I ordered on 8-2-16. Received an email confirmation of my order. I have sent countless emails trying to receive ANY response. I got tired of watching them post on [redacted] and [redacted] that I finally messaged them on [redacted]. Got a response saying that I should be hearing back soon. It has been a week with no response. I continue to send emails and if I call, I have to wait 20 minutes just to reach someone. I understand being busy but I ordered on 8-2-16 and it is 8-22-16 and have had ZERO response. I hate leaving negative comments but this one is absurd. I do not like the lack of communication on a companies part when I ordered almost a month ago and cannot get a response.

not apply and your whole cart will ship when all items are ready.While Mr. [redacted] order was packaged and ready to pick-up within just 3 hours, the order was unable to leave our facility within 24 hours. This was the result of no pick-up from [redacted] on Sunday. Because we were not able to fulfill our promise to Mr. [redacted], we have not only provided the $25 gift card, but we have also issued a full refund of his order.

I am rejecting this response because: I have contacted my bank multiple times. They state that they cannot fix this issue because the funds are being held on grunt styles end. they informed me the only way the funds can be cleared in my account is for grunt style to contact [redacted] with the information and inform them the charges were never confirmed. there is no way of disputing the claims against grunt style because the charges did not go through but the money is still pending which is not allowing me to access over $100.

I ordered items on 11/25/16. I wrote on 12/9/16 to find out when my order would arrive. The customer service agent responded on 12/9/16 and said I should see shipping information in the next 48-72 hours. It is now 12/19/16-- I have received no shipping information, and none of my follow-up emails have been answered. I am filing a complaint with Revdex.com and requesting a refund immediately.

Quality clothing and good delivery time!

They are simply amazing! Ordered several items from them and was wondering when they would ship. Sent a nice calm message and got results. My order was shipped that day.

Their delivery is very slow. Took over 2 months to have 5 shirts shipped to me. After I sent them an email inquiring about my order they responded with it would ship in 72 hours. Pretty sure had I not asked it never would have shipped. Then after receiving my order there was still 1 shirt missing. Poor business and customer service was passive aggressive and unapologetic. Nice shirts, but I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company, I definitely will not.

After speaking with the customer we were able to come to a resolution and they were content with the outcome. Customer service Team Leader provided customer with his contact information for any future issues.

100% satisfied!!! These guys are great and the shirts are high quality!!!

Grunt Style has always ensured prompt service, whether it is on the phone support or in their shipping department.

Customer was contacted on 8/30 notifying them that their order has shipped USPS Priority Mail shipping and provided the tracking number.  The customer service supervisor...

gave the customer his work e-mail address, incase there were any additional questions or comments.

We contacted [redacted] on 12/27 and informed her that we have split her order due to the ammo flag hoodie being on backorder. We have also issued her a gift card with our sincerest apologies for any delay in communication and shipment.

My first transaction with them was ordering a sweatshirt and joining the club. I had a coupon code but couldn't figure out where to enter it. I ended up completing the transaction without the code.
I immediately emailed customer service. It was about 9pm in CA so I didn't expect a reply until the next day. Sure enough when I checked my email at 8am they had replied, corrected my problem, issued my refund, and helped me understand how the coupon codes worked.
So far I'm super impressed with the service!

Order 40 custom t-shirts from grunt style before Christmas, they have me exactly what I ordered and I had my shirts when they said I would. I will be doing more business with them in the future!

tracking information was provided to the customer, as well as store credit towards a future purchase. We also spoke with Ms. [redacted] about the efforts that we have introduced to correct these issues and the plans that we have to further improve communication in the future.

Gruntstyle is an awesome company. I emailed them a concern about an order on Saturday by Sunday morning I had email fixing my problem. They have great customer service!

Great group of guys doing great things. The customer service is way beyond what you would ever expect. I gladly do business with them and have always respected the manner in which they operate.

They have always been friendly and great to deal with.
