Bingo bash
I have purchased many packs from this app to be treated like a fool it just takes all your credits I feel the players that purchase are penalised so they purchase again as players that do not purchase win thousands in the mini game buffalo spins I go in and constantly lose with no bonus spins what so ever so I am just throwing my money down the drain it’s soul destroying and should be addressed immediately. Sorry to hear of the troublesThe user submitted a ticket to WorldWinner Support claiming two $transactions that were not initiated by herWhenever a fraudulent charge claim is made, the account is immediately closed to avoid any additional chargesIn August, there were a total of $in Deposits into the WorldWinner account:08/18/1723:$25.0008/25/1712:$25.0008/29/1722:$In September, there were a total of $in deposits into the WorldWinner account:09/02/1716:$25.0009/05/1712:$25.0009/09/1721:$25.0009/14/1723:$25.0009/1... the user's support ticket, she references that there were two separate transactions, $on Aug 27th and $on Sept 7th, were not authorized by herThere were no Deposit transactions into the WorldWinner account on those days (as shown above)User has to account for the transaction dates listed on their actual bank/credit card statement to be different than when the purchases were actually made as it usually takes the bank/credit card company a few business days to process and post the final, completed transaction on the person's actual bank/credit card statementIf user continues to claim that they did not initiate one or more of the deposits shown above, then they will need to file a dispute with their bank/credit card company directlyNo additional actions can be taken on the WorldWinner end to "refund"The account will remain closed

On the GSN Cash Games site neither the accounts [redacted] or [redacted] are upgraded cash accountsUpgraded cash accounts can turn in Rewards Points for items, including [redacted] Gift cards, [redacted] gift cards, [redacted] Gift cards, and othersThese rewards can, and also do, changeIn the Prize Store on the GSN Casino side, where you can turn Oodles in for rewards, as stated the prizes available can and do change

This Player has submitted support tickets since AprilWe believe that we have handled these submissions correctly, awarding game currency in many cases even when the issues reported fall outside of our support guidelinesThe player often makes frequent requests and demands without verifying that an actual issue has occurred, and we still have provided the player with game currencyWe will continue to handle this players cases through the support system on a case-by-case basis
