My husband signed up for magazines and was told he was able to cancel He got a paper in the mail to get the $gift card pack, but he never filled it out and sent it back in because it says, "I, ________________________________ hereby authorize the release of a gift card pack that I'm entitled to receive for participating in the magazine offer Please send it to me immediately My agreement has the information listed correctly, I agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, and I am satisfied with the manner it was sold." My husband wanted to cancel the subscription, so he never signed this document Some time went by and when we called to cancel, they refused They said we missed the deadline and was stuck in this contract for years I said we do not want the magazines She said she cannot cancel the contract, even though my husband never gave them written permission to take money out of our credit card every month or did he ever sign a contract

I was contacted by this company, Great American readers on 10/03/claiming I had won a $gift card and five magazinesAll I had to do was pay a small weekly fee for the magazinesPay months of $Once I got off the phone I thought I might have made a mistakeI called them back at the number they provided, ###-###-#### and Tony told me that someone would call me backI wanted to cancel my subscription but no one has called meI tried calling again today, each time it's an automated recording

Not being able to cancel the subscription for not reviving the promised merchandiseI have been told that I can not cancel this subscription even though I have talked to them before their cut off dates and the never informed me of a cut off date to begin with! Several weeks after subscribing to this company's magazine delivery subscription, I have still not recieved my magazinesI was forced to cancel my credit card due to some fraudulent activity, and thus I was charged a late fee when the company could not complete the charge on my credit card for my monthly feeThey waited until it was too late for me to do anything to inform me that I owed for a late payment fee, and that I was locked in to their subscription service until I payed it off entirelyMy frustration stems from the company's lack of communication with me and failure to send me letters or emails, like they promised, outlining their terms of service and limits of cancellationI believe it is unfair that I am locked into this subscription dud to the fact that I have still not received the emails or letters that they claimed to have sent me eight weeks ago which outlined the cancellation process and deadline to take action which has subsequently already passedNow, after repe
