I am rejecting this response because: the past returns never had me submit to an agent, it was sent to the same location and same person over the years with them I was not aware I had to select a person, I always called the local office, set an appointment and she pulled it up for me to review I have been a loyal client and selected the same product year after year The first time there is an issue they don't want to stand by the issue Why didn't they tell me this when I was in the office or when I called customer service, that I needed to select an agent? I was NOT provided the best options for their product that they are supposed to stand behind This situation would never have occurred if I was provided the full service of their product.I want them to stand behind their product and be responsible for paying the IRS

I am rejecting this response because: Two different H and R Block representatives called me on January 30th, and stated that they were overnighting the check to meToday is Wednesday, February 4, and I still did not receive the check I see they told you they mailed it February 3, I will wait until Friday or Saturday to see if the check arrives at my house Until I have the check in hand, I do not consider this case resolved, because I feel I was lied to again on January 30th Another lie and "check is in mail" stuff I did call back the contact person from January 30th, ***, today, on February 4th, to let her know the check did not arrive and she did state that the check was mailed snail mail on February 3rd as they told you I just want to have the check in hand before closing the matter You have been a GREAT help and I thank you VERY much As soon as the check arrives, I will let you know so we can close the case Thanks again!

I am rejecting this response because:Hi Jessica. My name is *** ***My case I.Dnumber is ***I called and spoke to you this morning. I am rejecting H & R Blocks resolution. First off, all this trouble began when I first went to H & R Block, I believe on January 21, The tax preparer only asked me if I had health insurance thru out the whole year, which I replied yes toShe did not ask for a form a1045A or 1045BThese forms prove whether or not you had health insurance thru out the year and if so was it private health insurance, thru your company or Obama CareI called the I.R.SOne of their specialist, I believe her name was Nancy told me that when a person's taxes are filed, whether E-Filed or mailed in, your 1045A or 1045B must be sent to the I.R.S. with all the other required documents in order for your taxes to be processed properly and a refund issuedThe tax preparer at H & R Block did not ask for these documents. As a matter of fact, I didn't even have them at the time she was preparing my taxesI received both a 1045A and a 1045B days laterI called H & R Block immediately and I was told to bring them in thar dayThe rest of the story you already know.Plus, I called the I.R.SYesterday and got an agent on the phoneShe told me that when H & R Block finally did send in the 1045A and 1045B, they filled out the form incorrectly that goes with the 1045A and 1045B further lengthening me getting my refund, which by the way, I still have not received my refund nor does she know when I will receive itOn January 21, 2018, the H & R Block specialist told me I should be receiving my refund via automatic deposit in approximately weeks, which has usually always turned out to be true for the past years , give or take a year or that I have been going to H & R Block, which I will never go back to againI have spoken to the I.R.Sas well as many tax specialist. They all agree that what H & R Block has done to me and the way they handled it is to say the least, agregous and unheard of. I don't not accept their resolution. I adamantly reject itI have received the refund checkI will not be cashing itThey can't even take the time to call the I.R.Sto see if their is a way to speed up my refund or, and this by far is the worst....They could have EASILY written me a check for my refund and had me sign a document saying that when my refund comes in, they could keep itI personally called Jackson Hewett and many tax attorneys and specialistsThey all agree that a check should have been issued to me by H & R Block WEEKS ago, considering that all of this is completely their faultOne of the tax preparers at H & R Block told me that not only did they not send the IRS my forms but they lost themThey never even called to tell me thisI only found out when I called H & R Block a month after bringing them my 1045A and 1045B and I'm supposed to accept a refund for what they put me thru ? I've had to cancel surgery twice for an EXTREMELY painful condition due to the fact that I dont have the deductible, which is my refund. If something is not done to satisfy this unbelievable and completely unethical situation EXTREMELY quickly, I will be taking much harsher acrions against H & R Block. But for the fact of their negligence, I would have had this surgery a long time ago and been out of painI have missed many days of work due to this pain
