I am saying for the voicemailMy name was stated, there is no dispute thereHowever, AT NO POINT DID THE INDIVIDUAL CALLING STATE WHO THEY WERE OR THAT THEY WERE WITH GM FINANCIAL, NOTHING TO INDICATE WHO IT WASIf they said "This is GM Financial" this never would have happened.? My reason for rejecting the response is that GM financial never told me or explain that only certain percentage of my payment towards the car was going towards the car payment GM financial is trying to defraud meIt's unfair how GM financial is operating their business, it's very unfair and frustarting to consumers Revdex.com please look more in to this matter
