I find GRUNT STLYE to be OUTSTANDING, trustworthy, and diligent. I have order shirts via email and directly. The GRUNT STYLE staff is the FINEST group of people I have had the experience of not only speaking to on the phone to purchase an order or inquire about merchandise, but to meet them face to face, picking up an order, they have treated me with tremendous respect and have built a report that will last a life time.

I own about 12 of their shirts, they're my favorite to wear, super comfortable, hold up well and their designs look awesome.
They've always shipped when they said they would.

Grunt Style is my new favorite! I've ordered from their website twice now and both times I have been completely satisfied with all aspects of my order! The shipping was super quick I ordered the shirts Monday afternoon and got them that Friday. The quality of the shirts ar freaking incredible. So soft, comfortable, & still really bad [redacted]! They get softer with each wash too. I get so many compliments on my shirts &who doesn't love compliments!? I'll definitely order again from Grunt Style! Support Veterans and shop Grunt Style !

I can't believe anyone would leave a bad review about Grunt Style ! I have had an amazing experience not once but twice! I had a question about an over charge and was responded to by Tim in 5 minutes! They are awesome with customer service!

Have bought several shirts from the great folks at Grunt Style over several transactions. Everybshirt has been well done, and if stock it shipped quickly. If a preorder was done, they always inform you when it is closing, and what the expected ahip date is. Would only be happier if they tossed in free ammo!

Great companybto deal with and WILL do business with them again.

We contacted Mr. [redacted] on 12/30/16 informing him that his order was shipped out USPS Priority Mail. Included in the message was tracking information for his shipment. A gift card of $25.00 was also issued to the customer due to the package not arriving before 12/25 as well as a 50% discount off...

Grunt style is a great company. I love what they represent and they have always taken care of me. They are easy to get in contact with and will take care of any problems. I have sent shirts back that I have messed up and they have come through every time on their beer guarantee. I am so grateful this company is out there. I highly recommend. I have placed several orders with this company and they have delivered nothing but high quality merchandise and a very reasonable price. The shipping rates are low to free depending on orders. They ship orders generally within 24-48 hours of ordering. I look forward to continued business with Grunt Style LLC.

Customer placed order on 7/29/16. On August 5th customer contacted support through our social media team on [redacted]. She received a reply with the phone number to our customer service department and was encouraged to contact them for further assistance. She did not call our customer service...

department.  Customer sent emails to our customer service department requesting status on order. We sent multiple emails to customer requesting that they respond to that specific email if their issue has not been resolved and they will receive a response within 24 hours. Customer did not reply to those specific emails. On 29AUG16 a refund for the full amount of the order was issued, per last request from customer. The customer’s order will still be shipped to them in full, as well.

I would like to extend my full support to Grunt Style LLC. I have had nothing but excellent customer service from them and if I ever have an issue with one of their products, they fix it right away. I highly recommend them for all of your Freedom Wear needs.

I purchased merchandise on 11/29/16. It is now a month later and I have yet to receive my order. My credit card was charged immediately and still nothing. I have placed multiple calls and emails with the customer service team. My first attempt, in contacting customer service I was told one of my t-shirts had a shipping date of 12/9, however, the link to that t-shirt was not the one I actually purchased. My second attempt, I left a call back number and never received a call back. My third attempt, I spoke with a representative and was told (and in email) that my order would ship within 2 days, 5 days later, I still do not have my merchandise. My fourth attempt, I have been disconnected on 3 times! At this point it is apparent I will never receive my order and will be requesting a full refund. DO NOT purchase from this company.

On 8/15/2016 customer placed order. Customer contacted us on 8/25/2016 and 8/28/2016 requesting order update. The order was shipped complete on 8/31/2016 and tracking information was provided in the form of an email to the customer. Two more emails was sent on 9/2/2016 to assure that the customer...

received the shipping and tracking information. The estimated delivery date of the shipment is 9/7/2016.  On 9/6/2016 we still had no answer from customer. We sent one final email in attempts to reach out the consumer. At 2:00PM we received a response from the customer informing us that he was in fact receiving the updates. He notified us that he will let us know once he has the product on hand.  On 9/7/2016 the consumer notified us that he has received the order and thanked us for shipping the product.

love this company and would recommend them to anyone. I love the fact that they are fellow warfighters, and I support any company with the standards they have and show with a vast array of choices for everyday wear. Keep up the good work everyone

These guys are awesome!!! I've been doing business with them for years! Yes, I've had a couple hiccups over receiving wrong sizes, but they're customer service is great and always takes care of the customer! Best shirts around and their gear has a warranty! How can you beat that????
