I do, however, hope that the business reflects deeply on their business practices and makes some changes. It is apparent that others have had similar experiences with this company and corrections have yet to be made. If Fanatics wants to have long lasting customers, they need to provide better customer service. Customers should feel valued and should not have to go through great lengths to have their problems resolved.

refund was issued in the amount of $21.19, and our refund process takes 2-7 business days for the refund to post. A notification email was sent the day of the cancellation, however the consumer reported the email wasn’t received. The consumer reached out to [redacted] and was unable to receive a timely resolution.   We are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and for the delay. We have contacted the consumer by email and advised our systems shows the notification was sent. However, we sincerely apologize the item was cancelled and we advised our web stores are updated every 24 hours with our inventory.
