In a nut shell I ordered my husband a shirt on June 1,Got an email saying they will send a confirmation email once shipped It is now June 16th and no merchandiseI said something in FB and they said to call and they will make it rightI called this afternoon and got nothing but excuses why the shipping was so lateThey are a small company and they hired a bunch of new peopleLonger on the phone the more excusesI was also told by the manger, "what do you expect me to do shut down the website where people place orders?" I was also told that the email I received saying it will arrive on the 18th isn't a guarantee because the ship things through the post officeMy husband and all his friends are present or prior militaryBad news travels faster than good news.It's a shame we tried to support a veteran run business and this is the customer service I received so farIf I do not receive my merchandise I will call for a refund and if they refuse then I will disputed it with my bank

14.6667px">We sincerely apologize for the confusion on your recent attempt to place an order with usIt seems there was an issue with your shipping and billing informationAt this time, as we have no orders pending, we have deduced that you have most likely encountered an AVS error upon the time of your purchaseThe Address Verification System (AVS) is a system used to verify the address of a person claiming to own a credit cardThe system will check the billing address of the credit card provided by the user with the address on file at the credit card company
If you have not annotated that the shipping address is in fact different than your credit cards billing address, this error will occur, and decline your transactionAs you did not receive a confirmation email providing a order number, that would further suggest you did receive these errors, as you described in your Revdex.com complaint that we have received this morningThis is a fraud protection method to protect you, as the consumer, in not allowing orders to be placed without accurate and correct information As we are the third party involved, we never received your fundsThey are held by your banks processor and are usually returned within 3-business days after your initial attempt to place the orderWe recommend contacting your bank and informing them of this occurrence, as they may chose to refund your funds prior to the release date We have also sent out an email containing an invite to view your account and all orders placed or pendingIf an order had been completed, this will show you all activity on your account, including declined charges on orders processedYour account is not showing an order has in fact completed These funds that were showing as “pending status” on your banking information, due generally fall off, or become available to you again, within business daysIf the funds do not release, you would need to contact your banking institution informing them of the fraud protection method and the error received on the multiple attempts made for the purchase, as we have not been able to collect funds due to these continued errors receivedIf you have any questions on this matter, please don't hesitate to reach out to us

Placed order a month ago, money was taken out of my account within hours I have been emailing & posting messages on *** and when someone does actually reply I get told it's going to ship out in hours, then days later I question and get told they would go out the next day Can't leave a message, voicemail is full

I have had the best customer service experience from Grunt StyleI received a shirt that was misprinted, so I reported the problems to themThey wasted no time getting back to me to inquire more about the problemBefore I knew it, a new shirt was on its way and I had spoken with people that made sure everything was okMade a lasting impression! Shirt quality is top notch also

Our Club department reached out to *** on January 8th with our sincerest apologies for the confusion with his club sign up Our Club rep provided information for *** with explanation of our cancellation fees We are currently waiting for ***’s response to this email We also
called and left a message for *** on January 11th wanting to make sure we take care of all his needs with Grunt StyleWith no response to our phone call, customer service emailed *** again on January 11th to communicate we cancelled his membership and provided him with a $gift card

Awesome customer service, good product and an awesome design team! Had them do some work for my businessI gave them my ideas and they delivered! Highly recommended!

As a small company with strong roots to their employees and customers they accomplish what needs to be done in a timely fashion

Company has seemed to delay/misplace my order on two occasions and have not offered any concessions I suspect they are understaffed or do not have efficient business practices when it comes to fulfilling and shipping orders Clarity and ongoing communication with customers when it comes to order delays is essential, not "read the find print" - especially during Christmas No concessions have been made to keep me as a customer If you order a product online or otherwise, make sure you follow up week later via phone or email Gruntstyle.com never contacted me with updates on orders where items were found to be not in stock or delayed shipping My latest order was made Nov and is not expected to arrive until after Christmas Customer service is not empathetic, not willing to take any responsibility for potential oversight on their part

I placed an order for shirts a few days ago, however, after looking they were all the wrong sizesEmily *** was so nice to me and changed the order a couple times for me so I could have the sizes just the way I wanted them!

Best experience I have ever had their customer service is second to none.I recommend them to every one I kn I w and the quality of their products are unmatched

I want to applaud Grunt Style for their customer serviceI had an issue processing an order through the websiteI called the number, was on hold less than seconds and had the issue resolved in less than minutesThat's service!!!

We contacted the customer on 12/16/with an update on their ordersOrders *** and *** were both
shipped complete on 12/16/USPS Priority MailOriginally the customer wanted an item cancelled and refunded from their third order ***While we refunded the amount of that item for the customer we still made sure to include it in their shipment for themWe also swapped out an unavailable item in *** for an available item of the customer’s request and included that in the order, which was also shipped out on 12/16/USPS Priority MailWe will be shipping out the unavailable item separately to the customer as soon as it is available for fulfillment at no extra chargeThe customer has informed us that we have resolved all their issues
