The sheaf was not completed It poured raining here and only half the roof was put on this past Friday now they won't be back till Wednesday The crew that did partial of the work are phoneminal however they had other jobs to do which in return put me on the back burnedI had issues from the start with dealing with Home Depot to nowThe order was wrong out of the gate then the material arrive with the crew and they had to run back to shop because of a shortage of materials that were put on the trailersI had a level ground setup however now I have foot difference between the front of the sheaf to the backCritters are going to have a field day with thisPartial roof on (steel) but yet on the trailer there was shingles and steel roofWhere is the check and balance of orders prior to customer finding outThe window is steel and gouged in several places I noticed this as it was on the trailerIf I could I would cancel the Order and get another company I would keep the same crew to build it What would make me resend this review would be the shead is finished by Monday a new Vinal window and something (limestone ) to stop the critters from coming Once again it's the Livonia office of Tuff shead who should be held accountable not the crew

If I could leave no stars I wouldSpent thousand on a shedWaited two weeks no initial phone callWe called them they did not inform us we had to approve a design in an email before deliveryFinally got the email after two more phone calls, sent approved one backWas told scheduling would get a hold of usIt has been two months, I have called several times only to get voicemailNo one has scheduled our installment we are still waitingMy mother in law got a much nicer shed with Windows and a porch, from a separate company that took less time to get deliveredSo frustrated!!!!

The day the shed was to be installed the team came from Denver to Grand Junction do the job and everything seemed to be going well until the guys realized they had the wrong pieces to do the job The men put a tarp over the little stuff they had managed to build and left to go back to Denver, which is about to hours away They didn't come back to finish the job for another week! Not a problem, but an inconvenience since our time line for other projects got skewedWe had planed to install a pool near the shed and had to push all the work that entailed and missed two days of work
My husband spoke to Jameka Spencer the manager in the Denver office who said she would give us a credit of for our inconvenienceWe agreed and waited As time went by and the bill for the shed was PAID IN FULL with our home depot credit card we realized that we actually were billed using Grand Junction City taxes We live outside the city limits, therefore we do not pay the same rates, we

I have had nothing but problems with my Tuff Shed purchased through *** *** I was misled on the delivery date, back in August My original delivery date was postponed due to an auto accident, apparently It was December when I finally got my Tuff Shed delivered, I had already been charged on my *** *** card for the full price and had even been required to make the first payment The crew of two arrived at noon, which gave them approximately hours of daylight to unload, assemble and roof a 10'x20' shed Obviously that didn't happen They left a MESS all over my yard and nails and even a tool on my neighbors property They installed vents and roofing in the dark I was told there is normally a crew of three to build a shed that size in a day They didn't come with enough blocking to level my large shed, and thankfully I had a few cement items to suffice so they could continue The shed was not put together squarely and I could see daylight coming in at one corne

I per paid $for a 8Xstorage shed to be constructed in our back yard I got approval through our HOA and a building permit from the city of Huntsville Building was constructed started on 5-10- All as completed except the building tie downs required on m permit, I have contacted Tuff Sheds via mail, phone messages, phone conversations and sales person contact and have not received a date the building will be competed All I ask is the project be completed as per contract so I can get Huntsville City Inspectors approve the project and I can start using the building

tuff shed installed shed on 11/14/16, sheds scuffed up quite a bit, but touch up paint was the wrong color, it is suppose to be the coffee ground (the work order was incorrect) The goble trim was cut incorrectly and is needed to be installed, the trim needs to be painted and the bottom of side has a noticeable defect Door handle never placed and doors swinging wide open and need to be placed I have called the franklin park Illinois tuff shed and corporate number with no one ever calling me back

