Their delivery is very slowTook over months to have shirts shipped to me After I sent them an email inquiring about my order they responded with it would ship in hoursPretty sure had I not asked it never would have shippedThen after receiving my order there was still shirt missing Poor business and customer service was passive aggressive and unapologeticNice shirts, but I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company, I definitely will not

Customer was contacted on 8/notifying them that their order has shipped USPS Priority Mail shipping and provided the tracking number The customer service supervisor gave the customer his work e-mail address, incase there were any additional questions or comments

Great group of guys doing great things The customer service is way beyond what you would ever expect I gladly do business with them and have always respected the manner in which they operate

I can't believe anyone would leave a bad review about Grunt Style ! I have had an amazing experience not once but twice! I had a question about an over charge and was responded to by Tim in minutes! They are awesome with customer service!

Grunt Style is a top notch company - their products are excellent (clothing is well made, durable, and soft), and their customer service is untouchable! Every single time I've ever had a question about a product/shipping/anything, they have responded quickly and addressed any questions or issues I hadThe beer guarantee is AMAZING - how many companies do you know that will replace an item because you spilled beer on it and now there's a stain? I can only think of oneTheir shipping is spelled out very well on the website - it's abundantly clear when an item is out of stock or may take some time to ship, so don't let the poor reviews fool youThese guys are well deserving of your hard earned money!

Customer placed order on 7/29/On August 5th customer contacted support through our social media team on [redacted] She received a reply with the phone number to our customer service department and was encouraged to contact them for further assistanceShe did not call our customer service department Customer sent emails to our customer service department requesting status on orderWe sent multiple emails to customer requesting that they respond to that specific email if their issue has not been resolved and they will receive a response within hoursCustomer did not reply to those specific emails On 29AUGa refund for the full amount of the order was issued, per last request from customerThe customer’s order will still be shipped to them in full, as well

Order custom t-shirts from grunt style before Christmas, they have me exactly what I ordered and I had my shirts when they said I wouldI will be doing more business with them in the future!
