I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI spent over an hour in your Smyrna Ga, location today 11/11/attempting to use the store credit that was issued by HhgreggOnce I was being assisted and about to use the issued store credit, I was advised that the Extended Warranty that I originally purchased on 7/22/would not be used/carried over to the new purchaseThe warranty was purchased through Hhgregg using a company WarrantechThe warranty was to cover me through years and at this point should be pro-rated and the remainder applied to the new purchase of my washerHowever, the store manager advised that he could not do this and I would need to buy another warranty in full at over $This would mean that I in turn would have an out of pocket expenseThis is totally unacceptable to meI have been given the runaround since this whole incident occurred on 9/27/and now I am being asked to pay moreIt's bad enough that Hhgregg no longer carries the same product months after my initial purchase but now if I want to ensure that I don't have to buy another washer in the next years, I have to pay for another warrantAbsolutely the worst experience I have ever encounteredHhgregg needs to also apply the differential of the unused time of the warranty to my new purchase so that we can move forwardI would gladly pay the difference at this point to rid myself of this company and horrible experience

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am now still waiting for the fridge to be fixedI have been on the phone with LG numerous times and spoke with some rather rather representatives who continue to tell me that I am basically out of luckTheir technician had a few parts delivered to my house (including the compressor and others) prior to his scheduled arrival on Saturday, December When he came and started to fix it he advised me that he doesn't have the right partHe said he would order it and come back on Tuesday, December when he did come back he again had the wrong part and is now telling me that he will be back again tomorrow, Thursday, December I have explained to LG that I have wasted hundreds of dollars in food with it freezing on my porch, thawing out and going to wasteThis has been going on for over a month nowHH Gregg doesn't seem to care about their customer yet againI am in desperate need of a working fridge and also some sort of compensation for all the wasted money and food I have had to throw out over the past month and a halfI am also desperate for a working fridge for Christmas since I already went through Thanksgiving without a working fridgeI truly appreciate your response and help in this matter

I just wanted to inform hhgregg of the deplorable service they are recommending to their customers and perhaps they will suggest extended warranties through an alternate companyOne which actually repairs items in a timely fashionI will NEVER purchase an item from hhgregg again, and I will be certain to continue to share my experience with everyone I knowI was still forced to pay money out of pocket for laundry service, as my washer was out of commission for weeks and Warrantech was only able to pay $towards the cost

Five year ago *** and I bought front load washer, drier with bases and Plasma TV with speakers
On the washer two repair companies have given me repair estimates more than a new Samsung washer cost
Two years ago my Samsung Plasma TV was unrepairable
Total investment in Samsung durable goods in the last years $with only $of the investment operating correctly
