I am rejecting this response because: I have not received the refund nor are they refunding the amount that I was charged. I never received ANYTHING and I shouldn't be out $140 dollars for nothing.  Their offered refund of $40 (Which I have not even received) is outrageous. This company is making money scamming people. Probably mostly seniors. It's disgusting!
