Customer was contacted on 8/30 notifying them that their order has shipped USPS Priority Mail shipping and provided the tracking number.  The customer service supervisor gave the customer his work e-mail address, incase there were any additional questions or comments.

I am rejecting this response because:
 I have contacted my bank multiple times. They state that they cannot fix this issue because the funds are being held on grunt styles end. they informed me the only way the funds can be cleared in my account is for grunt style to contact [redacted] with the information and inform them the charges were never confirmed. there is no way of disputing the claims against grunt style because the charges did not go through but the money is still pending which is not allowing me to access over $100.

I've made nearly a dozen purchases with Grunt Style, and have referred several friends and family members. Never have we had an issue with ordering, product or delivery. Clothing is true to size, does not appear to shrink after washing, and appears to be of high quality.

I've never reviewed a company with the Revdex.com that's how much I like Grunt Style.

Customer service is a huge priority with this unique business. They are very responsive to customer questions and concerns, but frankly you probably won't have many of those. Their products and the quality speaks for themselves.

Placed an order on multiple t shirts stating in Stock online on Aug 2 2016. By August 17 2016 had to call and wait 30 min to speak with customer service. Was told on the 12th that part of the order was shipped. That never happened. Was informed that I would be refunded for total order but could take 2 to 3 days for refund. I would recommend they update their website for on hand availability. The customer service rep apologized for the trouble and stated that they were to busy to keep up with availability. Was not offered alternative solutions to keep my business. just lost multiple customers for life.

I have ordered a number of items from Grunt Style and had never had any real problems - until this Christmas, 2016. I placed an order early in December for 2 items as part of my son's Christmas gifts which, according to the website and the confirmation I received, would be mailed to me in plenty of time for me to receive and mail to my son nearly 400 miles away. About 10 days - 2 weeks before Christmas I contacted Grunt Style to check on the status of my order, since I'd not received anything at all from them since my order confirmation. I sent around 5 emails to their 'customer service' department which all went completely unacknowledged and also attempted calling them which ended up being absolutely ridiculous. One time I called and was told I was caller #36 and the next time that I was caller #62. Since I was at work both times I was unable to wait (who could ever wait that long, anyway???). Eventually I received a canned reply to my email apologizing and saying when they 'thought' the order might go out. My subsequent emails to them were also ignored until I finally got a message saying that it had been shipped - and when I tracked it I learned that it would arrive on 12/24. (I didn't actually get it until today, 12/27 because I always use my work address for packages), so won't be able to send it to my son until tomorrow - so he'll probably get it 12/31 - a full week more. None of this is acceptable in any universe that I know of. I've spent a lot of money with these people and this time nearly $70. If they'd notified me to let me know there was a problem and I wasn't going to get it in time for Christmas, that would have been a lot different. They I might have been able to make a good, informed decision about whether to cancel the order and try to find him something else - or proceed with the order. I was not given this opportunity and so had to send my son (who's in the [redacted]) his package without these items - which were a big part of his gift. This will be my last time EVER purchasing from Grunt Style and I will be doing all I can to let as many people know as possible about how poor their customer service actually is and to discourage others from wasting their time and money.

We have contacted [redacted] on 12/19 and informed her that we have shipped her order out and upgraded to [redacted] 2Day to guarantee that it will arrive before the Holiday. I am including the tracking information...

Grunt Style is Veteran owned, they have awesome items, [redacted] great pricing and quite frankly the best customer service department on the planet.
Literally the best clothing company ever.

I have found Grunt Style LLC to be a reliable trustworthy vender of shirts and apparel. They deliver the products in a timely manner. Packaged well and priced fairly. The quality of the products, I feel, ate well above average.

The staff at Grunt Style are BEYOND helpful, and are also quick with their responses! Their website is super easy to use, a lot of special deals going on, and a great selection!

We contacted the customer on 12/16/16 with an update on their orders. Orders [redacted] and [redacted] were both shipped complete on 12/16/16 USPS Priority Mail. Originally the customer wanted an item cancelled and refunded from their third order [redacted]. While we refunded the amount of that item for...

the customer we still made sure to include it in their shipment for them. We also swapped out an unavailable item in [redacted] for an available item of the customer’s request and included that in the order, which was also shipped out on 12/16/16 USPS Priority Mail. We will be shipping out the unavailable item separately to the customer as soon as it is available for fulfillment at no extra charge. The customer has informed us that we have resolved all their issues.

Grunt Style is a top notch company - their products are excellent (clothing is well made, durable, and soft), and their customer service is untouchable! Every single time I've ever had a question about a product/shipping/anything, they have responded quickly and addressed any questions or issues I had. The beer guarantee is AMAZING - how many companies do you know that will replace an item because you spilled beer on it and now there's a stain? I can only think of one. Their shipping is spelled out very well on the website - it's abundantly clear when an item is out of stock or may take some time to ship, so don't let the poor reviews fool you. These guys are well deserving of your hard earned money!

Excellent customer service, local and vet-owned, fair prices, and good merchandise. I am most pleased with how quickly they will respond to customer issues. I have had no issues with this company. If there is an order issue or something wrong, call them. They will fix it as quickly as they can! I mean these guys will seriously bend over backwards for customers!

I placed an order for 2 shirts for Christmas presents on November 30th. It is now December 21st, and my items have not even been shipped. I need the items by Friday in order to gift them for Christmas as planned..so disappointed. My card was charged within one day of placing my order. I have called on different occasions and spoken to customer service representatives who assured me that my items were in stock and would be sent priority...that was a week ago and nothing. Do not order from this company if you need your items within a month. Ridiculous.

Made excellent sweatshirts, well priced and in a timely manner. Very pleased

Poor service. Ordered two shirts from them and after a month later they still hadn't shipped. They claimed the reason was for overwhelming orders for the support Dallas shirts which wasn't even what I had ordered. Finally, I had to request a refund. No company should take your money with a "ships within one week policy" when they know they can't fulfill your order in time.