I went into Home Depot and purchased a large Garage thinking this would be easier than me building it myself as I own a small business and could do it myself, but because I am in the busy season would hope this would be the answerWHAT A NIGHT MARE! I had to make several calls to Jim the Tuff shed representative for Thornton Home Depot and he never called me backI was pleased to deal with the Home Depot people as they knew what I was talking aboutThen I get a call from a Michelle W*** who said she was my point of contactI contacted her with the permits and inspection needed and did most of the leg workThen the calls stopped from herI contacted the main office several times and only got voice mail and no return callsNice Customer Service? NO! I had to take days off of work to make sure they would be showing up to build the garage, Only to never get a confirmation or a return phone callAs I was in the planning stages I submitted the required plans from the City tp pass code and advised tuff shed several times what needed to be done, again never to get a responseFinally Last week I was able to get ahold of Travis and He working in the Vice Presidents office and called me back and then Low and Behold Jim called me back telling me that I needed to pay an additional $for the required fire break that would of cost me $in materials to do it myselfthen to be told I couldn't do it because it would void the warrantyUm, Dry wall doesn't void anything! Finally Jim returned my call again and wanted the money and said they would settle for $and I would have to go back to Home Depot and payWhat a mess!!!!
So today I have been waiting patiently for a call to confirm they were going to install my Garage tomorrow only to be sent to voice mail every tie I call themMy next Question is how does the Revdex.com give this company a A+ rating when out of reviews- are NEGATIVE are NEUTRAL and are POSITIVE? Seems like a scam!

Had a shed installed onsite during summer on bricks with intentions of relocating it We moved it yesterday & found empty bottles of Coronas beerThere is no explanation besides that the installers were drinking beer & left bottlesI’m trying to contact corporate and I’m unable to locate contact info

The install was not finished in a timely manner, inferior workmanship AND materials, I have pine sap dripping from the ceiling making a mess on the floorI had an initial follow up call after install and T S said they would call back and never didI contacted the salesman through an e-mail and never heard back from himI contacted t s on the web site and was ignored

Specifications not fulfilled in the construction of the building - specifically square feet of drywalling, taping and mudding - this was $of the bundled fees
Lack of communication about the zoning and permit issues

Tuff Shed built a shed for me in Serial Number ***Part of the shed included a window flower box installed on the date the shed was builtIt was painted the same color as the shedThe window box fell off the shed Sunday 9/25/in a rain stormIt has never had soil in the plastic insertThe window box has remained fully painted at all timesAt some point recently, the box began to fall off the house due to poor constructionNo amount of repainting could have saved itWhen I called ###-###-#### and spoke with *** on 9/27/regarding the warranty, he informed me that even though I have a year warranty that has not yet expired, he said the warranty paperwork required me to paint the shed regularly to keep up the warrantyI was not told this when the shed was builtI have not painted the shed since the original paint is fully intact on all pieces of the shed and window boxI do not have a copy of the warranty paperwork that explains this rule and do not rec

Tuff Shed in Denver is a very difficult company to deal withFirst off you pay before any work is doneI scheduled to have my shed build weeks after you payThen I get a phone call two days prior to the instillation day saying I need to rescheduleNot just reschedule by a couple days, but weeks
Once I paid I heard little to nothing from my sales guyI had a credit due due to a change in orderThis was never done after repeated times of asking the sales guy
Have yet to receive my shedstill waiting on new delivery date
Very Poor service
Very frustrated customer

I started the process with this company a couple months ago in Portland, ORThe sales man has told me multiple times it will be a to week process till the next stepEach time I email after the two weeks he says there were delays and its another to weeksNow hes up to telling me it will be another daysTheir project management, customer service and communication skills are none existentOn top of that their is no clear or easy way to find contact info to escalate or report issues with their staffTheir is no way I can recommend this company to anyone, Especially my friends who are looking to build similar sheds

In late November Tuff Shed constructed a 14' X 20' garage shed on my property They had a separate company install an eight foot garage door I discovered a few weeks later it was leaking around each side of the door below the side seal I tried to contact the local Tuff Shed office located at: Bluegrass Pkwy, Louisville, KY 40299, telephone number: 502-671-, near the end of March after a heavy rainstorm Got voice mail and left message for call back No one called back Called again on April 2, and again no call back Called again on April 16, at 10:20AM and again at 2:28PM, got Voice Mail both times and left messages to call me back Finally on April 17, I spoke to Loronda the secretary She said she would have the General Manager, Marvin K***, call me back Marvin did call back and said he would have a worker come by to check the leak The worker didn't show up, so I called again Marvin said he had forgotten to tell the worke

