I have spoken to a manager today & an agreement was reached to pay $50 a month for 7 months. the final payment will be for $24.20. In March 2016. We also agreed that there is to be no additional monies (automatic deduction from my checking...

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Spoke with a lady name Kim and was very helpful and understanding.  We talked that I have never made the first payment and she understood with my concerns.  She said she will wipe the account clean with me not owing the $1015 (the whole contract with one late fee added on)or any more payments that was occurred. I will not receive anything in the mail and will be put on the don't call list.  I am very grateful that Kim was very helpful on resolving this with me so it will not go to collections or on my credit report.  If anything shall show up on credit report or collections will be back in contact.  Thanks everyone again in your help of resolving this matter. Mrs. [redacted]

They are denying the truth! I was harassed, threatened, and cussed out by their representative Sam. WhenI would ask to cancel he would yell at me and say that I couldnt cancel and that I was an adult now and that I had to pay the full balance of about 1137 dollars for subscriptions that are worth a total of 250 dollars directly from the publisher. He would assert that he was the manager of the company and that there was no one higher up than him. After filing this complaint I was contacted by a supposed manager for the customer service dept. Only after filing the Revdex.com complaint was I treated like a human being. These people are preying on the elderly and on the vast majority of people who will not put up a 6 month long fight and figure out how exactly to approach their deceptive business practices. I was told that my service has been canceled and that since I already disputed the charges I should be seeing that money back in my bank account soon. I can only imagine all the poor elderly people who do not know how to defend themselves from these scam artists. My heart goes out to them.
