I have used Hobaica since 2000. When I needed a second opinion on some necessary repairs, Hector offered to have a Hobaica technician come out and have a look. Eric arrived as scheduled. He was very professional and HONEST in his assessment of the repairs needed, and he concurred with the opinion of the other service I had consulted. I plan to call Hobaica again whenever it's time for routine maintenance on my unit.

The office reminds me of the service needed & schedules at a convenient time for me. They are excellent in providing a reminder notice & the technician calls prior to coming out. The office notifies me Who will be coming out & that technician calls prior to his arrival. I have had several different technicians over the period of time that I have used Hobaica and they have all been prompt & courteous. I would recommend their services to anyone.

Hobicas always operates in a professional manner. I have been using them for about 8 years.
There comfort plan is awesome. For a yearly fee they come twice a year to inspect the system. If there is an outage they promise to come right away to fix the problem. About 5 years ago the A/C failed in July, I called and they were at my house in 20 minutes, and they have the problem fixed in 10 minutes...Awesome!
I can't say enough about their service technitions: [redacted]. and [redacted]. They do great work and are so polite, fridndly, and masters at their craft.
I don't know of any other A/C company that washes out the coils on the A/C unit. I can believe the dirt washes out. My unit surley runs cooler and more efficient, beacause of it.
Hobicas put in new Lennox unit, and new duct work in my house about 4 years ago. I am very pleased. There are no more hot, or cold spot in my house, and my electricity bills went down.

As always, the Hobaica service technician was knowledgeable and courteous. [redacted] was especially friendly and willing to explain things to me. I remain a Hobaica "regular".

I called Hobiaca for a second opinion. The first company quoted me $2000 to repair my air conditioner stating that I would need a new compressor and R-22 freon. At that price I wanted to do some comparison shopping. The Hobiaca repairmen came, examined my unit, finding the broken part and were able to get the unit going again WITHOUT needing the compressor or the freon. The charge for the visit was $371, over $1600 LESS! Not only that but they put back the cover correctly with the screws that the last guy left on the ground. He charged me $75 for the visit and didn't even put it back on right! I can't wait to Yelp my review of both these companies. The guys were very nice and didn't talk down to me or bamboozle me. I am happy to recommend them.

Hobaica provides excellent service with professional technicians. Brandon has been very helpful and informative. I will continue to use Hobaica for all my ac and furnace needs.

Mark was detailed by Hobaica to service my ac unit. He was professional in manner while maintaining an easy going, likable personality. He discussed with me the

possible upcoming problems that can occur with no effort to push me into making

an immediate decision.

I needed and add'l Return added to my duct work and ceiling in order to reduce the pressure on my A/C unit. I have a very small attic with minimal crawl space and poor ventilation. James, the Technician, arrived w/in the agreed upon time frame window and began his work. It was a record-setting hot day in Phoenix that day and he climbed into that attic roughly 2pm in the afternoon. He spent nearly 5 hours at my house in and out of the attic for a rough total of 2 1/2 hours in that attic. He told me it was 144 degrees in there. Not once was there a single complaint from him and he genuinely seemed determined to not only finish the work (naturally, it was hot) but do it efficiently. Upon completion he even went as far as to try and clean up the insulation that fell into the house from the vents after he had been connecting and disconnecting them. And clean up the carport where insulation and sawdust had fallen out from the attic access. This is likely part of his job anyway but it was refreshing to see after doing all that hard work he still was trying to make sure the house was cleaned up. Now the cold air blows out so quietly I can barely tell the unit is on and prolonged the life of my A/C unit. Great job!!

[redacted] was here this morning right on time. He was very pleasant and polite. He was very professional and efficient. He went right to work on my unit and was finished in record time. I would like to have [redacted] service my unit every 6 months.

Eric has completed two cleaning / check-up services for us. Very thorough explanations of his findings and te status of our equipment. Fair monthly price.

Hobaica Services, Inc. especially the technician Eric were so wonderful. It was 9:30 pm, 90 degrees outside and my 88 and 87 year old parents (whom are both ill) air conditioning went out. I called the emergency line and they came out at about 10 pm. Eric stayed until after midnight to get their air back on. I am so very grateful.

[redacted] came up with, and executed, an innovative idea to fix our air conditioner return panel to alleviate a rattle. We love the job he did and could not be happier with the result. On February 3, 2014, [redacted] Hobaica, [redacted] and [redacted] installed 2 new refrigeration and heating units. They called to inform us they were on their way. They were efficient in removing and installing the new equipment. All the old equipment was hauled away and the area cleaned. I would highly recommend Hobaica Services.

Two service Techs, [redacted] and [redacted] did a performance test and explained how to set the temperature and the use of the thermostats. They made sure I understood how to set the Thermostat.

Our experience with Hobaica when purchasing new air conditioners or the maintenance of them over the last 8 years has been exceptional. Our recent service on May 22nd and a follow up for installing a new part on May 27th was done by service tech [redacted], a new employee with Hobaica. [redacted] was from the start excellent in his service skills. Polite, professional, knowledgeable and considerate while working inside and outside our home and guest house. He kept us informed and made sure we understood what he was going to do and the outcome of his findings. We have come to expect this kind of service from Hobaica, and [redacted] was no exception, he was excellent. Hobaica's hiring of quality employees and the training they go through clearly shows the advantage they have over their competition. Before Hobaica we were changing company's almost every year due to poor service and not feeling comfortable with their finding and recommendations. It is a good feeling not to dread a service and maintenance call for our air conditioners. We trust Hobaica and highly recommend them. Thank you!

[redacted] was the Hobaica technician who serviced my HVAC system today. He has also been to my home in the past. [redacted] is an exceptional service tech who truly takes pride in his job. He ensured that all the records on my system were accurate, double-checking to make sure nothing was missed. He recalled an intermittent problem he had been called out for a few months ago and figured out what was causing it and fixed it. He was courteous and respectful of my home making sure to clean up after himself. Finally, the quote given to me was off by 1/2 and he was very conscientious about explaining why it was off and what is should have been... taking a potentially upsetting situation and turning it into a positive.
