[redacted] was the Hobaica technician who serviced my HVAC system today. He has also been to my home in the past. [redacted] is an exceptional service tech who truly takes pride in his job. He ensured that all the records on my system were accurate, double-checking to make sure nothing was missed. He recalled an intermittent problem he had been called out for a few months ago and figured out what was causing it and fixed it. He was courteous and respectful of my home making sure to clean up after himself. Finally, the quote given to me was off by 1/2 and he was very conscientious about explaining why it was off and what is should have been... taking a potentially upsetting situation and turning it into a positive.

Service technician, [redacted], did an excellent job today. I also would like to thank the front office personnel who answered the phone, I didn't get her name. She said they were busy (yesterday was the hottest day of the year) but would have someone out at my house by the afternoon. We received a call a hour later saying they had an opening and could I meet [redacted] there. He was professional and fixed my air conditioning problem promptly. Have recommended the company to my folks who also had a great experience. Thanks Hobaica!

[redacted] was heren to preform Maint on my AC unit He was very polite and went right to work on my unit. I would like for you to send him again when it is time for my fall maintenance.
