I have nothing but amazing things to say about this company. I have ordered from them several times. I did encounter a situation with a sweater that was too small for my fiance and they made it very easy for me to return and get a different size. Recently I had trouble getting into my account to track a recent order, I emailed customer service and they were lighting fast with a response and a solution. These guys are awesome.

I placed an order online with this company on 11/25/2016. I ordered two items, and one item was a pre-order with a ship date of 12/09/2016. I received an e-mail from the company on 12/13/2016 stating that there was a delay in manufacturing and the item would be shipped no later than 7-10 days after the initial date. I then contact the company via phone call and e-mail on 12/19/2016 when I had still not received confirmation of shipping. On the phone the representative assured me all my items were available and that they were going to ship with expedited shipping to guarantee Christmas delivery. The company also had number advertisements online that they are guaranteeing delivery of items purchased before 12/13/2016 to be delivered by Christmas. I received an e-mail from the company stating that my items would ship NO LATER than 12/21/2016. I even requested they at least get my one time out that wasn’t back ordered so I had something. When I still did not get any confirmation of shipping on this date, I called again. The person stated that they had shipped the items already and they said they expedited the shipping to make sure I got it before Christmas. Upon receipt of the tracking information I finally got on 12/21/2016, it shows that the company only created a shipping label on 12/20/2016, they did not actually send out the item until 12/22/2016. So, at the end of all of this, they lied numerous times about sending it, or when they sent it, and it will not be delivered until after Christmas Day. Horrible experience and company that lies.

I would just like to say that I, as a Veteran appreciate the folks at Grunts [redacted] for their personal involvement. If I need to I can speak to an actual person or exchange email with an actual person. Persons who are not Veterans cannot fully understand the bonds that forms with perfect strangers, if you're a grunt you're a brother. Grunts [redacted] treats me like a brother, Neff Said!

Grunt style has always been professional. I have always received exactly what was described on the website. Great quality with fast delivery. I have and will continue to support them and what they stand for.

I am a loyal Grunt Style customer. All my shirts have been of the highest quality and durable. When I have questions I can call or email and get timely responses. As a veteran I truly believe in supporting Veterans owned businesses.

placed order on 7/29/16. On August 5th customer contacted support through our social media team on [redacted]. She received a reply with the phone number to our customer service department and was encouraged to contact them for further assistance. She did not call our customer service department.

 
Customer sent emails to our customer service department requesting status on order. We sent multiple emails to customer requesting that they respond to that specific email if their issue has not been resolved and they will receive a response within 24 hours. Customer did not reply to those specific emails.
On 29AUG16 a refund for the full amount of the order was issued, per last request from customer. The customer’s order will still be shipped to them in full, as well.

Excellent customer service and excellent product! I get good comments on the clothing I have purchased from Grunt Style. Will purchase from them again.

I love buying from Grunt Style LLC they are very easy to work with and will make a issue you do have right. I also enjoy dealing with a American owned company owned and operated by our great veterans.

This order was refunded in full in the AMOUNT OF $24.74 on March 20th, 2015 after the customer had canceled the order.

I am a member of Club Grunt Style. Every month I pay $20 and receive an exclusive shirt. I recently changed addresses and for two months I did not receive a shirt but money was pulled from my account. I reached out to Grunt Style Customer service via email to resolve this issue. I received prompt and thorough responses. It seemed like all team members are on the same page and there was a precise ETA on my shirts arrival. I work very hard for my money and I do not give it to companies with bad service or products. That is why I will continue to pay Grunt Style for a great monthly product and outstanding customer service!
