In early or mid October I somehow got tied up in a redirect from a Facebook link that said I had won gift cards I was unable to actually get out of the web page, provided contact info (stupidly, should have shut the phone off) to get out of the web page Was contacted by a reader's service I can't recall the name of and told to get my gift cards I needed to subscribe to magazines While terms were outlined and agreed to, I was told that I would get a confirmation package in the mail and using the order number could make changes to my magazines For four months (November, December, January, February 2017) I have been charged $per month (under the name "READERS SERVICE LIGHTHOUSE PO FL") for magazines I never read them, just throw them out every month I wanted to cancel but could not find any contact information online for them When searching for "READERS SERVICE LIGHTHOUSE PO FL" I could only find some listing stating it was a closed business in the state of FL N

Signing up with Great American Readers stating they had a great deal pays amount of dollars a month for a year and you get two years worth of magazines plus you get $in gift cardsAfter paying for six months only receiving of the five magaizejne I have yet to receive my "gift cards"They keep telling me they haven't recieved my email release so they can release it and send it via emailI have sent it three times They are not fulfilling their end of the contractSince its past the seven day window when I signed up they can't cancel my membership
I refuse to continue to do business with a company who doesn't fulfill their promises I would like my account closed and cancel all subscriptions

This company great American readers gave me a membership for magazines and they told me that if anything happened I could call back in seven days and cancel my membership and I did call back in seven days to cancel the membership but they said that if I want it I could make the payments on the later month and I told them that I didn't want to do this, that the only thing I wanted to do was cancel the membership because I was moving to a new residence and that the money that I had was to pay my rent and I didn't have enough money to pay for the magazines and they kept insisting that the payments will be made on the later month when I told him from the beginning that what I wanted to do was cancel the membership they even gave me a gift card to buy stuff online but from a list of websites that they gave me but I wasn't interested in this gift card because when I went to the websites to use the gift card the websites limit what you can buy on this website and most of the stuff on the

Not being able to cancel the subscription for not reviving the promised merchandiseI have been told that I can not cancel this subscription even though I have talked to them before their cut off dates and the never informed me of a cut off date to begin with!
