so some is have complained about Grunt Style?? Well they are flat out WRONG!!! gs GIVES GREAT SERVICEi complained to them once about a small issue and it was promptly taken care of by the OWNERAs far as shipping there is nothing to complain about as most often the USPS is the culprit or what ever shipping company happened to handle that orderI only live miles from GS, yet the UNITED STATES POST SERVICE routed my order down to StLouis before they sent them BACK TO Chicago and then to my local POAny one who telols you that GS is bad is atotal isI Love me some Grunt Style

I was really impressed with my 1st purchase from GSFast shipping (and I do factor in, as we all should, that no small business can match ***-like speed, so I adjust my expectations), and I received excellent customer service from Tim prior to my purchaseHe helped me with shirt sizing, and the XXL I got fit me (6'3" 250) perfectlyThe shirt cut does not have tent-like amounts of fabric around the waist, which is a frequent XXL problem for meThanks again, Tim

On 8/15/customer placed orderCustomer contacted us on 8/25/and 8/28/requesting order
updateThe order was shipped complete on 8/31/and tracking information was provided in the form of an email to the customerTwo more emails was sent on 9/2/to assure that the customer received the shipping and tracking informationThe estimated delivery date of the shipment is 9/7/
On 9/6/we still had no answer from customerWe sent one final email in attempts to reach out the consumerAt 2:00PM we received a response from the customer informing us that he was in fact receiving the updatesHe notified us that he will let us know once he has the product on hand
On 9/7/the consumer notified us that he has received the order and thanked us for shipping the product

Will never buy stuff from here everTerrible customer service they will lie to you over and over and try to play dumb

Customer's desired settlement has been metPer his request of 10/6/2016, we shipped the "*** ***" as a replacement for the "*** ***." This shipped 10/7/and shipment notification was sent to Mr***In addition to his desired settlement, we have also refunded the customer
$for the "*** ***" and will still ship the "*** ***" as soon as it has been re-produced

Ms*** was notified on 1/6/that part of her pending order containing the *** *** *** had been sent out and upgraded to USPS priority shippingIn this notification, Mr*** was in receipt of a web link that provided tracking information for the *** *** *** shipment, as well
as another web link for the additional shipment that contained the *** *** shirt Ms*** had ordered also within the order(When there is an inventory delay, we may send multiple shipments per individual order.) Within that notification, we also provided Ms*** with information regarding the additional discount provided to the order, a $refund issued directly to her original purchase method of ***We also informed Ms*** that she would be in receipt of a gift card in the amount of $to use with us for a later purchase, which was sent to her direct e-mail, ***@yahoo.com on 12/27/16, then resent to the same email on 1/9/2017, in an attempt to further convey our apologies on the delay in order fulfillmentLastly, we have informed Ms*** of the steps we are taking to correct any further issues and improve our customer serviceWe have also provided a direct contact method for Ms*** in the event of any future issues that may occur with future ordersOur intention is to take the unfortunate issues that did occur with Ms*** current order and learn from them in order to provide the best customer service possible, and we are terribly sorry that the first experience with us was not an enjoyable one

We sincerely apologize for the confusion on your recent attempt to place an order with usIt seems there was an issue with your shipping and billing informationAt this time, as we have no orders pending, we have deduced that you have most likely encountered an AVS error upon the time of your
purchase.The Address Verification System (AVS) is a system used to verify the address of a person claiming to own a credit cardThe system will check the billing address of the credit card provided by the user with the address on file at the credit card company If you have not annotated that the shipping address is in fact different than your credit cards billing address, this error will occur, and decline your transactionAs you did not receive a confirmation email providing a order number, that would further suggest you did receive these errors, as you described in your Revdex.com complaint that we have received this morningThis is a fraud protection method to protect you, as the consumer, in not allowing orders to be placed without accurate and correct information As we are the third party involved, we never received your fundsThey are held by your banks processor and are usually returned within 3-business days after your initial attempt to place the orderWe recommend contacting your bank and informing them of this occurrence, as they may chose to refund your funds prior to the release date We have also sent out an email containing an invite to view your account and all orders placed or pendingIf an order had been completed, this will show you all activity on your account, including declined charges on orders processedYour account is not showing an order has in fact completed These funds that were showing as “pending status” on your banking information, due generally fall off, or become available to you again, within business daysIf the funds do not release, you would need to contact your banking institution informing them of the fraud protection method and the error received on the multiple attempts made for the purchase, as we have not been able to collect funds due to these continued errors received.If you have any questions on this matter, please don't hesitate to reach out to us

Amazing such an amazing company and honestly couldn't ask for anything more from the men and women of this company take the most pride in their work than any other company I honestly wouldn't change a single thing I recommend this to people on the street to family to my pastor to anybody that loves this country

I placed an order on 11/26/16. Received Order number and notification that the order was"paid". I have waited patiently but began to get concerned when I checked the stairs of the order and it said unfulfilled after 2 weeks. I have attempted to email customer service via the email provided on the site. I never heard back. I have called several times and have never been able to speak with anyone. The first time I was on hold and was given the option to have the company call me back. I left name and number. Never received a call. Called tried to leave a message but the voice mail would not allow to due to mailbox being full. I attempted 4 more calls without success. It is now 12/17/16 and I have no idea when or if the products that I ordered will arrive in time for Christmas. Very disappointed with customer service, communication, and false advertisement of this company.

Response and Resolution to Customer’s Problem: The customer’s facts�... was forwarded by the [redacted] to his new address.  I don’t have�... was never received.  We did update his address, as requested, but du... not updated permanently (thus the January shirt having to be forwarded... February and March shirts were never shipped due to either human or ... 31, customer emailed us that he still had not received his February ... we sent no reply.  These breakdowns in our communication have subsequ... as all of these types of communication will now be handled through c... We made numerous mistakes, no doubt about it.  But, we have learned�... corrective action into place so these errors can be minimized if not�... customer service very seriously and we value and appreciate each and ... customers.  Settlement:   We shipped the customer his January, February and March shirts on Apr... delivered to his home April 25th.  In addition, Grunt Style issued t... credit on April 22nd to be used on any future purchase(s) of Grunt ...

Grunt Style is a Veteran owner and opertated company. They are very professional in every aspect of there company. I have ordered many items from Grunt Style. It's the only clothes I wear. Recently they sent me the wrong shirt. The service and apology I got from them was the best I have ever recieved. They told me to keep the shirt they sent me and are sending me the correct shirt. This company takes pride in what they do and how they conduct them selves. Customer service is 100% awesome and very responsive to emails and phone calls. Within 24 hours you will have your issue resolved.
