I am a first-time customer of Hobaica. I had them come out for a free estimate on a roof-mounted unit I was replacing as part of my roofing/ac/heating renovation on my home. [redacted] Hobaica personally came out and was extremely honest and up-front about what my options were and how much it would be. They weren't the least expensive, but they were extremely close. Based on their history, we went with them and my family and I couldn't be happier. Compared to the old unit, the new one ACTUALLY moves air, and [redacted] also gave me tips on how to conserve energy in other areas of my home to maximize my new unit's efficiency. Overall an awesome, simple experience.

The serviceman, Tom, was very thorough in his work and communicated what he found to me. He was very courteous. I have had Hobaica service my A/Cs for more than five years and have been very pleased with their service.

A couple of years ago, a neighbor recommended that my husband and I call Hobaica for our heating and air conditioning services and that was one of the finest recommendations we have ever received.

Since that time, we have used Hobaica for our twice-a-year heat and air conditioning maintenance and, recently, had them install new heat and air conditioning units for us.

A top benefit to us is that we have now reconnected with our favorite heat and air technician from previous years. We had lost contact with him when he left his former employer. It should be now surprise that we now find one of the best heat and air technicians employed with the best company.

This company reminds me of the way companies took care of their customers several decades ago. When I call I talk to people, everyone I have encountered is pleasant, helpful and I feel listened too. I have not encountered a service specialist who was anything other than helpful. I would like to especially acknowledge [redacted], who had to come 3 different times before I was able to let him work on my heater. He was so gracious.

I had my A/C units serviced by Hobaica recently and the technician (Adrian) that was sent out did an awesome job. He resolved an issue that I was having with the condensate drain on the side of my home. He extended the line below the side of my house to prevent any further rusting of the metal flashing. The Hobaica team has always provided outstanding service to me over the last five years. I would highly recommend this local family business

Found out about Hobaica through an SRP evaluation of my manufactured home. I was looking for a company who would inspect my A/C and furnace every six months and clean and seal my air ducts. Hobaica employee Clint was professional and courteous and the price after rebate was very fair. Employee Jimmy worked on the airducts and recommended some work on the furnace and A/C unit which will be done soon. Very pleased as this unit is old and needs repairs - price was fair. Very happy with Hobaica.
