This is the third time this player has submitted this complain to the Revdex.com. At this point we have no additional response to this issue. We have provide more than fair compensation in the past and will not be blackmailed by threats to go to the Revdex.com. That is not the the intended purpose of the Revdex.com process.

As previously stated, the funds in question were credited to a [redacted] account that the user had previously used on their GSN Cash Games/WorldWinner account. GSN cannot be held liable if the user is no longer able to access the account that was previously used - it is the user's responsibility to ensure that the payment methods, available within their GSN Cash Games/Worldwinner account, are active and user can access those accounts/payment methods. To appease this customer's complaint, a manual credit of $78.01 in cash was manually credited to the user's GSN Cash Games account. The user may initiate a withdrawal of those funds from her GSN Cash Games account if she chooses to do so. $78.01 is the total amount of funds that were credited to the [redacted] account in question from the dates between February 1 to March 10, 2017. No additional funds will be credited to this user's GSN Cash Games/Worldwinner account for this matter. User MUST ensure that all available payment methods within her GSN Cash Games account are active and accessible by the user.

The remaining cash balance of $2.20 within their WorldWinner account was withdrawn on the behalf of the user by the Fraud and Risk Department. No additional funds are available in the account and the account on WorldWinner/GSN will remain closed.

User had previously contacted support on a few occasions with a variety of concerns/issues. User accidentally made a purchase for Tokens on GSN.com and requested a refund due to the error. A refund of that accidental purchase on GSN.com was initiated on the user's behalf so they should receive a...

credit of those funds within 7 business days from the date that the refund was initiated. User also had indicated experiencing technical difficulties while playing cash tournaments on WorldWinner.com. User's game history for the month of February was reviewed and user was issued refunds of all of the entries where the game servers confirmed issues were experienced beyond user's control. Players may experience technical difficulties on occasion due to various factors - it is the user's responsibility to notify support of such incidents. All refunds for technical difficulties experienced within cash tournaments will be awarded in Game Credits which can be used to enter additional cash tournaments. User has been provided with troubleshooting tips to alleviate technical issues on their end - WorldWinner cannot be held responsible for issues experienced beyond our control. At this time, the user has been communicated to regarding her multiple issues and was credited all of the entries where issues occurred and those issues were confirmed by the Game Servers to be out of the user's possibly control. No monetary compensation will be awarded to this user, nor will we be able to refund the credit card/[redacted] payments that user had made since becoming a cash member. User may withdraw any Real Money winnings they may have available in their account at this time. Withdrawals requested by the user will be credited back to the payment method used to fund the account.

The screenshot attached is evidence of our commitment to fairness. If a player is either too skilled or not skilled enough then they will not be matched with players who are not at their same skill level. At this point, with the player threatening lawsuits, we will not open their account again. We wish them nothing but the best going forward.

The major issue was resolved, that is, I was awarded the missing tokens on the major complaint. I left it open because on the smaller complaint the company has promised to reimburse me 60,000 tokens and has failed to do so. The glitches/freezes in the app have not been resolved

Our internal fraud monitoring systems uses software that determine potentialfraudulent activity or cheating on our games.  Each player is required toaccept our terms and conditions before being allowed to open an account whichspecifically lays out the terms of use for our site and...

indicates an accountmay be closed should GSN feel unfair gameplay has occurred. In the case of this individual, our system notified our Fraud Department ofunusual activity which indicated two accounts appeared to be being used by thesame individual (atleast some of the time if not all of the time).  Fraudthen conducts a manual review of the accounts to determine if, based on thepreponderance of the evidence, these accounts violated the terms and conditionsand GSN’s explicit promise to its players to ensure fairness by everyone. We did, beyond a reasonable doubt, conclude unfair gameplay had occurred andclosed the accounts.  We refunded the deposits these credit cards werecharged so the player’s did not lose any money.  Per our policy, allwinnings were voided as we do not pay winnings to those who appear to beplaying unfairly and cheating other players out of money.  We emailedthese players and informed them of the closure and applicate terms they violated. They continued to call and email even after we continuously explained thebusiness decision and, therefore, stopped responding. This decision was based on the terms and conditions these players accepted whenopening and accessing an account on our websites.  They are also not owedany money as we refunded all deposits made on our website.  Please seebelow initial email that was sent to player explaining the violation. “Please be advised that, after a technical and manual review of your account,you are permanently banned from GSN. As stated in our terms and conditions, GSN reserves the right to terminate youraccount due to any breach of the Terms and Conditions. All winnings have been voided. Account - xxxxxxxx, we are sending $31.99 back to the [redacted] account on file,please allow 5-7 business days for total processing. Account - yyyyyyyy, we have refunded $20.00 back to the credit card on file,please allow 2-4 business days for total processing. 2.14 Fraud and AbuseThe Site strictly prohibits user fraud and abuse relating to the access and useof the Site. The business' response is completely false. No chargebacks have been filed with my bank, only with [redacted] ($60 was taken from my [redacted] and $60 from my bank). A bank account that btw has absolutely no ties to my [redacted] account whatsoever. Only I have access to my [redacted] and my bank account, Since finding these charges I have changed the passwords/security questions on both to further secure them. No other felonious charges have been made on either one EXCEPT for GSN. Both of which happen to be forms of payment that  GSN has saved and evidently made charges on. A refund automatically cancels all disputes so to say they can't due to charges being on hold is absurd. GSN needs to provide me with the details as well so that I may track this down myself (device for example, ip, household, etc). No one is disputing that my account and my credentials were used, that is blatantly obvious, but they were not used by me, these payments were not authorized by me, GSN stored my payment information on my account and then utilized it.

GSN has returned the players wagers, however we were unable to verify the additional loss claims so we are unable to provide the player with the additional requested chips.

While the Player may feel that she is being target, she is not. All requests for credit are evaluated on a case by case basis and if there is a valid issue with the GSN Cash Games servers then a credit is issued. In fact this player has received over $140.00 in game credits over the past 90...

days, which is in fact more than their net spend. Suggestions have been made to the player on updates that they can make to their computer that may help resolve their issues. We take the evaluation of player issues very seriously and err on the side of the player when there is any question. In the cases where the player has not been issued game credits there were no questions that the issues are not on the side of GSN Games.

This Player has submitted 92 support tickets since April. We believe that we have handled these submissions correctly, awarding game currency in many cases even when the issues reported fall outside of our support guidelines. The player often makes frequent requests and demands without verifying...

that an actual issue has occurred, and we still have provided the player with game currency. We will continue to handle this players cases through the support system on a case-by-case basis.

GSN doesn't make purchases on behalf of users and a purchase requires someone to log into the player account, select the method of payment, as this was [redacted] they were then also required to log in to [redacted], and then hit the submit button to authorize the charge.This player appears to be indicating someone not only accessed their [redacted] account with the correct credentials, they also accessed the GSN Games account with the correct credentials which are totally separate from [redacted].Once a charge back is initiated the merchant does not issue a refund as those funds are already being held.  There is nothing to refund.  She must follow-up with [redacted] to determine the outcome of the investigation following our representment as outlined in the terms and conditions of her credit card issuer and/or [redacted].  This is how the dispute process works and is not a negotiable workaround to just issue a refund and allow the player to inadvertently get multiple refunds.

Upon receipt of this response I learned my account was suspended and referred to fraud and fairness department. No explanation was provided, I cannot access any account information (as suggested in response) and all funds that were in my account are now unavailable. Sounds like you guys need to be referred to a fraud and fairness division. Despicable behavior, I have notified my bank of this behavior as well, business practices like these are beyond deceptive.
