A service call was scheduled for Oct The repairman, Alberto, called me and said that HHGregg did not give him a new dishwasher handle for my machine so he had to cancel the service callI still have the same dishwasher with no handle days after the installationHHGregg is a very disorganized business!

I want to thank you for checking into this matter for meI want to let you know that H H Gregg was not fully at fault for my computer problem I hadAfter going back to H H Gregg they were going to exchange my computer to make things rightWhen I picked a computer the salesman went over to Acceptance Now and was working with Chris with Acceptance NowI went back to see why they had to know about the computer I picked out to replace the bad computer I brought inWhen I first came into H H Gregg to buy my computer I wanted to finance my purchase to build my credit up, because my credit was not that goodI could have paid cash for my purchase that day and wish I had done soI told the salesman that my credit was bad up front and he ran my credit check any wayThen the salesman told me that they had a company in side the store that could help me and it didn't matter about my creditSo I went with Acceptance Now thinking I was still financing my purchaseWhen I had this computer problem is when I realized that Acceptance Now is a rental center and they bought my computer from H H Gregg and I was now purchasing my computer through Acceptance NowI think customers should be informed up front about what Acceptance Now really is, this is were I think
H H Gregg is at fault with their customersI am paying out the nose for my purchase and still have not gotten my computer replacedAcceptance Now is suppose to be ordering me a new Hewett Packard computer and it has been maybe a week in a half to two weeks since I spoke with them
I just wanted to let you know that a lot of this is my fault for not checking or asking more questions about Acceptance Now, but I was lead to believe that I was still financing my purchaseH H Gregg should tell their customers that Acceptance Now is a rental center

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI understand that a refund was given of 149.99, but that was only for the refrigerator delivery chargedThe refund of was only given due to the exchange in refrigeratorMy concern is being charged a delivery fee of for each appliances which when purchasing the items the associate (Micheal) told me a delivery fee of only was only supposed to be applied onceInstead I was charged for the dishwasher, stove, microwave, and for the refrigeratorI was only refunded back the delivery fee for the fridge but never received a refund for the microwave, stove, or dishwasherHH Gregg has been advertising many promotions which made me come to the store for serviced but I have yet to receive any of the deals that were advertisedThen when expressing my concerns I always get the run around or have yet to receive a call from a manger about my issueI will never advised people to shop with HH Gregg due to the bad hospitality and serviced I was given