Bait & switchDeceptive advertising
Tuff shed claims to provide better walls with superior strength and rigidityThis is advertised on their display models outside the *** *** on Lafayette Ave in Santa ClaraEvery Shed has OSB on the interior walls with a large display sign touting Better walls showing OSBInstead they installed a thin sheet of MDF! No OSBThese walls have no rigidityIn fact, the paper covering on the MDF has already been compromisedThis is not a tough shedI paid over $for this with upgrades and it will not last
I made three calls to Debra, the area manager, who promised to look into this further each time, but I have not received any responsesShe says Home Depot is allowed to make substitutions, but I see no such writing on my purchase order / CONTRACT allowing them to do soLooks like a classical bait & switch so they can make more money

We purchased a shed that included on-site "leveling" and it was supposed to be installed by "professionals" Well the "professionals" were ok but not greatThey miss-fired on a ton of nails during the build and left the nails in place instead of pulling them out so now on the inside of the shed we have sharp nails sticking out of some wallsMy main concern involves the "on-site leveling" of the shedThey used one stone block for the corner but for the rest of the structure they used tar paper roofing shinglesNot one or two to level it out but whole packs of tar paper roof shinglesThis is a heavy structure and having it rest on a non load bearing item is unacceptableAlso since we live in *** the tar paper shingles (resting on dirt and grass mind you) are going to degrade very quickly in the winter rains and I will be left with a giant tar and asphalt mess in the middle of my yardI called into the company and expressed my concern and was told that it is fine they do it all

one tuff shed were purchased on march and a second one on march the town they are to be erected in requires an engineers spec that was purchased on march at that time we were told it would take to weeks to get them we were in constant communication with area manager randy d*** with no avail I than called his supervisor gary k*** I was told that he would check on it and get back with me in an hour or two the next day I called him back and was told he was on a conference call and would call me back that was a week ago it is now april and still no specs this is interfering with moving and I feel this is no way to run a business

On June 18, I paid $(full price) for a Tuff Shed through the Home Depot in Hickory, NCSince mid-July I've been trying to get the installation time scheduled without successNow they say late AugustThat will be more than two months! Communications with the factory in Charlotte have been VERY poorThis is simply unacceptable! We like the product, but customer service is abysmalThis is an immediate need since we've been forced to store many items outdoors (now being damaged by weather) and inside our very small garage

I've called Tuff Shed since March regarding the shed door sticking and requesting a warranty service appointment (shed bought through The Home Depot September 2015)I was informed I would get a call back to schedule a repair visitI've called them monthly since then and when I was finally able to get an appointment made then no one showed upLast month I called the corporate office and complainedThey assured me they would have someone out to fix it on a specified dayI took off work but no one showed up that entire dayI got a call waking me up at almost 10pm that evening that someone was on their way to fix it that night! I refused to have them come for obvious reasonsI spoke with the corporate office who were going to notify the GM's of this problemI agreed to have the repair rescheduled and they assured me that they would be there at 9amI waited all morning and no one came, however I should have expected this by now given their historyI called their office around 11:30am and they seemed surprised about the appointment and told me they would send someone to arrive by 1pmWhen I complained the GM told me "well at least we're going to get it over with today"The guy who eventually came out was friendly, very professional, and got the job done quickly - if only he reflected what the entire company was like Their poor administrative service from the corporate level downwards has resulted in my missing work more than once waiting for someone who didn't show up Tuff Shed doesn't stand by their word when it comes to repair workHad I known how unreliable they were I wouldn't have chosen them when I was looking for a new shedI also feel The Home Depot shares in the blame as I purchased the shed through them and was relying on their reputation to stand by their products and vendors

The sales agent at Tuff Shed that sold us the shed and helped with design is no longer employed at Tuff ShedHe made an error on our builders helper formHe originally had the correct height and placement of the windows on the first form but made a mistake later in filling out the form and through it outHe then re-did the from and I didn't notice that he didn't re add in the correct placement of the windows verticallyI have been working on a solution for over weeks and still have nothing in writing and was told they would only possibly "meet me in the middle"If this "meet in the middle" was done weeks ago then that may have been an adequate fix but now with the extreme delay in time and with the huge lack of customer service response, we would like the problem completely fixedWe had multiple other problems that included missing parts, missing instruction, and an incorrectly built wall that had to be taken apart and rebuilt by ourselvesAll of these issues came with timel
