We spoke with Ms [redacted] regarding her order on 12/Her order was packed and shipped [redacted] Priority Mail and tracking information was provided to the customer, as well as store credit towards a future purchaseWe also spoke with Ms [redacted] about the efforts that we have introduced to correct these issues and the plans that we have to further improve communication in the future

Have bought several shirts from the great folks at Grunt Style over several transactions Everybshirt has been well done, and if stock it shipped quickly If a preorder was done, they always inform you when it is closing, and what the expected ahip date is Would only be happier if they tossed in free ammo! Great companybto deal with and WILL do business with them again

Placed an order on multiple t shirts stating in Stock online on Aug By August had to call and wait min to speak with customer serviceWas told on the 12th that part of the order was shippedThat never happenedWas informed that I would be refunded for total order but could take to days for refundI would recommend they update their website for on hand availabilityThe customer service rep apologized for the trouble and stated that they were to busy to keep up with availabilityWas not offered alternative solutions to keep my businessjust lost multiple customers for life

On 8/15/customer placed orderCustomer contacted us on 8/25/and 8/28/requesting order updateThe order was shipped complete on 8/31/and tracking information was provided in the form of an email to the customerTwo more emails was sent on 9/2/to assure that the customer received the shipping and tracking informationThe estimated delivery date of the shipment is 9/7/ On 9/6/we still had no answer from customerWe sent one final email in attempts to reach out the consumerAt 2:00PM we received a response from the customer informing us that he was in fact receiving the updatesHe notified us that he will let us know once he has the product on hand On 9/7/the consumer notified us that he has received the order and thanked us for shipping the product

Excellent customer service, local and vet-owned, fair prices, and good merchandiseI am most pleased with how quickly they will respond to customer issuesI have had no issues with this companyIf there is an order issue or something wrong, call themThey will fix it as quickly as they can! I mean these guys will seriously bend over backwards for customers!

I own about of their shirts, they're my favorite to wear, super comfortable, hold up well and their designs look awesome They've always shipped when they said they would

Grunt Style is my new favorite! I've ordered from their website twice now and both times I have been completely satisfied with all aspects of my order! The shipping was super quick I ordered the shirts Monday afternoon and got them that FridayThe quality of the shirts ar freaking incredibleSo soft, comfortable, & still really bad ***! They get softer with each wash tooI get so many compliments on my shirts &who doesn't love compliments!? I'll definitely order again from Grunt Style! Support Veterans and shop Grunt Style !

I have ordered a number of items from Grunt Style and had never had any real problems - until this Christmas, 2016. I placed an order early in December for 2 items as part of my son's Christmas gifts which, according to the website and the confirmation I received, would be mailed to me in plenty of time for me to receive and mail to my son nearly 400 miles away. About 10 days - 2 weeks before Christmas I contacted Grunt Style to check on the status of my order, since I'd not received anything at all from them since my order confirmation. I sent around 5 emails to their 'customer service' department which all went completely unacknowledged and also attempted calling them which ended up being absolutely ridiculous. One time I called and was told I was caller #36 and the next time that I was caller #62. Since I was at work both times I was unable to wait (who could ever wait that long, anyway???). Eventually I received a canned reply to my email apologizing and saying when they 'thought' the order might go out. My subsequent emails to them were also ignored until I finally got a message saying that it had been shipped - and when I tracked it I learned that it would arrive on 12/24. (I didn't actually get it until today, 12/27 because I always use my work address for packages), so won't be able to send it to my son until tomorrow - so he'll probably get it 12/31 - a full week more. None of this is acceptable in any universe that I know of. I've spent a lot of money with these people and this time nearly $70. If they'd notified me to let me know there was a problem and I wasn't going to get it in time for Christmas, that would have been a lot different. They I might have been able to make a good, informed decision about whether to cancel the order and try to find him something else - or proceed with the order. I was not given this opportunity and so had to send my son (who's in the ***) his package without these items - which were a big part of his gift. This will be my last time EVER purchasing from Grunt Style and I will be doing all I can to let as many people know as possible about how poor their customer service actually is and to discourage others from wasting their time and money.

Customer placed order on 7/29/On August 5th customer contacted support through our social media team on [redacted] She received a reply with the phone number to our customer service department and was encouraged to contact them for further assistanceShe did not call our customer service department Customer sent emails to our customer service department requesting status on orderWe sent multiple emails to customer requesting that they respond to that specific email if their issue has not been resolved and they will receive a response within hoursCustomer did not reply to those specific emailsOn 29AUGa refund for the full amount of the order was issued, per last request from customerThe customer’s order will still be shipped to them in full, as well

Poor serviceOrdered two shirts from them and after a month later they still hadn't shippedThey claimed the reason was for overwhelming orders for the support Dallas shirts which wasn't even what I had orderedFinally, I had to request a refundNo company should take your money with a "ships within one week policy" when they know they can't fulfill your order in time

I find GRUNT STLYE to be OUTSTANDING, trustworthy, and diligentI have order shirts via email and directlyThe GRUNT STYLE staff is the FINEST group of people I have had the experience of not only speaking to on the phone to purchase an order or inquire about merchandise, but to meet them face to face, picking up an order, they have treated me with tremendous respect and have built a report that will last a life time

We contacted Mr [redacted] on 12/30/informing him that his order was shipped out USPS Priority MailIncluded in the message was tracking information for his shipmentA gift card of $was also issued to the customer due to the package not arriving before 12/as well as a 50% discount off of the item in his order

*** contacted us on 12/due to her order not being delivered The shipping label was created on 11/but failed to update with tracking informationWhen the customer contacted us we re-shipped their order *** Overnight We also provided *** a full refund on her order and a gift
card for any inconvenience.We informed *** that we sincerely apologize for any delay and frustration and let her know that we are here to assist with any further issues

I am a member of Club Gruntstyle I have received shirts so far and they are awesome I recently ordered some additional shirts that were not part of my monthly club shirts and somehow I messed up and I wasn't logged in and I paid shipping I sent a question to customer service and asked if I get free shipping on all orders or just the monthly shirts that they send meI think I received a response the same day from Emily *** who informed me that I should get free shipping on all my orders Then she told me how to make sure that if it showed shipping, how to make sure I was logged in and didnt get charged I had only paid like 5$ for shipping anyway, so I thanked her and figured I better not be so dumb next time A short while later, maybe even the same day again I received an email from Emily saying that she found my previous order and refunded my shipping I hadn't even asked her to do this How many companies would willingly refund money the customer hadn't asked for? Veterans know the value of integrity! This is why I buy from them, and this is why I look to them first to fulfill my needs They have my back, and they make a great product! Either one of those qualities is reason enough to buy, and they have them both! I love Gruntstyle! Thank you so much Emily!
