Bought a tv and a laptop 1/yrs agoAlso bought the extended warranty which covers anything that can happen except theftBoth I and my wife remember them explaining in detail that it didnt matter what happened, even if we dropped it off a bridge, as long as we could bring it back to them its coveredMouse buttons ans and wifi stopped working so I brought it in yesterday and was told we didnt have that coverageSoftware only they saidThey had it in black and white on their computer so that made it lawOf course I cant find my papersI understand how they would be frauded if they took everyones word about things like this, but this is bullSomebody in that store took my money and didnt give me all I was purchasingAnd I payed quite a bit extra for itIts on me for loosing my papers, but they'll never see anymore of this familys money

hhgreggs extended warranty SUCKS I have been trying to get my washing machine fixed since the middle of September It is now the 2nd of December and the machine is still not fixed There repair service is terrible!

I'm beyond upset about a washer/dryer set that was purchased in January We have already had the washer replaced after days and now the dryer is not working We purchased a service plan and they told us they cannot have someone out here for days We have people living our home The customer service that we have received from HH Gregg in North Canton, OH has been completely inappropriate

Too bad we didn't start with April but first spent weeks dealing with NEW as required in the premium service plan
