I would recommend that the Player contact their ISP, or their email providerWe not only sent the responses to every ticket, we also sent a follemail from a personal employee account providing the information that had been requestedIf the player checks their ticket history as previously noted, and was sent in the email outside of the ticketing system, they will see every response sent

This is clearly a misunderstanding as the players account is not closed and she has access to all of her tokensThis player had multiple accounts and we let the Player know that per the terms and conditions she can only have one accountShe was provided the list of accounts that she has and requested that she pick oneThe player picked the account she wished to keep and the other accounts were closedThe password on the remaining account was reset, she was then told to check her inbox for a temporary password.The account she chose to keep is still open and she can access it anytime

As far back as February 3, the Player was told that we would no longer award additional credits due to their excessive requests and/or insufficient evidence to support their claims of malfunctions by our serversThis still holds trueWhen there is evidence we will always provide an entry fee credit

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below My deposits are not a reflection of games played When you factor in the number of games played minus the games I had problems with and requested a refund of my entry fee, I average between 5-10% of the games If you take the total of all 21,games I have played thus far, you would have an even lower percentage of requests for game credit refunds In addition, you cannot factor in the reward points I accumulated which I turned in game credits or the oodles I used to purchase game credits, or the recent happy hour bonus since those were earned by me and awarded to me They have nothing to do with requests for game credits for problems I encountered playing gamesFurthermore, my question regarding why one day I was credited and two days later my requests were rejected was never answered Your standard response about your internal servers is not adequate especially when a Revdex.com case is open vswhen a case is closed and the problems I encountered were the same on both days In addition, I have followed your suggestions (no other windows open, changed from internet explorer to firefox which runs slower, restarting my computer frequently, etc.) I even had my laptop checked out by [redacted] and was told by them that there is nothing wrong with my computer, operating system, and internet explorer He believes it is a reflection of the amount of "adware" on gsn.com.? The games at GSN are monitored 24/The monitoring is handled in multiple manners and are both manual and automatedWhen there is an error caused by our servers or games an error code is loggedWhen this occurs we will always provide the player with the requested refundThis player has requested many refunds over the years, and in most cases a refund has been issuedWhen refunds are not issued we have provided tips to help her improve her gaming performanceUnfortunately this has led to abusive language towards GSN staffThe player has been warned previously that this will not be accepted and had her account temporarily banned on more than one occasionAt this point we believe it best for both parties that we part ways and end our relationship with the player

The major issue was resolved, that is, I was awarded the missing tokens on the major complaintI left it open because on the smaller complaint the company has promised to reimburse me 60,tokens and has failed to do soThe glitches/freezes in the app have not been resolved Regards, [redacted]

I won over billion chips and never received them on my accountI was originally told to wait up to days and I didn't get a response backI then contacted the Revdex.com and it has been over business days since I complainedI am demanding to get my chips backIt is unacceptable that I do not receive the won, then lost chipsI am so much as willing to come to GSN Games to talk to people there, since it is impossible to get anything done over e-mail or through customer service. I I will receive the lost chipsI don't care about compensation anymoreI just want the chips I won backI can attach the screenshot to this case so the Revdex.com can see as well. As for the agents handling this case with the Revdex.com, there should be no way that GSN gets off the hookI have waited, waited, and waited some more to receive nothingThat is just disgustingly horrificEverytime I see GSN responses in this case, it makes me sick to my stomachHow could one company treat a customer like this? I will not settle for amy less than the billion chips taken away from meIt is unfair, unacceptable, and with them not returning the chips to my account, unethical.
