I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I did not have a functioning refrigerator for over a month - After, each time they stated they repaired the refrigerator that I could use the refrigerator - I went to the store to replace my lost and spoiled food The refrigerator broke times and the food I replaced each time was spoiled and unsafe to eat They also did NOT provide me with a copy of the Warranty until they denied me the refund for my food loss Never did I know upfront that they only replace food once a year If my refrigerator broke once a year - that would be fine But, since it broke times and I lost food times; I am due $for each time, I had to replace my food Warrantech is not a reputable company and should not be allowed to do business If the refrigerator would have been fixed properly on the first visit in a timely manner; then a one time reimbursement is reasonable But, since the refrigerator broke three times total - I lost food times I am unsatisfied and do not and will not accept or close out this complaint until I am refunded for my lose of food The balance due is $for the last two times that I lost food The repair that apparently, fixed the refrigerator was from a different company from the other repair company (*** ***) who was unable to repair the refrigerator On the second call we had made I had requested a different repair company and was told that "There were no other companies available in Hillsborough County." Then when speaking with hhgregg the vendor who original sold the refrigerator the one salesman said"That is not true there are other repair companies in the area, that Warrantech does not want to call another company because they will have to pay the other repair company to come out to repair my refrigerator." Therefore, Warrantech decided to continue to send out the incompetent "*** ***" to attempt to repair our refrigerator If Warrantech, had send out the other company sooner, then I may not have had to purchase an addition $worth of food to keep replacing the items loss in my refrigerator It was Warrantech's choice to not send out a new repair company sooner; therefore it is their responsibility to replace the loss food

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.They are decitful in their practices Starting from the salesman who misrepresented the Protection Plan, to Warrantech to the repair person and now whom ever is responding to this complaint If they will not refund my entilre purchase price including the Exptended Warranty, then I want the purchase price of the TV PLUS tax (this is clearly written in their Warranty Brochure, so I am not understanding why they refuse to give me the tax back, more lies) REFUNDED to me This also is stated in the brocure that the purchase price PLUS tax will be REIMBURSED Not a store credit CLEARLY IN WRITING it staes REIMBURSED I have attached a scan of this from the brocure I received at the time of Purchase Now thay will not honor what is in WRITING? I dont think a court would side with them on this one Ther own brochure staes REIMBURSED plus TAX.Regards,

I was moving to Florida and purchased appliances on line for $to have delivered and installed at my new home I placed the order, it was approved and posted by my credit card company, and I received Order confirmation and delivery confirmation dateMy wife placed a second order the next day for TVS on her credit card for $3,900, again approved with a delivery date scheduledWhen I arrived in Florida I called to confirm delivery and was advised that the "Order was cancelled", and a very rude Agent simply informed me to "call my Bank" I called Amex and they confirmed full payment to HHGregg of the chargesI called HHGregg back and even more rudely, they told me that they suspect fraud on the account and simply cancelled both ordersNo further explanation, and no attempt or interest to resolve They would not let me speak to any "manager"There was no fraud on my account and they never reached out to meI am still arranging to get a refund of the monies they collected by challenging the charges directly with AmexWorast experience dealing with their Customer Service people P.SBought the same items from *** - No issue

To say I am frustrated with HH Gregg would be an understatementAfter spending almost $3,on brand new kitchen appliances and confirming delivery for 1/I had to call to find an estimated time of delivery and am told they will not be delivered todayThis is after I disconnected all my appliances and made them ready for haul awayThe reason is because the delivery team did not have a power cord for the dishwasher (which could be purchased at any appliance store)After calling to have this corrected and get my appliances to my house they inform me that they will not deliver on Tuesday (never do)and the earliest would be Wednesday (I am out of town for the rest of the week)So, now I need to re install all my old appliances so my wife has a usable kitchen and to top all of this off for them to deliver I now have to go pick up the power cord myselfHORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
