I bought a refrigerator in 2013, with an extended warrantyThe refrigerator every months like clock work stops working, today I found out my extended warranty, which was sold to me as extending the year manufacturers to years, did notAnd now after years the refrigerator which they know is defective, which I have requested and been denied a replacement, is no longer their problem
I will be buying a new refrigerator, obviously not from HH Gregg

I will NEVER buy anything at HH GreggHad new refrig with ice makerOn Thanksgiving morning woke up yo water in kitchenFound where the copper pipe connected to water line leakingAfter weeks finally someone came to look and of course when turned back on no leakageClaim deniedIam most upset that it said for claim denied it looks like the pipe was was alteredThere is no was I could have done this since Iam with knee replacementThe installer should have said that when he came out and showed it to meThey are rude on the phone and now I have to pay for it.This has been the worst experience of my life
