I've been dealing with this business for several years. I have had several servicemen over this time, the latest one is a young man by the name of [redacted] has been an excellent serviceman for us. He always seems to go the extra mile, for example:the latest visit he pulled my garbage bin into the garage and took extra care. I have just gotten home recently from the hospital and using oxygen, so he did a chore he did not have to do. That's the kind of people they employ--as I have had similar experiences with other personnel who serviced my A/C and Heater from Hobaica Services.

A very thorough explanation of our service appt. by the technician. I would like to have a repeat service appt when we are due with this tech.

I am a property manager for many residential properties. Hobaica to the rescue as they spring into action with the ability to correct issues quickly when a tenant needs repairs. Hobaica issued us an account and when I call in by phone they dispatch a technician to the home for a review of the problem.

The service technicians have trucks loaded with repair parts allowing the service call to be complete in most situations at that time.

Hobaica has repaired and replaced HVAC units and provided an excellent service for my business, the owners of the properties, and the tenant living in the home. For all your comfort needs….

Last year at this time< Hobaica installed a new heat pump on our roof. The estimates for installation and necessary ductwork were very fair. The installation was smooth and on time. The crew was so courteous. They even removed my old gas furnace for free! And the company calls when its time for scheduled check-ups, also performed by very courteous employees. I don't foresee buying a new unit for quite awhile, but I would definitely choose Hobaica again.

I have used Hobaica Services for years. They have always been prompt and accurate with their diagnosis.
