Dear Revdex.com, While we regret any confusion or misunderstanding Ms***may have experienced regarding our tax preparation services, our review reflect that Ms*** selected an H&R Block do-it-yourself ("DIY") tax preparation product to prepare her own return Within the DIY
product, Ms***also selected a Refund Deposit Account ("RDA")A RDA is a bank deposit product that enables those who select it to direct the payment of the tax preparation, software, outstanding debt and other fees from their income tax refund. Our investigation further reflects that Ms*** entered the banking information for the direct deposit proceeds to go to after H&R Block deducted fees for the DIY product and the RDA accountThe IRS released the funds to H&R Block and we disbursed the funds the direct deposit account on April 27, The funds were rejected back to H&R Block due to the deposit account being closedH&R Block cut check number *** on April 29, and sent it by regular mail to the address on record: *** *** *** *** *** ** ***.As the check was not returned to H&R Block as un-deliverable, we dispute Ms***'s allegation that H&R Block has held her refundFurther, we have a Client Check Replacement Request form on record for Ms*** and under Uniform Code, Section 3-312, H&R Block will be disbursing the funds to an Emerald Card at Ms***'s request, after the 90th day following the date of the checkAs the check was dated April 29, 2016, H&R Block will start the process of reissuing the funds to Ms*** on July 29, We ask that Ms*** allow business days from July 29th, for the funds to load onto the Emerald Card. I called HR Block on 4/16/and waited on hold for minutes before a very incompetent representative assisted meNo one ever contacted me since, so I am not sure why Ms*** lied in her responseThis is very unprofessional. Ms*** stated that I used HR Blocks "self filing" system- I paid to use HR Blocks services, which Guarantees 100% Accuracy- she should check the website as it clearly states this in a Ribbon in Large Font! HR Block needs to compensate me for the $, which the ** Department is requesting from me

as a dependent, he agreed and the return was prepared as such*** agreed with the results, signed and paid for the return.Our records further reflect, that when Mr***’s return rejected due to his mother having already filed a return to claim herself, we advised him of his options of either filing without his mother on the return or he could mail the original return we filed for him and have his mother amend her returnMr*** was not interested in either of these options and demanded to be reimbursed for tax preparation fees. The individual I spoke to at H & R Block denied that he had received any phone calls from my husbandHe also stated that he never received the documents we submitted to the H & R Block employee we were working withI sent those documents, again, to the individual via email and he confirmed that he received themHe informed me it would take 2-weeks but clearly expedited the check; I received it via Federal Express this morning
