I am on the no call list they called and I orderered magazines after thinking about it I called the number and tried to cancel they tjold me to send it in writing this was may2nd I sent the letter may 3rd they never cancelled like they said they wouldand now are harassing me for payment

I am reaching out to find a solution for a few issues regarding this companyFor starters, I am a Mexican national that has been is this country for about a year and a half and feel as I was taken advantage of by there persistent phone calls/magazine scamI was not aware that I was binding myself to a contract over the phone when the so called sale was madeWith this being said, I began receiving the subscriptions to the magazines promptly per month but this only lasted for the first monthThe magazines began coming in around November of After this time frame, I was only receiving every month and some months I did not receive anyI reached out to there customer service in January to ask about why I was not receiving the product and number of magazines I was toldThey where completely rude and did agree to not bill me for the next month and assured me I would begin to receive allI reached out again to the customer service around March with the same questions and asked

I received phone call that I had won gift cards and magazines for onetime payment Now charging me over $
So back in January I received a call from great American readers that I had won $worth of Free gift cards and magazines of my choice for a one time payment of $And that it would only cost like dollars a week so I agreed to itNever received my gift cards or magazinesToday I get a call and the guy tells me I owe another $by the 29th or it will go against my credit for $something dollarsI asked if I could cancel he did no because it had Been past daysI explained what I had been told when I first agreedHe said they had to have told me because they read off a scriptHe was truly rude and started to call me stupid and said I was contradicting myselfSo I hung upLooked them up and saw someone who had been told exactly what they had told meI want it resolved

I keep getting calls from a collection agency stating that they are collecting for Great American ReadersThe amount they are trying to collect is over $for some magazines that I never orderedI explained this to the agency and told them I am not paying for something I never orderedI explained to them that I would be contacting my attorneyI filled for bankruptcy in and this never showed up on my credit reportYet they say I ordered the magazines in If it is on my credit report I want it removed

My hisnbamd signed up for a subscription and was never told numerous things until he went to cancel the subscriptionFirst he was never told that he couldn't cancel it! He was forced to pay a month for months so it wouldn't go into collections! Second we were supposed to get a dollar gift card but was never told you could only use it on eoutlets.com website! I would never in my life recommend getting anything from this company!!!

When this company called me they told me my payment would be for monthsSo I agreed to the magazinesThey called me on Aug4th to ask about how my service was going I told them I was suppost to get a paper to change my magazines, and I had not received itI told her I was getting magazines that I had not orderedShe said they had sent it out in May but she would send me anotherAnd the ones that I had received were promotional titles at no extra costShe told me the magazines that I was down for and I told her I had not gotten any of thoseShe told me they should be starting next monthShe then said she seen where I had excellent credit with them and she said they had a discount that was available for the month of Augit would save me money and would drop my total down to Then she says would you like to have that prosessed so they can send me a letter of paid in fullSo then I asked again how much is was and repeted back to her and she said yep and

On May 10th 2018, I received a call stating that I had won $in gift cards but only if I subscribed to some magazines with a one time payment of $and that was a 50% savingsThe salesman kept repeating everything over and over like he was reading off of a card or letterHe kept asking me for my debit card information and I told him that I wasn't comfortable giving him that information and he stated that he can not charge my card without the digit security code on the backSo after basically arguing with him I gave him my card number but did not give him the security codeHe said he just needed it to hold my "order"He was very misleading and said that I could cancel at anytimeI noticed they took that amount out of my account twice and so I called and spoke with a customer service rep named Jessica to cancel my "order"She kept repeating herself saying that we are under a verbal contract and they would have to pull the tapes and that I would receive a call in hoursI kept telling her that I didn't even want the magazines cause I don't even read themThen after telling her I would just dispute this with my bank she stated to go ahead cause I wouldn't get any money back from them cause my bank establishment would have to contact them and since I am under "contract" verbally they wouldn't reimburse my money This company is huge scammers and needs to be stopped!! Also, when I asked to speak to a supervisor she put me on hold and then when she got back with me she said that they were all in a meetingBULL!!! All I kept telling her is that they are scammers and are stealing peoples money and that I just want my money back and she just kept repeating herself over and over saying that they have to review tapesI hung up on her and will be going to my banking establishment to cancel and block my card right away!!

I apparently signed up for magazines, I have called to say I already get magazines that I pay for and they are sending the same onesI called back to tell them to cancel it as I told them I already get these magazines Tony with Customer Service tells me my days are up and I cannot cancel this now So, I explained to tony that I am not interested in any of this, and he informs me that I am under a contract (WHAT CONTRACT?) for months Oh no I am not! So now I am filing dispute with my bank and going through the fraud department to get a new cc and I will cancel this magazine order I thought I was helping my grandson's school but apparently these people are just crooks They don't care, there is no customer service and they are more than rude! I am astounded at the audacity It is absurd that by the end of months it would have been $for magazine subscriptions It's robbery and a SCAM by this company Kiss my hind end! Deb J

I was supposed to receive a gift card and magazines for a monthThe gift card was supposed to come in an email and I never received the emailI have been paying for months and have not received the magazines eitherThey called wanting a card for payment for the 4th month and I am not paying for merchandise not receivedThey are threatening to put this against my creditI should not have something going against my credit that I have not received and should not have to pay for it either when I have not received the merchandise

I am rejecting this response because: I did speak to them but don't want to accept any resolution at this timeThey gave me the same answers I have already receivedIf they make good on it I will accept but I have to wait weeks to see if they are living up to wait they say

Business called me yrs a go saying I won a gift card and in order to process it I need to subscribe to magazine service that can be canceled I gave them my card number and they charged my account $something , I never received the gift card nor the magazines I called back to cancel they advised I cant cancel the service and it takes month to deliver the magazines while they keep charging my card every month they took $from my account before I can cancel my card now yrs later I got a phone call from a collection company saying I owe them $plus and threatening me by saying they know all my information which I never gave to them nor the company in question

I received a call from this company stating that I had won a $gift card, after about minutes they had talked me into giving them my bank card information to cover the cost of some magazines that they were ordering for meI was told that if I did not want to receive them, I could cancel at any timeThey said they would send me the gift card and a confirmation/contract that day and I would receive them within 3-daysI have not received anything from the company but they did charge my account $for the first month of magazinesI called the company to cancel and have money refunded and was told I could not cancel and they would not return the paymentI asked to speak with a supervisor and was told one was not available but they would have someone call me backI never received a callback and later found out the company was scamming people all over the worldI requested the customer service/supervisors name, but the customer service rep refused to give me either nameTh
