Our experience with Hobaica when purchasing new air conditioners or the maintenance of them over the last 8 years has been exceptional. Our recent service on May 22nd and a follow up for installing a new part on May 27th was done by service tech [redacted], a new employee with Hobaica. [redacted] was from the start excellent in his service skills. Polite, professional, knowledgeable and considerate while working inside and outside our home and guest house. He kept us informed and made sure we understood what he was going to do and the outcome of his findings. We have come to expect this kind of service from Hobaica, and [redacted] was no exception, he was excellent. Hobaica's hiring of quality employees and the training they go through clearly shows the advantage they have over their competition. Before Hobaica we were changing company's almost every year due to poor service and not feeling comfortable with their finding and recommendations. It is a good feeling not to dread a service and maintenance call for our air conditioners. We trust Hobaica and highly recommend them. Thank you!

She said they were busy (yesterday was the hottest day of the year) but would have someone out at my house by the afternoon. We received a call a hour later saying they had an opening and could I meet [redacted] there. He was professional and fixed my air conditioning problem promptly.
