I am rejecting this response because: I fixed my tax related issues myself and with the help of my State representativeH&R block did nothing for me but gave me BAD service, Rude attitude, run around and took my moneyThe district manager and the lady who prepared my taxes were very rude and NOT helpful at allWhat they are telling the Revdex.com is wrong; I sent all the documentation myself, talked to the IRS and Health Insurance MarketplaceAmy case was also initiated form my State representative's officeI would like to get all the fees that H&R charged, refunded back to me. Dear Revdex.com, While we regret any confusion or misunderstanding Ms***may have experienced regarding our tax preparation services, our review reflect that Ms*** selected an H&R Block do-it-yourself ("DIY") tax preparation product to prepare her own return Within the DIY
product, Ms***also selected a Refund Deposit Account ("RDA")A RDA is a bank deposit product that enables those who select it to direct the payment of the tax preparation, software, outstanding debt and other fees from their income tax refund. Our investigation further reflects that Ms*** entered the banking information for the direct deposit proceeds to go to after H&R Block deducted fees for the DIY product and the RDA accountThe IRS released the funds to H&R Block and we disbursed the funds the direct deposit account on April 27, The funds were rejected back to H&R Block due to the deposit account being closedH&R Block cut check number *** on April 29, and sent it by regular mail to the address on record: *** *** *** *** *** ** ***.As the check was not returned to H&R Block as un-deliverable, we dispute Ms***'s allegation that H&R Block has held her refundFurther, we have a Client Check Replacement Request form on record for Ms*** and under Uniform Code, Section 3-312, H&R Block will be disbursing the funds to an Emerald Card at Ms***'s request, after the 90th day following the date of the checkAs the check was dated April 29, 2016, H&R Block will start the process of reissuing the funds to Ms*** on July 29, We ask that Ms*** allow business days from July 29th, for the funds to load onto the Emerald Card. I am rejecting this response because: I filed my taxes the exact same way the year before and my federal taxes we're garnished then, and you still received your feeAll I hear are a lot of "maybes or ifs" as to why you think this happenedI still haven't been in contact with a single member of your managementYou can't even keep my last name correctWho is Mr***? You obviously don't consider your customers/clients priorities in mind when it comes to doing your businessThe service you provided was not satisfactoryTherefore you consider the needs of retaining that said customerYou have failed to do so in the fact that I am unable to get in touch with any sort of manager to resolve this issueThe failed "call backs", from different located and previously used branches, set up by your contracted call center were never received on my endYour management seems to be hiding behind the so called curtain pulling the strings of your poor incompetent employeesIn any other business that provides the quality of service you provided me would work with the customer on this matterYou have notFrom what the few employees I have been in contact with, this sounds like a very common thing

I don't agree with h and r block's answer my case #***I don't understand why it is so easy for h&r block to cause so much trouble and loss of money for us and when asked about it they said they did nothing wrongThen it is a closed case? We paid them to prepare our federal and state taxes and e file themThat why we paid them so we wouldn't have to do themIn august I received a letter from the state of ohio stating our taxes were not filedI tried to call st clairsville office {where we had them prepared} and could not get hold of anyoneCalled corporate they told me to go to the Cadiz officeI went in with the letter and they filed my taxes thenWe lost our refund of $from and were penalized over $ We ask them to help us prove that they were filed but they could not give us proof 3/9/
