reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. On behalf of Mr*** I thank you for your assistance in a matter that clearly should have been resolved when I first contacted their business. Mr*** today is near death and we have been told that he most likely won't make it more than a few days or a week at most. I will let him know that this matter is closed and it will relieve his mind

The member was called on September 19th and advised that the cancellation was processed and the balance was cleared with the proof of move I believe this complaint was made prior to the call, we just received the complaint today
