I have only one account with GSN and only one ! I have not changed my username, my debit card and my email ! Every time I got a question, I clicked on Contactsupport ,they automatic send a reply to my email without me giving it to them ! Nothing changed till somebody added another email address into my account and decided to make payments to that account when I withdrew money from my account ! GSN charged my debit card when I made deposits but credited those withdrawals back to different account ! Yes, you charged my debit card then sent my fund to somewhere else's but nobody knows where ! I didn't get it if you said you have sent it to my account ! *** said they didn't have my funds either !You have credited $back into my GSN cash games ! The $,I haven't checked yet ! If you already credited into my GSN CASH GAMES, I thank you ! If you sent it to *** or which ever account, I wouldn't get it, for sure ! I can send you my bank' statements ! I really don't waste my time trying to get money that don't belong to me !I'm the only user to the account ! Same account from beginning ! If GSN or *** said that my account are no longer accessible.....or whatever , it must be a mistake ! As I said, I already gave GSN and *** my personal information to verify my identity...to prove that I am the account user !If you can send funds back to the right user, I appreciate it ! With all the files, with all the transactions that you have, you could do it ! You know you have an issue here when customer complaints that they don't get what they should ! If you don't want to help, you don't have to send me another response blaming it to me or someone else ! TY

Judging by your semantics on how a refund is processed I assume there is admittance that a refund is due but it's out of your hands at the momentThat said as a high volume retail seller I've been on the end of having to issue refunds through *** with held funds and I assure you they do not make the mistake of double refundingYou have the option in *** to refund and the dispute is closed, I get my stolen funds back and GSN gets to maintain the integrity that they are not a corrupt business. Prior to changing my financial passwords yesterday the credentials required to log in *** were the same as many of my other accounts including that of GSNIt wouldn't take a genius to crack it once you have oneRemarkably however GSN is the only fraudulent charge on both accountsMy bank information is in no way tied to my *** whatsoever and yet money was taken from it as well, to GSN (Debit Purchase -*** Gsn Cash Games ###-###-####ma)I went ahead and contacted my bank who also advised me that the merchant (GSN in this case) can provide a refund sooner and the issue is then closedThere is no "workaround" or double pumping of the system, that's just nonsense doublespeak I would still like to have access to the aforementioned information used to determine that my claim is falseSince clearly the department over there has a loose grasp of how something like this can occur, I would like to seek out the criminal myself, whether it had something to do with GSN or otherwise.

The prizes available in the prize center are updated often and what is available at any given time can varyThere is no guarantee of any particular prize being available at any particular timeThis is not a new policyAs a courtesy we have reset the passwords to the accounts that you posted on

 Ok , you guys , took my money ever time I play a game and I beat the score it says I'll get 3 75 and all I get 75cents , I got ripped off on another  1dollar game where you have a chance to win 125, there is no summary of my winnings and when they where deposited on my account , when a game freezes it will close game and you can not restart it , you just lose game , I have not added money on my account since 2 weeks ago , I'm very upset, I'll play the games but I'll never add money on to my account agian , honestly I either deserve a refund back on 450 dollars on game credits , or back on to my bank statement , minus my winnings

I have no surprise to get this answer from GSN ! I got this kind of answer every single time when I asked them about my missing money ! That was all they said ! " They already sent out my money ! To where ? It's not your business, they said ! Just go and ask [redacted] or knock on your neighbor's door! They might have it !"You handle your customer's money! Nobody said that they received the money you have sent out to them ! Is that your responsible?I have contacted [redacted] and they ,too, denied having my funds ! They said that I don't have an account with them! They can't help me either !They pointed their finger back at GSN ! Now GSN is pointing their finger on [redacted] ! You should contact [redacted] showing your proofs ,showing your files ! You sent my money to [redacted] , you get it back from [redacted] ! Put those money back into my GSN cash games ' account !You want me to ask [redacted] but you give me nothing to prove to them ! Don't say it is not my business to ask for those transactions # !! The account that we are discussing right now , it belongs to me ! I am the account' owner ! ! I withdrew money from my cash games' account ! And I am the one who lose that money !! I have already given all of my personal information to GSN to verify my identity ! If you have sent money to a wrong account ,you should return it  ! I am not responsible for your mistake !I lost my money because of two big companies just pointing their fingers on each other and they even said  it is my responsible for my missing $85 ! Unfortunately the rebuttal to our response appears to be blank so we cannot respond to the comments. We can state that as always we make the best possible effort to assist our players, and will continue to do so. The Player should certainly respond with any additional comments or concerns in their ticket.

The WorldWinner Fraud and Risk Department had closed the account in question due to suspicious activity/inconsistent information with the billing address and user of the account in question. We cannot provide any additional information via this Revdex.com Complaint in response to the matter at hand. No...

My deposits are not a reflection of games played.  When you factor in the number of games played minus the games I had problems with and requested a refund of  my entry fee, I average between 5-10% of the games.  If you take the total of all 21,404 games I have played thus far, you would have an even lower percentage of requests for game credit refunds.  In addition,  you cannot factor in the reward points I accumulated which I turned in game credits or the oodles I used to purchase game credits, or the recent happy hour bonus since those were earned by me and awarded to me.  They have nothing to do with requests for game credits for problems I encountered playing games. Furthermore, my question regarding why one day I was credited and two days later my requests were rejected was never answered.  Your standard response about your internal servers is not adequate especially when a Revdex.com case is open vs. when a case is closed and  the problems I encountered were the same on both days.  In addition, I have followed your suggestions (no other windows open, changed from internet explorer to firefox which runs slower, restarting my computer frequently, etc.).  I even had my laptop checked out by [redacted] and was told by them that there is nothing wrong with my computer, operating system, and internet explorer.  He believes it is a reflection of the amount of "adware" on gsn.com.?

All games played are logged on our servers. When there is an error that is caused on our end that game gets logged with an error code. When we receive a ticket from the player we pull the game logs to see if there was an error on our end. If there was we provide the player with an entry fee credit....

In the tickets submitted we reviewed the logs and found no errors. Without the errors we are unable to provide credit to the player. We have provided tips that may help them improve performance with their computer. In this particular players case we have awarded credits 873 times in the past.
