Dear Revdex.com,In response to the Revdex.com complaint, we contacted Mr[redacted] directly to provide the process for a Check Replacement Form in order to request a new check for his IRS tax refund proceeds to be resent to him, upon his requestOur records indicate that on April 22, 2015, a check for the proceeds from the IRS refund was cut and sent to the address on recordFurther, our records indicate that the check has not been returned to H&R Block as undelivered nor has it been cashedPursuant to Uniform Code, Section 3-312, which states in part:"...This Claim becomes enforceable at the later of the time the claim is asserted or the 90th day following the date of the check..."As it relates to this situation, the 90th day will be July 22, While we regret that Mr [redacted] appears dissatisfied with the policy enforced by the Uniform Code mentioned above, we did offer to locate an office in his area that could assist with the Check Replacement form request, however Mr [redacted] respectfully declined the offer and stated that he would seek assistance on his ownWe ask that the Bureau note our current efforts to resolve Mr [redacted] 's complaintSincerely, [redacted] ***Associate Business AnalystH&R Block
