On the GSN Cash Games site neither the accounts [redacted] or [redacted] are upgraded cash accounts. Upgraded cash accounts can turn in Rewards Points for items, including [redacted] Gift cards, [redacted] gift cards, [redacted] Gift cards, and others. These rewards can, and also do, change. In the Prize Store on the GSN Casino side, where you can turn Oodles in for rewards, as stated the prizes available can and do change.

During the time my case was open for review I received game credits for problems I encountered.  When the case was closed, [redacted] continued with standard message: "upon further review, errors experienced were not caused by our internal servers".  Yesterday, I played 100 games, and submitted 4 tickets for 4 games I had problems with. All 4 were rejected. Yet their site states under "how to get a refund for technical difficulties": 'Players may encounter problems while playing for cash and prizes. It is a normal part of playing games online and may be caused by numerous factors.' In fact, their earlier ticket form even included a drop down menu for reasons for a refund which included disconnections, world winner not responding, game lagging, game freezing, game closing unexpectedly, etc.  Why is this still not a reason for return of entry fee in the form of game credits? Several days earlier when I played cash games and submitted tickets for 6 problem games, I received this answer " sorry for the problems you encountered. I've credited your account for the entry fee in question" (this is while my case with the Revdex.com was open). I listed the same issues I experienced with the 4 above tickets that had been denied a refund.  If those reasons were sufficient for the 6 tickets, why were the reasons not sufficient for yesterday's 4 tickets? Before submitting my complaint, I have asked ([redacted]) via email to speak to a manager twice and was denied.

[I didn't receive any email response or I wouldn't have continued to contact player services. No email came through my account nor did I see anywhere on the site to enter the code and I'm requesting they credit me as per the postcard stated.
