Ron J. performed an annual fall maintenance check on our gas furnace. He explained everything he did, and left the work area clean when he finished. He also made recommendations on how our system could perform more efficiently. Nice work!

Hobaica has been just excellent to deal with since we got our unit 3 years years ago. They call us to remind us to make a check up before the heater gets turned on and we so appreciate that. We believe in having our units maintained and this company helps us do that. Each serviceman has been friendly and helpful explaining what is needed and will always replace our filters inside if they need to be.

I have used Hobaica for over twenty years. Their office and service employees are highly professional and competent. Just had a new heat pump installed in June, the process was smooth and without issue. The job was done quickly and effecietly.

For people who need AC services, Hobaica is the company to call. Everyone we have encountered from Hobaica has been professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They do not pressure one into having services performed, but give options.

Our 14+ year old AC system died about 10 days ago (just before weekend over 110. Hobaica got it patched/operating the next day. We discussed whether the system should be replaced and concluded that it should.

Choosing a system without Hobaica's guidance would have been a very bad idea since what I thought I knew (from 14+ years ago) is now dated and no longer relevant. Hobaica laid out alternatives and advantages and disadvantages of each.

The system was installed yesterday. Despite our concerns about mess, heat and disruptions, there simply were none. The installers, like everyone else, were both technically competent and, as importantly, reassuring when the inevitable problems arose (which they always do in an old house).

My knowledge of HVAC systems is such that I recognize that I am almost wholly dependent on vendor. Hobaica has earned that trust over the years I have been conducting business with them.

Hobaica Air Conditioning Service is the best. Thomas came out to our house at 10:00 pm at night and did not leave until our air was working. He was courteous, friendly and an expert in his job. We feel very confident in the company and would highly recommend them to everyone.

We recently had our first experience with Hobaica Services. Steven A[redacted], our service specialist, was punctual, polite, and professional. He performed an inspection of our system and corrected problems with our condensate drain. He explained the benefits of a home performance evaluation (which we scheduled) and also found a breach in our flex duct that will be repaired in the near future. Steven explained all results thoroughly and provided photos for our records. We were impressed with our first experience with Hobaica Services and would definitely recommend them.
