Very professional. I was provided a reminder phone call the day before my scheduled appointment (which was made a few months ago) and also when Eric C. (Service Specialist) was within 10 minutes of arriving at my house. He was very professional, friendly and went out of his way to make sure I understood each step he was doing and why. I've used Hobaica for AC services in both of the homes I've owned and I've been extremely pleased with their customer service and work ethic. My first home had an AC system from the 80's. The technician who came to service it said that it wasn't an efficient system, but that it was still running in good condition. The fact that he didn't try to sell us a new unit - unlike several other big name AC repair places - made me confident that their technicians are paid by the hour and not by the upsale. (This was from approximately 2006.)

Last year, in 2014, the compressor in my AC unit began overheating during the dead of summer. I had several companies come out to look at the unit and give me quotes. In the end, Hobaica was able to return the best rated AC system (Trane) and air handler for the lowest price. They handled everything easily and professionally.

I had my AC unit installed about a year ago and had it serviced today by **. He did a fantastic job. He was courteous and friendly, put on shoe covers to keep my floors clean, and thoroughly checked out the air handler inside my home and the one on the roof. He seemed to really enjoy his job and it conveyed in his professionalism and amicable demeanor.

Your service technician, Justin, has been to our home before.

Just like last time, Justin makes a very pleasant appearance. He reviewed with us the work to be done and asked if we had any questions. Justin completed his work in a timely manner.

We think Hobaica is fortunate to have such a professional employee as Justin.

Eric C. came to my home to install a recommended repair from my regularly scheduled maintenance visit. I had received a quote as to what the repair would cost me and the final cost was much higher than I had been quoted. Eric researched what the issue was and explained the difference between the two prices; however, he honored the amount I had been quoted. This is the type of service that Hobaica provides. You can't beat a company that still believes that the customer is always right. I purchased my air conditioning system from Hobaica and I am and will remain a loyal customer. I recommend this company to everyone that is looking for either service or to purchase a new system. Thank you Eric! I appreciate you and the wonderful company you work for!

[redacted] came today to do the spring check on my A/C. He was very thorough and asked more than once if I had any questions, which I did have and he answered them. Polite, friendly, helpful, all make for a pleasant experience with Hobaica.

And even better he didn't try to come up with something that wasn't really necessary when he probably could of!... as our unit is 'getting on in years". We receive regular service from Hobaica Services and today we had our spring service. The serviceman was [redacted] today. He was very professional and polite. He did a thorough inspection and servicing of my 3 AC units. Some additional repairs were recommend and completed. [redacted] did a nice job explaining why the repairs were recommended. Overall I am very satisfied with Hobaica Services and the quality of personnel they employ.

Binh Tran called in advance to give us an estimated time of arrival and arrived on time as scheduled. He serviced our water system heat pump and explained everything completely and answered all of our questions. We are very pleased with Binh and with Hobiaca Services and have recommended them to our neighbors at Sunland Towers.

I am a first-time customer of Hobaica. I had them come out for a free estimate on a roof-mounted unit I was replacing as part of my roofing/ac/heating renovation on my home. [redacted] Hobaica personally came out and was extremely honest and up-front about what my options were and how much it would be. They weren't the least expensive, but they were extremely close. Based on their history, we went with them and my family and I couldn't be happier. Compared to the old unit, the new one ACTUALLY moves air, and [redacted] also gave me tips on how to conserve energy in other areas of my home to maximize my new unit's efficiency. Overall an awesome, simple experience.

We had Hobaica's come out to do service to both of our units. My dad played with [redacted]. way back in the day with a band and we have had nothing, but positive experiences with them! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!! We just had Andy (Andrew Hobaica) do our service and he was very honest and up front with both my husband and I.
