Shawn, the Hiller Technician was very professional, efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable about services offered by Hiller He left the work space neat: all old parts, boxes, etcwere removed after installing new fixtures and ceiling fan Prices by Hiller are comparable to others in the area, if not better If you are a member of the Happy Hiller Club, you get services a whole lot faster than being placed on a long waiting list by other providers You get a call to let you know the technician is on the way and he (or she) shows up at the scheduled time I am well satisfied with Hiller I use them for all the AC/Heating and electrical issues at our home

I am a widow with a son and work for a ministry that recently burned to the ground About the time I experienced an income reduction, my air conditioner went outA Hiller Associate, Mike, found the problem right away the motor that turned the outside fan was badI only had the to cover the house call, and not the resources to cover a replaced motorMike told me that Jimmy Hiller said,"Never Leave a Man Down." Knowing that I did not have the resources to pay for the motor, he replaced it anyway, and then would not take my dollarsHe said this one is on usI felt like Hiller treated me like family, not a client Hiller has our business for life I am grateful for how the Lord used them to answer our prayers

I had Steve B [redacted] and Mr [redacted] at my house todayThey are the world's best plumbers.We have been using them for over three years nowI am from Ohio and own a house in nashvilleI am beyond grateful for the exceptional service they provide us every time they come

Jason K [redacted] and his team of technicians did an OUTSTANDING job on the very extensive and comprehensive lighting update in a home I recently purchased in Brentwood The customer service from the initial call through to completion was OUTSTANDING

Fasil A [redacted] was my tech He was friendly and he seemed to know what he was doing He found a freon leak in one of the lines going into the outside unit He (hopefully) welded it shut It seems to be working ok

Ke'asia T [redacted] did a plumbing inspection and repaired some minor plumbing problems I had reported She was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient I was very pleased with her work

Daniel H [redacted] and Nick F [redacted] did a great job for us Highly and professional

I was extremely happy with the shower faucet repair done by John D [redacted] He was professional, polite and courteous

Hiller Plumbing and Heating has the best and friendliest service! When calling in, the service representative is always pleasant and does a great job conveying the sense of urgency with your problem to the service technician that comes to your house I have been serviced by Gregg W [redacted] for my plumbing on several occasions and he has always done a great job!

They're very friendly when they call--initiallyBut not only will they not STOP calling, they don't do what they say while they're speaking with youI got tired of all the phone calls, so I cancelled my "Happy Hiller Club" membership on the two houses I ownThe formerly very friendly lady got VERY unfriendlyWhen I specified that I was talking about TWO memberships, she told me that they were both cancelled and would not be auto-billed againThe next month, I had to call them to cancel (again) one of the two, which had auto-billed (again)Two months later, I got a call from them saying that my debit card had been declined when they tried to auto-bill (again)Now, FIVE MONTHS LATER, I see on my bank statement that they have auto-billed one of those memberships againWhat amazes me is that there have been no drafts in FIVE MONTHS, and suddenly they're billing me (again) for a membership that was cancelledNaturally, I called, and it will be 7-days before they refund the money--and I'm going to have to accept ANOTHER call from them before they'll do that How this isn't considered straigtheft is beyond me And all of this is not even to mention that they are 20-40% more expensive on repairs than the two other companies I've since worked with So, yeah, real friendly...right up until they're taking money from your bank account through outright fraud or simple overcharging for repairs

I just want to say thanks for the service I received todayI tried to help but he insisted no thanksI just retired, end of the year, and he was quick and efficientI'll be calling back soon for another commode for the other bathroomI also joined the club, affordable rate, for a retireeAll and all it was a good day, thanks

Hiller Plumbing in Nashville did a service call for me on a Sunday! (I didn't realize) The technician (MrDennis M [redacted] ) that came out was prompt, pleasant, and precise in his workHonestly I was a bit upset, he took time to hear my concern & fixed it I even joined the "Hiller Club", it's worth itI've recommended this company and the technician MrM [redacted] to my neighborsI will definitely call on them again [redacted] / Nashville

I contacted Hiller Plumber on Saturday, February 18, when I discovered my water heater was leaking Within an hour of calling, Zach T [redacted] showed up, with new water heater and very quickly went to work Unfortunately, the leak had caused damage to the drywall - so Zack got on the phone and had a restoration company at the house with a few hours Although it took several days before water was restored (due to damage), I could not be more pleased with the service received from Zach He did an excellent job and went out of his way to make sure the situation was taken care of - which he finished up today Thanks Hiller - and thanks ZACK!!!

Hi I am the general manager at [redacted] in Cookeville TN My tech was Darrell S*I have been at this location for years and I have always used Darrel to do all of my work He is a outstanding person and I trust when he arrives my stuff will be fixed with no hassle He has been doing the work here at [redacted] for at least years and does such a great job I have also used him at my home , my family members , or friends that ask me where to go So if anyone needs HVAC work or any kind of refrigeration work done I say go to Hiller and ask for Darrel he is the best !!!

Hiller Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electrical is an outstanding organization Today Andy M [redacted] , their electrician, responded to my call for assistance with a wonderful, pleasant attitude - he was very knowledgeable and helpful

hiller company technician jeff k [redacted] was very respectful friendly and professional in appearance and manner explained problem causing leaky shower showed part and how it works also like to mention person taking call and setting appointment pleasant and professional which is customers first impression of company

Zach T [redacted] took care of all my plumbing needs and I will highly recommend him to all my friends

our techs, Daniel [redacted] & Nick [redacted] were A+ in every way> they were friendly, courteous,neat in appearance, and thoroughly explained the results of the maintenance checkup on our units, would highly recommend hiller & these techs!!! we are a very happy hiller customer!!!
