I received wonderful professional service from Binh [redacted] of Hobaica AC. I believe he was honestly interested in solving my problem at the lowest possible cost.

Justin (service) was polite, efficient and wore his shoe protectors while in the house. We are quite pleased with the his service and manners.

As usual a great experience with the service representative from Hobica. For either the summer or winter maintenance never been disappointed.

On 04-02-2016, Hobaica Services (installer: Jimmy H[redacted]) installed a new package heat pump (Daikin 3.0 Ton Package Heat Pump 2 Stage). While, as a lay person, I cannot evaluate the installation from a technical perspective, I can state what I saw and observed. I was on the roof during the entire installation. The installer was focused on his work, paid attention to detail, took his time with the work (8:00 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.), and provided answers to the many questions I asked (to educate me on the installation process, the unit, and his company). One thing that truly impressed me was was the sheet-metal work he had to undertake to connect the pre-fab transition (on air supply "elbow") because the pre-fab transition did not properly fit to the heat pump unit. The sheet metal work he did to construct the transition addition was exacting and required an analytic mind capable of translating geometric requirements onto sheet metal and then properly configuring what was produced. What he produced look manufactured by the time he was done.

I have used Hobiaca Services for a few years and always have great service. I just had my vent pipes removed and replaced, a new return register and insulation. Clint came to our house, evaluated our needs and gave us a quote. one week later Jimmy cam and did the work. They both were very professional. Jimmy did a great job cleaning up after the job. I tell everyone about Hobiaca Services and what great personnel they employee including the people in the office

Hobaica always provides superior service and the employees go above and beyond in both regular maintenance every 6 months to fast repairs and excellent help in selecting and installing new units for both my home and my business in the past several years. When our home air conditioner failed in mid-August on a Saturday morning, I had a new system up and running on Monday morning.Excellent family-run business.

When a defect was found in a system Hobaica installed in our home, Hobaica did not charge us a labor fee for either the inspection of the old unit, or installation of the new unit. Their technicians delver superior technical service in a courteous, professional manner. They stay on task. They keep you informed throughout the process. And they show initiative by taking care of things they notice that might become a problem later.

Justin was very efficient in his work and solved my heating problem. He was very kind and helpful and I highly recommend and thank him.

The Hobaica folks have installed a new air conditioning/heating unit for me as well as serviced my unit for 10 years. The technicians are knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. In addition, every time I have contacted Hobaica, the support staff has always accommodated my appointment needs. The last time I scheduled a maintenance appointment, I spoke with Samantha Byrd who was courteous and friendly and got the appointment scheduled for a time that suited my needs.

The service I received was excellent from the quoting through the entire installation to the follow up service. [redacted] was excellent in explaining all the options and materials to be used in the initial quote. The installers were courteous, professional and extremely tidy with the installation. The team [redacted] led was marvelous, as quiet as they could be and always on task. [redacted] did an excellent job of explaining the workings of the new thermostats. The follow up was completed by [redacted] who also demonstrated the same friendly and professional demeanor. This group of individuals demonstrated their knowledge and work ethic to the fullest.

We just had Hobaica Services and [redacted] perform a SRP energy audit. [redacted] was very professional and took time to answer each question. I would recommend this company and [redacted] in particular for HVAC work

Beginning with our phone contact with a young-lady,[redacted](sp?),through our visit by [redacted], we were totally pleased and comfortable with these folks.
