I am rejecting this response because: due to HR Block negligence, my which should have been processed July of was outstanding and pending action for over monthsI find it unacceptable that a reputable business such as yours could be so careless costing me months of worry and financial burdenNot only was your performance sloppy and careless, but you treatment was offense and unprofessional when Erick only returned one of messages I would leaveWhen he did reply he basically evaded my questions and said he would address my concerns but never didA $refund will not suffice, given the time that has passed and your quality of performance, negligence, and customer care I will accept a full refund only to resolve this matterIt is the least you could do considering your service not only failed in completing the task at hand, but how my urgent financial needs and I personally have been treated.

Again H & R BLOCK HAS NOT COMMUNICATED WITH US IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER! To tell the Revdex.com they they have is an outright lieI would request copies of phone calls or emails from them to support their claims.

What I am asking for is a WRITTEN explanation from each and every H and R Block Office that has done my taxes, where I have been audited, to also guarantee me I will not receive any more surprise penalties, fees and payment demands from the IRS in the future

On Feb 19, 2016, at 1:PM, ***, *** *** wroGood afternoon, ***I finally got thru to an IRS Agent who was able to give us all the information that we needIRS finally processed the Amended Return for on March 31, - I know months after we did itThe problem is, IRS never made the corrections on their endSo, we need to resubmit the Amended with a letter indicating that the corrections from the Amended Return are not being reflected on your Account Transcript and that this needs to be correctedWe also need to include that this Amended Return was originally submitted in a timely manner, therefore, the refund on the Amended Return in the amount of $must be refunded to you with interest, as well as, the $that they took from your Tax Return Refund must be refunded back to you with interest. The IRS Agent I spoke to today, did fax the Account Transcript to us so we can see that the changes from the Amended Return are not being reflected on IRS' endI know that you said that you guys movedCan you verify your new address so that I can send you the information to be signed and sent to IRS?
