As always, over time, the standard for honest, efficient service has been maintained by Hobaica. They seem to value long term relationships through excellent service rather than grabbing the money and leaving. Trust is the most important part of a service call since I am not an A/C expert.

The crew from Hobaica - Angel and Gerry -- did a great job replacing our heat/ac unit. They arrived on time, did their work carefully (replacing our Christmas lights when they finished) and finished within the predicted time. We were pleased at the price for the replacement -- having compared with a couple other companies in town. And Hobaica was able to plug us into the schedule to get the work done before family arrived for Christmas.

Hobaica has been my "go to" air conditioner-furnace repair company for many years. Always they are polite, helpful, and in tune to the concept of customer service at its best. Just today and a couple of days past I've become acquainted with two of Hobaica's service techs. Both named Brandon. Both provided the

service and attention to detail that any home owner who smells or just thinks they are smelling gas would appreciate. Thank you to Hobaica and both the Brandons.

Arrived right on time...Steven was so friendly you'da thought he was running for office...even charmed our pugs like a pro...In and out in a flash, no muss no fuss...A big 2 thumbs up for this Service Specialist. He deserves a raise.

I have been a customer with Hobaica Services for nearly two years and I have a service contract with the company for biannual inspections. For the last three service calls, Brandon E has been my specialist. He is professional and personable and does a great job of explaining the results of his inspection. In fact, he does such a great job that I now ask for him by name.

Cole is by far my favorite technician. I always know when I see him that I'm in great hands and he will take care of everything quickly and thoroughly, he always does a great job and sets realistic expectations about what needs to be done now vs what can be done later. He is always my go to person and the only one I want working on my AC unit.

Excellent Service 100%. Our service technician diagnosed the problem and corrected the electrical wiring that caused our AC to go out.

Hobaica provides excellent, professional, friendly service, and sells top-rated systems. Hector the Estimator, Jose and Jerry the installers, and the whole office staff were very helpful, informative, and patient during my recent purchase of a new a/c system. Their response time was fast, warranties are great, and their follow-up and communication is second to none. You might pay a little more with them, but their quality service is totally worth it. There is no hard-sell, and they explain very clearly what your best options are, and why. They do all the warranty/registration paperwork, including filing for any available rebates (utility & manufacturer) and providing documentation for possible tax credits. I highly recommend Hobaica.

Hobaica A/C Company is a great company with whom to do business. Our A/C units (2) were 20 years old and for the past 5 years the maintenance crew who serviced our units recommended replacement as they could not guarantee that the units would last through another summer. This year both units needed repair totalling $800 + labor. Time to replace. Because we have been loyal customers of the Hobaica Company, we were given a quote that didn't need to "shop". Now we have 2 new units on our roof providing comfort

hopefully more efficiently.

The Hobaica workers were professional, polite and hardworking. They showed up the day of the work a few minutes early. They coordinated the Crane to remove the old units and lift the new ones into place. I was inside the house at this time and was not even aware of the removal and placement of the new A/C units. Hector, Jim and Ryan all were great. I highly recommend this company.

say I was extremely satisfied is an understatement. My AC went out on Monday night but I hadn't realized it was not working until I got home on Tuesday after work around 7 PM. I called another company who said they were going to charge me money just to come see what was wrong so I decided instead to call Hobaica. They had someone come to my house and were there within 35 minutes. Not only did they not charge me for the inspection of the system but they were able to contact the manufacturer and find out the part was under warranty. Hobaica services saved me hundreds of dollars and provided a level of service I havent seen with any other company in the Valley. They will always get my business and I will ONLY recommend Hobacia.

Technician was very polite, put shoe covers on as entering house, and I told him about my A/C unit. He even helped me change my A/C filter with one I had waiting. He then proceeded to the roof to take care of the unit. I don't remember how long, but it didn't seem to take that much time. He came back in where he verified what I had originally told him, and I then paid him and he left. He was a very nice person and would unquestionably have him back in the Fall for another A/C Maintenance and Tune-Up.

Hobaica has always provided excellent service. We have used them for over 10 years and have always felt their personnel are courteous and professional. They hire good people!
