The guys that built my x pro tuff shed were rock starsThey did a great job, they were courteous, and they cleaned up so well that I could not even tell they had been there except this awesome shed appeared! I'm giving four stars because the sales person was a bit unresponsive, but the contacts in advance of building and the construction were top notch

Product Issues: The product is an inferior product to what is advertised on the internet and in the store and according to the advertising materials that are available both at the store and online The cut pieces for the framing were not exact enough so the building had gaps showing daylight in several places and in many places where the siding was nailed to the wall framing it did not match up so the nails did not purchase into the wall frame such that it pierced the exterior of the building and caused the sides to leak; there were gaps in the space around the frame of the door; all of the windows leaked; the roof above the porch was not secured properly; and at least two sides of the building were not fastened to the floor joints We paid to have the shed painted and after it was delivered and i
Extremely dissatisfied with project delays poor folland lack of servicePurchased a shed in May of this year paid in fullnow almost November and still not done with corrections and inspections? The delay is costing me more moneyOffice is understaffed mismanaged and unable to give answers of when this small shed can be used??? Never again with tuff shed!
I bought a house back in February of and the house came with a shed from Tuff ShedOn the shed itself there is a metal plate with Tuff Shed's name on it and it says year warranty along with a serial number of the shedSo I contacted them and explained that the siding of the shed was coming apart and it had black mold on itThey explained that their warranties are not transferable and that I would have to pay $out of my pocket to repair itI said the shed says year warranty and their comment was that the warranty was non transferableI checked their warranty and no where in there does it say the warranty is not transferable
I ordered a 30'X30' garage, May 8, The job has not been completed, there were workmanship issues with the work that was performed, the crew used materials from my house build for the garage that have not been reimbursed, the architect did not use the correct building code for Larimer County that accounts for wind speeds of mph second bursts, the garage door was not to code, the crew left with a hole in the roof, and many many more issues Also, the sales consultant, ***, use about the *** community
I purchased a Tuff Shed through the *** *** and it was installed in May of The installation went well except for the fact that they did not bring enough metal fascia (drip edge) for the roof I was told by the installers that they would order another piece and install it within two weeks As of today (December 8, 2016), I have been promised different installation dates (all of which I had to initiate), and the fascia is still not installed I have complained to the *** *** store I purchased the shed through as well My last call to the *** office has not been returned for over a week I feel that I have been MORE than patient with the company and the complaint with the Revdex.com is a last resort I'm hoping this will get someones attention get this resolved asap
The storage shed that I purchased is under warranty and the front floor beam is buckling because of the way it was installedI phoned the company in Franklin Park IL and they requested photos of the problemI sent them immediately days ago and have had no responseI have called them more times and leave a message on their answering machine each time, but get no responseThe buckling of the beam makes the door inoperable, thus making the shed impossible to lock up or to even close tightlyI keep valuable tools and machinery in it so I would like the shed repaired as soon as possible as it is, like I said, under warranty

I ordered a shed from Tuff Shed through *** *** on 8/7/and was told by the representative at *** *** that someone from Tuff Shed would contact me with information within the next couple of days I did not hear from them until 8/14/with my purchase order number and a phone number to call to set up scheduling if I didn't hear from the scheduler I called about 8/16/and left a message but never heard back I proceeded to call and email periodically from this point and heard through email that scheduling was supposed to call and confirm delivery but never received a call back It is now 9/13/and after leaving messages and emailing this whole week I have still not heard anything back
