I do not accept what HHgregg response was, due to the fact when I purchase this TV from them, I never received any email regarding that the item was sold out, unavailable etc., and I received seven email and all were pertaining summary of order, and about confirming all information for delivery and time TV would be at my home!!! I feel the problem occur once they realizes that there was a error in the advertisement (which did occur, for was told by on of HHgregg employee, will give name upon request), but was told since I purchase it at that price would have to give it to me due to the fact it was there error. But it seem they are getting around there error another way, for not one person from HHgregg company has honor there word or treated me with respect from this company. For all I received was rude comments, and domineering comments from the CEO Office at that point! It seem HHgregg has done this type of thing to many customer, which is truly what I do not understand why is this company able to get away with this type of matter dealing with the customer. I feel I should received a TV as I was told I would by HHgregg employee and the price of the TV should not matter at this time for when I purchase the TV, the order was compelete, I received two email that day regarding summary of order, thank you for your purchase. So since this company made so many error which have nothing to do with my hands!!!! I purchase I TV, and I NEVER RECEVIED ANY EMAIL STATING SOLD OUT, UNAVAILABLE!!!! So I hope that the Revdex.com will stand by me to received a LG 65" 4k TV as I purchase and never received. Thank you very much for taking the time to read my email*** ***

He fails to take responsibility for my tireless attempts to resolve this matter by calling the facilities because no one answers the phones and when they do the responses are unhelpful and staff persons are rude. I'm mind blown at the lack of acceptance of responsibility for this matter.
he was correct about one thing and that is that I did have a delivery scheduled for 12/20. And why mr M***??? because I got a call from some manager who offered me a substandard product compared to what I purchased!! at the time that I received this call I was at work but desperate to resolve the matter. I begrudgingly went along with the substitute product. but feeling unhappy with what I was getting, I went into the store and I was told what I'm getting is a substandard version of what I purchased. it didn't have the turbo steam and nor did it have the pull out door feature. I immediately once again became unhappy. as I spoke with the in store staff, I found out that hhgregg sold me a discontinued product and that was the reason I couldn't get the product that I ordered. the store offered to provide me with the next product up but I had to pay an extra dollars!!!!
you all are a joke and completely unreal. take some responsibility for yourselves and your poorly run business. I felt I had no choice but to pay because I have already had such a hard time with hhgregg. even if I wanted a refund, I can never get a hold of anyone. the stores don't want to help with this matter because it was a web order. hhgregg doesn't seem to run on any high moral ground or ethics and the evidence leaned to me not getting my monies back. its Chicago with freezing temperatures and I was without the use of washing machines in my home due to all this falderal!all of which was on my part no fault! it was either lose the 1560ish dollars already spent, accept a product I didn't want or pay dollars more just to get what I was promised in the first place. mr M*** if you find this acceptable you should be ashamed. I want my dollars back. I should not have had to pay extra because you all sold me a discontinued product. your version of bait and switch is loathesome. you lured me in with black Friday prices but days later when I was suppose to get my product all the sudden you have no more and then I have to pay more money to get what I want????? what I paid for originally????!!!!
return those money to me and I would appreciate something more for my troubles. I placed my order on 11/and got my machines 12/a month later!!!! and its only because I had to dig deeper into my own pockets to pay you all off just to show up at my door.

397-ID #Purchased a new refrigerator on May and had it delivered on May The delivery men delivered the fridge and plugged and set it up changed the doors to go the other side and said it would take two hours to get coldThe fridge/freezer never did get cold it did not work at all with the exception of the light going onPurchase price including tax $429.99On May I tried for several hours to reach these people, but every time I got through all I got was a master voice system telling me press for this and for thatYou get the ideaWhen I finally did get a hold of someone and explained the problem that I wanted someone to come and take a look or refund my money they said they would have to transfer me to someone else and ultimately ended up in the same spot that I already had been several times beforeI pressed every number I could and was told they would have to transfer me againI finally gave up and tried calling the Myrtle Beach number which was on the salesman's card and wouldn't you know! It was the same number in Wilmington that I was transferred to previouslyNo one seemed to want to hear my storyI still have this fridge that does not get cold so does not work and has never worked and obviously defectiveI am in desperate need of another oneAt this point I just want a refund so that I can purchase a new one somewhere else.I have attempted to resolve this problem starting on May 28th and the last call on June 29th with varies calls in-between.I want this non working fridge picked up and a full refund on the purchase of this one.Someone from Haier ( the manufacturer) did call me to inquire about the fridge, but unfortunately was obviously reading from a scriptI was told he could not service this refrigerator because the warranty was voided because it was installed improperlyHH Gregg delivery personnel delivered and installed this refrigeratorThey are now telling me this was not meant for the garageI told him that my garage was fully insulated including the garage doorHe didn't want to hear anything and just went on the same script againSo I could see we were getting nowhereHe wasn't even listening to meI tried telling him that the refrigerator was not a service issue that it was defective and didn't work at all from day one when it was delivered whether it be in a garage or the houseThis refrigerator was eventually going to be moved to my guest house, but at time of delivery it was being painted so was unable to install it at that time.I did read in the Manuel that came with this refrigerator that the temp was ok up to degreesMy garage never gets above degrees or below degreesThe salesman that sold me this unit knew it was going in the garage temporarily. I have not heard one word from HH Gregg to this dateI have reached out to the sales man Stephen Roach previously and on June 29thI also called customer service in Wilmington again both said it was up to the manufacturer Haier who made the Fridge
