There is no way I will accept this responseI have waited for over a month to get nothing back? I won over billion chips and never received them on my accountI was originally told to wait up to days and I didn't get a response backI then contacted the Revdex.com and it has been over business days since I complainedI am demanding to get my chips backIt is unacceptable that I do not receive the won, then lost chipsI am so much as willing to come to GSN Games to talk to people there, since it is impossible to get anything done over e-mail or through customer service. I I will receive the lost chipsI don't care about compensation anymoreI just want the chips I won backI can attach the screenshot to this case so the Revdex.com can see as well. As for the agents handling this case with the Revdex.com, there should be no way that GSN gets off the hookI have waited, waited, and waited some more to receive nothingThat is just disgustingly horrificEverytime I see GSN responses in this case, it makes me sick to my stomachHow could one company treat a customer like this? I will not settle for amy less than the billion chips taken away from meIt is unfair, unacceptable, and with them not returning the chips to my account, unethical.

User has been receiving necessary support for her issues by the Bingo Bash support team and has been awarded many refunds/credits in the pastHowever, additional information on the server side indicates that whatever issues the player is having are being caused by external factors to our systems
Additionally, there are records of this player having/using multiple accounts which is a violation of the terms of our gamesUser has received previous credits numerous times , however, no additional Chips will be awarded to this userAny additional inquiries on Bingo Bash should be submitted through Bingo Bash Support directly

We have received this complaint to the Revdex.com and are following up regarding our findings in regard to the case We’ve reviewed the screenshots provided, along with Token logs during the time of this gameplayObserving the screenshots specifically, the symbols are indicative

The accounts in question were closed by our Fraud and Fairness teamThe accounts were closed for multiple violations of our Terms & Conditions that players accept when they play our siteWhile we will not disclose publicly the reasons for the banning, we can say that it is not in our interest
to close accounts without cause

The GSN Player Services team has looked in our ticketing system and has been unable to find any open issues for this playerBased upon this complaint to the Revdex.com a ticket has been opened for them, and a request for additional details has been made to the player so we can better understand the
specifics of the issueOnce the additional information has been received in the new ticket whatever tickets have been lost will be replaced

The manager of the mobile team will make certain that the tokens are added back into your account, and will make certain that any new tickets that the player submits are responded to quickly

what you say is true except one small detail I never received the temporary password to access my account if you would check your messages you would know this I have received a customer survey and email saying my ticket is closedI emailed multiple times saying I have not received a temporary password and received a responseso yes if you do not send me the password to fix then no I cant access my account now can I and rather then check your email and wait to see if I received the temporary password you just close the ticket and leave me in the same place I was

In the three weeks that this Player has been playing on GSN Cash Games she has reported issue times, so farThe Player has, over the past days, been provided with $in entry fee credits(Over 30% of the players entry fees) The issues she is reporting are isolated to her computer and
network, and despite that we provided the creditsWe cannot continue to provide credits when the issues are not caused by the GSN Cash Games servers

their account)The user will need to request assistance from *** directly if she no longer has access to the *** account that was credited the fundsGSN cannot be held responsible for retrieving those funds on behalf of the userThe only additional actions taken by GSN on behalf of the user was deleting the *** account from her GSN account records to ensure that no future withdrawals will go to that specific *** accountThe user needs to be responsible for the payment methods used to fund the GSN accountAgain, if the user is unable to access the previous *** account she was using to fund her GSN account then she will need to contact *** for assistance with retrieving the funds that were credited to that account in February and March

That screen popped up after I had already being actively playing in the competition, then you go to the screen that shows which competitors I had playing and under entry fee it shows paid, then allowing me to proceed into the tournamentMaking me wonder if someone is ranked higher, so as I said, it makes it impossible to certain competitions

Changing the passwords on the accounts in question do nothing to resolve the issues or explain why the offers changed only on the day we made a cash deposit to account "***"The offer of gift cards was shown every single day for years while we played games to build the balancesThe explanation that offers can change daily do not apply at all to this issueTherefore, GSN is not standing up to what was represented to us for the last few yearsThe proof is in the history of the account for "***" where we were able to cash in our rewards points for gift cards a few years ago and now when we attempt to do the same transaction on the account for "***" years later, it is denied and the points that were earned are turned into cash games play rather than gift cards as was represented on the account*** ***
